    Stylish and well-located, but with a few drawbacks...

    1) When I visited again after a year, the breakfast quality had declined. Takoyaki, kushikatsu, chikuzen-ni, kinpira, dashimaki tamago, nikuman, and everything else felt like cheap frozen foods, which was disappointing. None of it seemed healthy, and I didn’t feel like eating it. The vegetable section was well done and good. 2) I stayed alone, but at breakfast there were good window-side seats available in the restaurant; however, I was shown to a seat in the middle of the aisle. It made me feel like guests are being ranked differently, which was unpleasant. Are solo guests looked down on? 3) Even though there is no large public bath, my Room had only a shower and no bathtub. And it was JPY 60,000 per night... Even considering the Canopy brand name, the Room specifications don’t match the price. Shouldn’t you reconsider your pricing? Even if occupancy is strong due to inbound demand at this price point, in the long run I think satisfaction among domestic guests will only continue to decline. 4) Every few minutes there was a loud cracking/bursting sound coming from outside my Room window. I don’t know what caused it, but you may want to investigate. Because it was JPY 60,000 for one night I’ve been quite critical in several areas; however, the staff member who handled my check-in provided excellent service. The location is also great, so I hope to see improvements going forward. I would like to visit again someday.

    A comfortable Room with hardwood flooring

    Our family of three stayed for two nights. We booked a corner suite Room, and it was spacious, spotless, and had a great view—we were very satisfied. The floor was beautiful hardwood, and they even provided socks, so we could take off our shoes and relax in the Room. It was our first time staying at a Hotel like this. In the early morning, being able to work out in the gym while watching the view gradually brighten was especially beautiful and memorable. We had breakfast via room service. It was tasty, but fairly standard, so—being a bit strict—I’d rate it 4/5.

    Very good

    The Room and view were excellent and very quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. Although there was no bathtub, there were various types of showers available, which made it enjoyable to use both at night and in the morning!

    It was comfortable!

    We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The location was excellent, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We reserved a corner room, and the breathtaking view through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows was truly impressive. We would love to stay here again.

    Designed for interna...

    Designed for international guests, the Hotel entrance may be a bit confusing. The Room key can be unresponsive to the elevator, and the single bed is placed quite close to the wall, requiring consideration for neighbors. The most challenging part was that the toothpaste packet couldn't be opened by hand. Breakfast included unique menu items and was enjoyable. The Room is thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained.

    I had been intereste...

    I had been interested since its opening and finally stayed for the first time. I enjoyed a one-night solo trip here. The design is exceptionally stylish, the service offers a comfortable sense of distance, and the breakfast was delicious with an exciting presentation. Next time, I would love to visit with my family.

    We visited to celebr...

    We visited to celebrate my husband's birthday. When making the Reservation, I mentioned it was for his birthday. Although we didn’t make any specific requests, they celebrated for us, which made us very happy, and my husband was delighted. The Room and staff uniforms were stylish with colorful designs. It seemed more geared towards younger guests, but the service was attentive and considerate overall. It felt like a place where seniors, families, couples, or friends could all enjoy a satisfying stay. One surprising thing was that housekeeping came before our Check-Out time. However, it wasn’t a negative experience at all—we had a wonderful time! Thank you so much!

    Very good.

    I ordered room service at night, and the response over the phone was excellent, making me feel comfortable placing the order. Additionally, the service provided by the staff who delivered it was the best I have experienced among high-class Hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.

    The view from the south side is wonderful.

    I stayed in a Premium View Room (King Bed). The room had floor-to-ceiling windows. The view of the newly opened Grand Green Osaka park was absolutely stunning, so it's definitely worth staying here. Since it's a newly built hotel, there's nothing to complain about in terms of facilities, and the customer service was excellent, as expected from the Hilton Group. As for the food, I had dinner and breakfast at the main dining. The food at Hilton hotels is generally not very impressive. The main theme was small plate dishes, and this place was no exception. That was a bit disappointing.
