    The hot spring water quality is excellent.

    We visited on a three-generation girls’ trip. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. The meals were excellent, both in presentation and in quality. The meal for our 3-year-old child was also of a very high standard. Above all, the hot spring water left our skin feeling wonderfully smooth. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again in a different season.

    We had a wonderful time.

    It was a double Room, but thanks to the 2024 renovation it felt spacious and was spotless—an incredibly enjoyable stay. We stayed for the Onsen, tea, and yudofu, but the food was also excellent, and the timing of each course was perfect; we were amazed that the next dish arrived the moment we finished the previous one. Above all, thank you so much for the staff’s thoughtful care and warm smiles. This was an Accommodation that truly made us want to give a 5-star rating for the first time in a while.

    It was excellent.

    The meal portions were very generous, almost too much to finish, but we were very satisfied. The service was attentive, and our first trip of the new year was truly enjoyable.

    Comfortable Accommodation

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. Starting with the welcome drink, the room was incredibly modern yet simple, providing a very comfortable space. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely perfect—everything was delicious. The hot spring water was amazing! A truly relaxing onsen experience. The hospitality was impeccable as well. Thank you very much! I will definitely return! Looking forward to staying again next time.

    The quality of the h...

    The quality of the hot spring was excellent, leaving my skin moisturized and feeling amazing. The meals were visually appealing, offered a wide variety, and were delicious. The staff provided great service. Although it was a short stay of one night and two days, I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    You can relax and enjoy a peaceful environment.

    The room is clean and spacious. The only concern was occasional water droplets falling from the air conditioning. The dining area is a spacious semi-private room, and both dinner and breakfast were satisfying in taste, quantity, and presentation. Although there was a significant mistake by the staff, their response afterward was prompt. Overall, it was an accommodation where you can relax comfortably.

    Everything is excellent.

    Everything was excellent. All the staff were kind and provided attentive service. And above all, the Onsen! I've visited many Onsens before, but this one is the best. My skin became so smooth. I definitely want to come back again.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The room was spacious and very clean. I usually find yukata uncomfortable to sleep in, but here they provide samue, which made it easier to sleep.

    The hot water is excellent.

    I stayed with my elderly parents. The room, dining area, and large public bath were all accessible by elevator, which was very convenient. Additionally, the private room bath is supplied with onsen water, so even if you don't visit the large public bath, you can still enjoy it comfortably. The meals were delicious; however, cooking the meat and abalone yourself was a bit hazardous due to splattering oil and caused odors that clung to the yukata. Since there wasn't an extra yukata provided for sleeping, this was inconvenient. It might be better if these dishes were cooked in the kitchen and served hot instead.

    For those who dislike insects, please be cautious.

    The room was newly renovated and clean, but the lobby, hallways, and elevator had a historical feel. The room's bath was like an Onsen, but since it was colorless and transparent, it didn’t feel much like an Onsen unless told. When we left the shoji doors open in the room, even with the windows closed, many bugs came in... We ended up having to keep tissues by the bedside to deal with them. The garden open-air bath was outdoors, so it couldn’t be helped, but I got bitten by mosquitoes. The food was delicious, but the portions were a bit too large. The staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for your stay with us. While I found the explanations about the facility to be kind, they were too lengthy. The descriptions of the dishes were also too long, considering there is a menu available. It was difficult to get through when trying to order additional drinks during the meal. I think it would be helpful to have an intercom.

    It was a very nice Ryokan.

    I used it for the first time at Ureshino Onsen. The guest rooms, lobby, bath, and dining area were all very clean, allowing for a pleasant stay. The meal was also very delicate in taste, and each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. There was plenty of volume, and I was full. Above all, I thought it was a wonderful Ryokan with very courteous service from all the staff.

    Tea and Onsen

    The Onsen, tea, service, room, and meals were all satisfactory. The Onsen leaves your skin smooth with a slippery texture. The welcome drink, a sencha and strawberry beverage, is incomparable to any flavored tea I've had before. The service was kind, and everyone was cheerful and bright. The room has been renovated, so I was able to enjoy a very pleasant stay. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were elaborate and perfectly seasoned, making them delicious and completely satisfying. Although it was just a one-night stay this time, I would love to stay for several nights or even longer.
