    Staying during the high season can be too expensive for general guests.

    I tend to compare price and quality, but my friends booked their accommodation using Marriott Bonvoy points, so they didn’t know the price. To match with my friends, I made a reservation here, but it felt expensive even at half the price for a business hotel, and the room was small. The bed, linens, amenities, and front desk service were well-maintained and excellent as expected. However, what disappointed me—again considering the price—was that the shower curtain in the unit bath had an unpleasant smell. While I don’t oppose dynamic pricing itself, I feel that without setting a reasonable limit on pricing, there might not be repeat stays in the future. If this dynamic pricing strategy is based on prioritizing one-time guests over repeat customers, then it’s understandable. For reference, I checked both Marriott Group's official website and IKYU.com for prices.

    Short Stay

    18:00 check-in and 9:00 check-out short Plan was used. (IKYU) There is a gym, and Nijo Market is within walking distance, making it very convenient. The Room is spacious and does not have the cramped feeling of a typical Business Hotel.
