    Narita Stay

    I have stayed several times already and am always very satisfied. The staff are all kind, and especially the rooms in the South Building are spacious enough for two people. I hope to continue staying here in the future, so thank you in advance.

    A nearby resort

    You can enjoy the night view of the airport from the Room or the restaurant. This time, I stayed in a Room in the main building, but the air conditioning was difficult to control and it was a bit hot. Also, the noise from the refrigerator was bothersome, so I turned it off while sleeping, which was unfortunate. The Japanese restaurant Azuma and the breakfast at Gardenia were satisfying. I didn't use the pool this time, but it is a Hotel where you can enjoy nearby attractions.

    The breakfast is not good.

    The breakfast selection is abundant, but not very impressive. I tried both the New Year's breakfast and the regular breakfast. Even Business Hotels now offer better options. Chef, please try it yourself. None of the dishes are tasty.

    It was comfortable!

    When I inquired by phone in advance, I received courteous service, and the Room was clean and comfortable. Although I didn't use it, the room service looked delicious. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    The sauna and cold bath are excellent.

    I used it for the first time for an overnight stay before traveling abroad from Narita. I enjoyed the sauna, cold bath, and bath at a good temperature. There is also a convenience store, and the staff were very kind, which was great. The Shuttle Service to Narita Airport was also convenient and good.

    I was looking for a hotel nearby with delicious food without going far. Among many hotels, I found one with high ratings for its cuisine and excellent service, so I invited my mother to try it out, and it exceeded the reviews. I was impressed by the delicious food and the warm hospitality of the hotel staff. We were able to dine in a place with the best view, so I am satisfied that I found a very good hotel. The food was so delicious and made me feel happy, so I plan to visit again soon! I look forward to your hospitality again then. Food is the best! Service is the best!! View is the best!!!

    Information on IKYU.com cannot be trusted.

    The entire room smelled musty, and the musty smell transferred to all my belongings, including my bag and clothes. When I checked out, I was apologized to, so I asked if the room hadn't been used, and they said it hadn't been used for a long time. The bed also smelled musty, the room smelled musty, and my bag and clothes smelled musty. The bedding was itchy, and I was bitten in two places. I would like my money back. There was nothing to eat, and I will never stay here again.

    I think it's worth the price.

    I thought it couldn't be helped since it was for airport use, but choosing this place was a mistake. The response at check-in was also bad. I don't think there will be a second time.

    I enjoyed it this time as well.

    I often use a hotel near Narita with a resort feel and a pool, but MyStays had clean rooms and very well-stocked amenities. The Superior Triple Room had three large single beds, providing enough space even with a child co-sleeping. Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00, allowing for a very relaxed stay. We used the buffet for meals, which was enjoyable for all ages. The public bath had two types, hot and cold, so I thought it would be better if there was a temperature that allowed for more relaxed soaking. A TV was installed in the changing room, so adults could get ready while the children watched cartoons. It's not new, but everything was clean, and the staff were very kind, making me want to use it again.
