    A touch of an overseas vibe?

    The rooms are spacious, and the decor and furniture are tasteful, making it a very relaxing Hotel. Many of the staff members are from overseas, but they are extremely kind, attentive, and pleasant. Even those who aren't fluent in Japanese make an effort to communicate warmly. The Hotel's cozy size gives it a charming atmosphere that feels like being in a small town abroad. It was an enjoyable experience. The food is delicious but lacks delicacy; its dynamic style adds to the international vibe and makes it even more fun. I would love to stay here again!

    Highly satisfying.

    The staff's service was excellent, and I am very satisfied. The sense of design in the Facility and interior was great, making for a satisfying stay. I forgot my phone charger, but their response to this situation was outstanding and very helpful. I would love to use this place again.

    Spacious Room and Friendly Staff Condominium

    This was my first trip to Niseko, and I stayed for 3 nights. Since it was the off-season, the spacious and clean condominium was very affordable. The room I stayed in had a washing machine, refrigerator, and all necessary dishes, making it very comfortable. There was also an onsen; though not large, it was relaxing as there were few people. When I had trouble with a shuttle bus reservation from Niseko Village to the airport (not booked through this hotel), the reception staff kindly helped me by checking alternative times with the reservation service and rebooking for me. Their kindness almost brought me to tears! The staff here are all friendly and helpful with warm smiles. I will definitely stay here again!
