    I was very satisfied!

    I stayed at the end of February. There was a courtyard inside the room, allowing me to experience the atmosphere of Kyoto while staying indoors, which was a special experience. This time it was a short stay, but next time I would like to take my time and enjoy it more.

    A stay where you can fully experience Kyoto in a quiet location.

    I often stay in Kyoto, and this was a very memorable stay. First of all, the hotel's location was excellent. The city is bustling with tourists, but it was in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay. It was within walking distance to the Kyoto Imperial Palace, making for a pleasant morning walk. All major tourist spots were within taxi range, so there were no issues. Additionally, as the property was a renovated machiya, the lobby, guest rooms, and dining area had a truly Kyoto-like design. Above all, the staff I met during my stay were all smiling and provided a very pleasant service. I am grateful for their flexible responses.

    Highly recommended for those who want to stay in a Kyoto machiya.

    The room, renovated from a traditional Kyoto townhouse, had a very pleasant atmosphere. In addition to the guest room's bath, there is also a Kura-style bath available for private use within the facility, providing a wonderful experience. Moreover, breakfast was a special experience with vegetables, meat, and fish grilled by the staff over an irori hearth. There are many foreign guests, but Japanese guests can also rediscover and experience the beauty of Japanese culture, offering a taste of the extraordinary. Highly recommended!

    An Extraordinary Experience Unique to Kyoto

    From check-in to check-out, it was an extraordinary experience. The atmosphere of the machiya, which cannot be experienced in a city Hotel, was truly wonderful. I was constantly captivated by the building that exudes a sense of history through its walls and floors. Moreover, the staff were friendlier than I imagined, and I had many conversations with them. Even the young staff made me feel welcomed, and I was able to spend a good time understanding the atmosphere of Nazuna. The irori breakfast was particularly exceptional, offering an experience that cannot be felt at other Hotels. A staff member is assigned to each group to grill vegetables over charcoal. The overseas guests next to us seemed to be having a great time talking! I definitely want to visit other Nazuna locations as well. By the way, they were also selling many original products.

    Perfect for a stay in Kyoto

    I stayed in the Room called "羊羹" (Youkan). The room had a charming atmosphere, allowing me to relax in a calm setting. The staff were very kind and attentive, making my stay enjoyable and worry-free. The breakfast offered a taste of Kyoto, allowing me to indulge in a luxurious feeling from the morning. Additionally, the Kura-style bath I used was also wonderful. I experienced a special moment as if I had time-traveled. It was an unforgettable experience that makes me want to use it again next time. I think Nazuna Kyoto Gosho is the perfect Stays for those who want to fully enjoy Kyoto.
