    Only disappointment

    ① When I requested a surprise, everything was revealed in front of my companion during check-in. ② After going out, when I checked in again, the explanation was all about how crowded the dining and bath times would be. Even when I said I understood, the tall female staff member kept insisting. Why so high-handed? Moreover, the dining area was empty in the morning and evening. ③ Breakfast drinks are self-service. I handed tea to my elderly mother, and while I went to get another drink, the glass was taken away. Why? Why take it away so quickly when she is hard of hearing and had just sat down? ④ The path to the bath's washing area is freezing! It's so cold that it's unclear why it's kept that way. It could cause a heart attack! By the way, the elevators are also cold. ⑤ The room is too small to move around. I spent most of the time on the bed. The sofa bed by the window already had bedding on it, so it couldn't be used as a sofa. The bed by the window is cold from the draft! Yet, there's only one blanket. They lent me a blanket when I asked, but it was needed from the start. There's no space to open a suitcase. The meals were very delicious both in the morning and evening, which was a relief. Especially breakfast was tasty! However, with so many side dishes for white rice, there's no hitsumabushi... At this price, I wish towels were unlimited at the Onsen. If you don't consider it carefully, you might not be satisfied with the Room. However, you might be satisfied with the meals.

    The entire facility was clean.

    It was new, clean, and comfortable to stay. Although it is in the center of Sapporo, the Onsen was so relaxing that I almost forgot about it. You can hear the noise of cars through the gaps, but it didn't bother me. I also enjoyed ice cream after the bath. However, it was a bit disappointing that the room was a bit small.

    The bath is excellent.

    Anyway, the Onsen is great, isn't it? It's not the kind of Onsen you find in a Business Hotel, but a proper Onsen typical of a Ryokan. The temperature is on the higher side, which helps relieve fatigue. The sauna can comfortably accommodate about 10 people...? It's recommended to go early, as it tends to get crowded later.

    Luxury of enjoying Onsen near the station

    Close to the station, yet an Onsen. Fully equipped with a sauna! And it's at a serious temperature. It was very pleasant. The room is a bit small, and you can't open a suitcase. The service is excellent. The response and smiles from the front desk staff were all pleasant. Thank you for taking care of us! I want to stay again!!

    Onsen and services are excellent.

    It was only a one-night stay, but the room's atmosphere and the wonderful large public Onsen were impressive. After walking a lot, my chilled body was warmed, and my fatigue was relieved. The ice cream after the bath was also delicious! They also provided jinbei and footwear for children. The sweets in the room were also delicious. If my family or acquaintances go to Sapporo, I would definitely recommend it!

    I was pleased to be able to enjoy the Onsen while staying in a convenient location in Sapporo. The Room with tatami was relaxing. I used it for a business trip and was satisfied. I would like to use it again.

    I used it for a birt...

    I used it for a birthday celebration. Everything was perfect, but receiving a message card from all the staff was the most touching. It is a wonderful Onsen Ryokan that I definitely want to use again in the future.

    The Hotel I’ve Been Curious About

    We arrived one hour before the scheduled check-in time. We planned to leave our luggage and go for a walk, but my companion wasn’t feeling well and we were resting when the staff kindly told us, “Your Room is ready…,” and allowed us to check in early, which was very helpful. The Room is compact, with a clean Japanese-modern feel based on light wood and white tones. We did have some trouble finding space to open our suitcases... From the window we could see the greenery of the botanical garden, and we were able to relax with a coffee break. However, there were many stains on the light wood, and part of the shoji paper was largely torn off. It was disappointing because the small space had been thoughtfully designed. Breakfast met our expectations: a delicious Japanese meal with many dishes that left us completely satisfied. Taking our time over a leisurely breakfast was especially nice. Thank you for taking care of us.

    The actual experience is better than the photos, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    The view is amazing!

    The view of Sapporo from the 12th-floor window was amazing! The room was stylishly designed and clean, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. The double bed was so spacious and firm that I didn't even notice someone sleeping next to me, making it feel like I was sleeping alone, which was great for a good night's sleep. Both my husband and I love saunas and were looking forward to it, but I thought it would have been perfect if there were reclining chairs for relaxation. I was satisfied with both the women's bath and sauna, but my husband was dissatisfied, saying that the sauna and water temperatures in the men's section were too lukewarm for proper relaxation. The food was very delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. Since it was my husband's birthday, I requested in advance, and they kindly provided a complimentary small cake plate with a birthday message. Thank you very much. I think it turned out to be a great birthday for my husband. It was such a beautiful and stylish hotel that I think my daughters would love it too. If we have the chance, I would like to come and stay with my daughters next time. I would love to toast with wine while enjoying that view from the window again. Thank you for a wonderful time.
