    The Best Accommodation Experience

    We stayed in the Penthouse Suite. The spacious 200 m² room had a luxurious layout that felt like three separate areas—a living room, bathroom, and bedroom—and there was also a large wardrobe area further inside, so we were able to relax and stay very comfortably. The bathroom, in particular, was stunningly spacious and truly impressive—I couldn’t help but admire it. The amenities were also excellent, making our stay very comfortable. Our children were thrilled with the large living room. It was also wonderful that we could enjoy a relaxed family meal by using in-room dining. Since our second son’s birthday was coming up, the staff prepared various special touches for him, and he was absolutely delighted. We truly appreciated their thoughtful care, and it became a wonderful memory for our family. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of the staff. Not only the room but the entire Hotel—including the lobby, spa, and executive lounge—was designed with a calm sense of luxury and a cohesive interior style throughout, allowing us to enjoy an indulgent escape from everyday life. The staff were also extremely courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an extraordinary and luxurious Accommodation experience in Osaka, this is a Hotel I highly recommend. It’s especially perfect for those who love a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. Whenever we have plans around Nakanoshima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

    The Room was clean a...

    The Room was clean and easy to use. I stayed for two nights, but one pair of slippers I left out was missing, although a new pair had been provided. I had placed a bath towel under the pillow to adjust the height, but the towel was removed. The ballpoint pen did not work, which was inconvenient. I asked for the Wi-Fi password, but I wasn’t told which site/page to access, so it took some time to connect. For a top-class Hotel, these small issues were disappointing.

    Without a doubt, it’s the best.

    The view from the spacious Room felt endlessly open. Since it was a south-facing Room, we could often see planes landing at Kansai International Airport. Even after stepping out briefly, it seemed to detect that and would turn off the TV or require logging in to YouTube again, which was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. The room service fried chicken seemed to be made with high-quality oil and ingredients, and it was delicious without feeling heavy—we finished it all. It was a little disappointing that the breakfast coffee on the second night was, for some reason, like hot water lightly tinted with coffee.

    Beautiful night views of Osaka.

    It was a great Hotel with luxury and excellent service. The spa and pool in the Hotel were very good.

    It was excellent.

    The front desk staff were very courteous and attentive, which we truly appreciated. The Room was clean, and although we stayed only one night, it was a comfortable escape from everyday life. After checking out, we had a teppanyaki lunch at the kura. It was delicious, and both the chef and the staff provided excellent service. Thank you very much.

    Amazing atmosphere!

    The view from the lobby and the interior design were all wonderful. The breakfast and roast beef were delicious, and drinks and service arrived promptly—absolutely excellent! However, there were almost no amenities, and the shampoo was in a large fixed bottle... It somewhat dampened the luxurious feeling. Overall, including the atmosphere, I was satisfied!

    It was great last time.

    When I asked the staff if I could wash my clothes immediately after falling outside and getting them dirty, the first woman responded normally. However, the young man who came afterward was rude, avoiding eye contact and speaking in a condescending tone as if explaining something to a subordinate.

    Exceptional Hospitality

    Stayed at the accommodation on the last day of my trip to Osaka! The room, meals, and gym were all of high quality, allowing me to enjoy an excellent final night!

    The bath was excellent.

    The public bath was clean and very pleasant. I also used the fitness facilities, and I appreciated the staff's attention to detail as they regularly disinfected the machines.

    Isn't it too much?

    The guest rooms are excellent. The front desk service is outstanding as expected. However, the lounge overall felt slightly overcrowded. There’s nothing particularly wrong, but it seems to reflect the challenges of increased inbound tourism. It’s hard not to compare it with Conrad Tokyo.

    Both heart and stomach were satisfied.

    The staff who took care of our luggage, the front desk team, and the breakfast venue staff were all exceptional from the moment we arrived at the accommodation until we left. Everyone was approachable and created a welcoming atmosphere, which I personally appreciated. Their attentiveness and responsiveness to guests, including myself, were impressive, and I am glad to have experienced Conrad's excellent hospitality firsthand. The chai at breakfast was also incredibly delicious—I couldn't help but ask for refills multiple times! I enjoyed a leisurely meal, admired the beautiful view from my room, and had a truly fulfilling experience both physically and emotionally. I would love to stay here again in the future.

    Excellent service except for a few people.

    The attitude of the woman at the reception during checkout was terrible. When checking out, I wanted to take a photo in the lobby, so I asked the receptionist, "Where do you recommend taking a photo?" In response, she said, "Ah, everywhere," without a smile, which left me speechless with surprise. I believe there's a way to say the same thing more politely. After that, she didn't take our photo and started attending to the next guest in line for checkout, leaving us ignored. Frustrated, I asked the concierge to take our photo, and they immediately assisted us. They even noticed that we were staying to celebrate our marriage registration and offered us congratulatory words. Additionally, the staff in the club lounge were all wonderful. I think the woman at the reception should reconsider her customer service attitude. The reception is the face of the Hotel, and such an attitude lowers the quality of the Hotel.
