    Thank you for all your help.

    The staff provided us with various information (such as directions to the ski resort, lift tickets, and return bus details), allowing us to have a fulfilling two-day stay. The meals and the snacks in the Room were very delicious. It's a Hotel I would like to stay at again!

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    Every year, I spend the year-end at this Stays, and this time, the service from the staff has further improved, allowing me to have a very comfortable stay. The meals were also very delicious, and the meticulous attention was very much appreciated. If I were to make a request, it would be that the Shuttle Service to Yokokura Slope has decreased. I hope the 9 o'clock shuttle can be reinstated. I look forward to using it again during the ski season. Thank you very much!

    Wonderful

    The service is perfect. The room has been recently renovated and is functional. Although check-in is from 2 PM, I arrived shortly after noon. I asked if I could check in, but it was not possible. I don't quite understand, but certainly, accepting early check-ins can sometimes cause suspicion and confusion among guests. However, at many hotels, if a room is ready, early check-in about an hour before is usually allowed (though there are unpleasant cases where an extra fee is charged). This was somewhat disappointing, but I was able to use the (outside) flowing Onsen, and I spent the waiting time soaking in the bath. In the end, this seemed to be better. I was also allowed to use the ski room and the large public bath inside the property after check-out (I was in Zao for the first ski of the season). Arrangements for taxis were also perfect. The meal featured Yamagata beef as a highlight.

    Thanks to the meals ...

    Thanks to the meals and the services of the Hotel, I was able to relieve my fatigue. The hospitality of the woman who joined in April this year was especially excellent. Thanks to her and the Hotel, I was able to spend the whole day happily.

    A long-awaited trip for a couple

    A trip with my spouse to Zao Onsen Shiki no Hotel was a relaxing experience with the room, onsen, and sauna. The separate bath, 108 steps away, was especially excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying in quality and quantity, and the Yamagata beef at dinner was delicious. One night felt insufficient. The staff's service was excellent, making it a very good stay.

    A perfect Stays in every aspect.

    You can enjoy two types of Onsen with different spring qualities. The Room is clean, and seasonal fruits are placed in the refrigerator, allowing you to spend a pleasant and relaxing time in the Room. The Room door is a sliding door, designed to be easy to open, making it considerate for those with less strength. As for the meals, the attentiveness of the staff serving was wonderful, and I was impressed by their service. While Yamagata beef is usually served in 2-3 slices, I was surprised by the thick steak with plenty of volume. Many Stays end their welcome drink service by dinner time, but here, the drink corner next to the lounge can be enjoyed even after bathing. It is a Property I would definitely like to stay at again.
