  Extremely cozy and comfortable.

  This was our first stay for 2 nights and 3 days—thank you for taking such great care of us. As it is limited to one group per building, the Room was spacious and comfortable. On the first day, we had sushi. A sushi kaiseki prepared just for us right in front of our eyes. Every piece was crafted with great care, and chatting with the chef made it an incredibly luxurious time. On the second day, we enjoyed kaiseki cuisine. The chef personally brought each dish to us, and talking about the depth of the料理 while enjoying drinks made it a truly special time. The owner’s wife was also very friendly and wonderful, making these 2 nights and 3 days truly meaningful. We will definitely come back again in a different season.

  Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

  The villa itself is beautifully appointed and a truly wonderful space, which is why we chose to visit. However, there was almost no explanation of the Facility features, and we struggled at key points. Worst of all, we were told the open-air bath would be ready in about 20 minutes, but even after an hour the tub had not filled. The toilet also would not flush. After struggling for about an hour, we contacted you close to midnight. It was eventually fixed, but we were told the cause was unknown. For an Accommodation, isn’t reliable plumbing a minimum requirement? For dinner, we bought food ourselves and brought it in. You kindly offered to plate it for us, so we handed it over—but it was simply transferred from the packaging onto plates. We appreciate the gesture, but I wanted the salad washed. If you weren’t going to use what we provided, I would have preferred it returned. Coffee was also provided at breakfast, but only coffee beans, a grinder, and a server were set out. Where were the cups? Milk and sugar? When I said I wanted to walk around the olive grove, I was told that a café was open—please go ahead! One unexpected response after another; communication did not align. I had serious doubts about the service and hospitality. Perhaps we are just country people from the city—but it was disappointing hospitality. With such great architecture, I hope more care will be put into how guests are looked after.

  Thank you very much for staying with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water supply issue. The repair has now been completed, and we have also added a backup system as a precaution, so we do not expect this to happen again. For guests who bring in bento meals or prepared foods, we suggest plating them and serving them on our dishes so you can enjoy your trip as much as possible. In the process, we may warm the food or adjust the presentation; however, as you pointed out, re-washing a store-bought packaged salad would be excessive and could even affect its taste, so please understand that we do not do this. Regarding the items we kept for you, we believe these were the disposable chopsticks included with your bento and a packet of soy sauce. We provided lacquered chopsticks so you could enjoy your meal more comfortably, and we also served soy sauce that we felt would better match the food. Of course, if requested, we will return your original items. We ask guests to use the cups provided in the Room. If you need milk, sugar, or anything else separately, please let us know and we will bring it to you. The view of our olive grove is one of our proudest features, and because we truly hope all guests will see it at least once, we mention it to everyone. As that day was also a café business day for us, we suggested it in hopes that you could relax while enjoying the magnificent scenery of the olive grove. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and for not being able to convey our intentions clearly enough. We will continue striving to provide attentive service going forward, and would be grateful for your kind understanding regarding this matter.

  Stayed with a playful dog and had a comfortable experience. The playful facility and the meals became unforgettable memories.

  Memorable Accommodation

  Enjoyed a natural lifestyle. A simple accommodation with only the essentials, amidst an era of excessive services. The room was stylish and comfortable. A memorable highlight was the sushi prepared on-site. Savoring seasonal delicacies while appreciating the craftsmanship and visual beauty was delightful. The chef's warm personality made for a truly enjoyable experience.
