  I hope it will improve in the future.

  After the management changed to a major Hotel group, I returned with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing. The location and facilities seem capable of meeting SLH standards, so I hope to see stronger service. I was told there was an issue with the Room type I had reserved and was asked to change it, but it was a downgrade rather than an upgrade, and there was no offer to refund the difference in accommodation charges—an unexpected response from a major Hotel group. There were several other mistakes as well; however, since most of the staff were inexperienced, I appreciated their sincere effort and constant smiles. With proper training, I hope they will aim for SLH standards.

  It was absolutely wonderful—beyond our expectations!!

  It was even better than expected. 1. The sunset views from the Hotel’s private beach and the jacuzzi on the balcony were simply breathtaking. 2. Marine gear: We could borrow boards and floats, and just drifting on the water was incredibly relaxing. 3. From check-in to advice on activities, the staff always assisted us with warm smiles and attentive service. Their perfectly balanced hospitality made our stay even more satisfying.

  The best Hotel!

  The room was very clean and had a jacuzzi, the price was within budget, and we could enjoy both the pool and the sea. They also offered free rentals for kayaks, snorkeling gear, and float rings, making it an excellent hotel!! The only slightly scary thing was that the TV seemed to be connected to someone's smartphone and kept turning on by itself no matter how many times we turned it off, but we just unplugged it, so it was no problem. It was such a wonderful hotel that I would love to stay again!

  Relax on the private beach.

  The facility was quiet and relaxing. Welcome drinks were prepared in the lobby, and I enjoyed comparing Awamori on the terrace while gazing at the sea. Blissful moments! What I liked the most was the private beach, with free rentals of life jackets, float rings, SUP, and more, which I think is a big plus. The waves were calm, and I enjoyed snorkeling. Next time, I want to have a Multiple Night Stay.

  Repeat confirmed!

  First of all, the staff was very kind! We stayed in the garden with the last available room for a suddenly decided trip. We enjoyed a barbecue on the terrace at night! The fact that all rooms come with a view bath was also a deciding factor.

  Please note that the Room does not offer a sea view.

  I stayed in the Executive TOYA Suite, which is titled as the "most special" suite in the Property bearing the name "Toya." Upon entering the Room, I was surprised to see that the view from the large window was of residential houses and a fishing port. The view from the jacuzzi only showed the neighboring house, so the blinds couldn't be opened. There was no terrace in the Room, and I couldn't hide my surprise at the difference from the Room photos. Please include a note stating that the Room does not offer a sea view. Other Rooms seemed to face the beach. The complimentary drinks available from the evening at the front desk and the private beach were nice, but the disappointment with the Room was too great. I hope for improvements in the descriptions to prevent similar experiences for other guests.

  This was my first time staying here, and I thought it was a hotel with a pleasant location where you can enjoy a long and relaxing stay. The staff's service was excellent, making for a pleasant stay. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.
