  A Hotel That Can’t Handle the Basics

  To help reduce front desk congestion, I was advised to use pre-check-in and an unattended key issuance service, so I did. In the end, I still had to wait about 10 minutes at the front desk for check-in. (I was told there is no key machine.) After finally receiving my room key and going to the Room, someone was already inside... It almost turned into a fight... How can you hand over a key to a Room that has already been checked in? I went back to the front desk, explained what happened, and received a new room key. A staff member escorted me to the Room, but there was hardly any apology. At that time, I was told they would later bring my IKYU Diamond member benefit to my Room, but I never received it... You should introduce an unattended key machine—people make mistakes. The only good point is the location.

In addition, we mistakenly guided you to a Room that had already been checked into by another guest, and you then witnessed another guest entering the Room as you were about to go in. We sincerely apologize for the anxiety and discomfort this caused. All of our staff take this extremely seriously, as it should never have happened. We also apologize again for shortcomings in our subsequent response, explanation, and apology. Regarding the IKYU Diamond Member benefits, although we had promised to provide them to you, we ultimately failed to deliver them. Our staff visited your Room several times but were unable to hand them over because you were not present; however, we did not give sufficient consideration to informing you at check-out or arranging an alternative method of delivery. At our hotel, check-in procedures and Room key handover are conducted at the front desk. We take your feedback seriously and will review our operations and verification procedures to prevent a recurrence. Even so, thank you for your kind words regarding our location.   A hidden retreat in the city.

  This is a highly efficient Hotel with no unnecessary elements, yet everything essential is thoughtfully provided. The reception staff offered exceptionally warm hospitality. Everything was stylishly designed, making for a very comfortable stay. It was so comfortable that I missed the free beer at the lounge in the evening—what a shame! Next time, I definitely want to enjoy beer at the lounge. Thank you very much!

  The interior is excellent.

  I chose this accommodation because it was conveniently located near the National Art Center. Although the front desk area was lively upon arrival, possibly due to an event, I was able to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay in my room. As someone interested in furniture and interior design, I found the decor fascinating and beautiful. I would also like to stay at the Osaka Honmachi location someday.

  Hotel not worth the price

  The level is far from what you would expect from a luxury Hotel in Japan. Both the amenities and Room furnishings were unsatisfactory in every aspect. I don't think I will ever use this Hotel again. The only positive point is the location, which is ideal for international visitors to enjoy Tokyo as if they were living there.

  A New Sensation Stylish Hotel

  The room's interior and furniture are innovative, inspiring ideas for home renovation. The billiards and chess in the 2nd-floor lobby provide a relaxing atmosphere. It serves as an ideal base for exploring Azabu-Juban. Breakfast is Western-style only, but even as someone who usually eats Japanese cuisine, I found the menu delicious. The breakfast venue faces the Azabu-Juban shopping street, and spending time on the outdoor terrace was a refreshing way to start the day.
