    A Comfortable Hotel for a Quiet Stay

    On a whim, I made a same-day Reservation to enjoy some relaxing time on my own. It was a Room-assigned Plan, but I was given a spacious Superior Twin (I think), and had a very comfortable stay while enjoying the view of the park right in front of me.

    Thank you for taking care of us again, following last week! Once again, your mindset of entertaining guests—such as hosting a summer festival event—was wonderful. However, this time there were a few disappointing points regarding housekeeping: - The battery in the clock in the Room was dead (it should have been obvious at a glance). - There were hairs and other traces left in the toilet from the previous guest, which was very unpleasant given the nature of a toilet. These are issues that could be resolved with a little more attention, so I would appreciate it if you could address them. We look forward to staying with you again.

    Wonderful Hotel

    Thank you very much for the complimentary upgrade this time. The front desk staff are always pleasant, and the Room is always thoroughly cleaned and feels very fresh and spotless. I have to visit the hospital regularly, but staying at this Hotel is truly relaxing for me. Thank you as always.

    Clean and spacious

    Last time, since there were two of us, we stayed in a twin Room. This time I was alone, so it was a double Room (I think), and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will stay here again. There is a place to eat inside the Hotel, but there are no other dining options nearby at all. There is a 7-Eleven. Buses to Kashiwanoha-campus Station run frequently and take about 3 minutes, so when I have the energy, I go to Lalaport for meals.

    I stay here regularl...

    I stay here regularly. Because it’s a little away from the station, it’s truly quiet and relaxing. It’s also close to central Tokyo, so I come here when I want to recharge. The only issue is that, given the location, parking feels essential, but the current parking area (and it’s gravel) doesn’t seem quite sufficient—so I would appreciate improvements. I’ll be back again soon.

    The access may not be the best, but it's still a Hotel you'll want to stay at.

    The most common access is by bus from Kashiwanoha-campus, but there are also buses available from Kashiwa Station (nearest stop: Kashiwanoha Park North). From the Omiya area, you can use the Tobu Urban Park Line, though a transfer is required. While access from central Tokyo is not very convenient, this Hotel is still worth staying at. The Facility is modern, and the Rooms are spacious. Being adjacent to a park provides an excellent surrounding environment, giving you a sense of being at a small resort. Please note that there are no restaurants nearby and no work desk in the Room (at least in the single Room I stayed in). However, there is a lounge where you can work if needed, and it’s very convenient that the lounge remains accessible even after check-out.

    It is comfortable.

    This is my third time staying here. Except for the fact that it's a bit difficult to access without a car, this accommodation is perfect. The breakfast offers a variety of vegetable dishes, making it healthy and enjoyable. I would love to stay here again.

    It was a great find after a long time!

    I often use Hotels in Chiba, but this was the best experience so far with spacious and clean Rooms and excellent service. I would love to stay here again when visiting Chiba.

    Clean and comfortable.

    The Room is spacious and well-cleaned. Additionally, the Facility includes a microwave in the room. There is also a lounge where you can enjoy quiet conversations, reading, or light work, making it very comfortable.

    A large number of insects have appeared.

    If the window in the room was left open, a large number of insects entered, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell upon entering. Other than that, the service and room were good.

    Everything is comfortable.

    This is my third stay. Despite being a bit far from the station due to its reasonable accommodation cost, I found the room spacious, the bed and bath convenient, and most importantly, the breakfast was incredibly delicious. It’s a comfortable hotel where I would definitely like to stay again.

    It was a spacious and comfortable Room.

    The room was spacious, and the TV had a large screen where I could watch movies and browse the internet. Amenities and coffee were available at the reception or lounge, which was convenient. There were no shops nearby, but having a convenience store on the first floor was helpful. I had a multiple night stay at this clean hotel and enjoyed a comfortable experience.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    The lounge available before and after check-in/out was very convenient. The large windows overlooking the greenery of the park were perfect for working, browsing magazines, or enjoying light snacks. The Room was more spacious compared to a single room in a Business Hotel, and the layout with a closet and drink bar near the entrance hall was well-designed. Both the service and amenities provided just what was necessary without any waste, which was great. Having access to a 7-Eleven from the lobby with ready-made meals, bento boxes, and frozen food options was also very convenient. This time I stayed as an accompaniment for a hospital visit, but I would love to use it again for private relaxation or when focusing on work or study.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. The hotel is new, very clean, and well-equipped, which made for a highly satisfying experience. The staff were kind and attentive, leaving nothing to be desired. The surroundings of the hotel are lush with greenery, providing a great environment that allowed me to enjoy a relaxing holiday.     I stayed with three preschool children. The room was a suite with separate bedroom and living areas, making it very comfortable. The furniture in the room had rounded edges, which felt safe for families with children. It would have been nice if the beds could be pushed together. I noticed similar feedback in other reviews, so I hope Hollywood twin-style arrangements can be considered during future renovations. Walking about 20 minutes through the shopping mall near the station is an option depending on weather and time of day. The sidewalks are wide, making it easy to walk. However, when returning multiple times during our outings, we opted to use the bus instead. Buses arrived within 15 minutes and were convenient to use. We prioritized room size for our family of five and were overall satisfied with our choice here. Regarding the washing machine (SHARP), we initially didn’t know when to add detergent and mistakenly thought it was an automatic dispenser like our machine at home from a different brand—resulting in pouring over half a bottle of liquid detergent into its compartment at once! It would have been helpful if instructions on how to add detergent were provided.

    This time, we requested in advance for the installation of a microwave and bed guard, and it was handled as requested. Thank you very much. On the day of the stay, it was very cold, but upon entering the room, the temperature was comfortable, allowing us to have a pleasant stay.     900 yen by taxi from the station. It's a bit far, but you can relax and enjoy your stay!
