    Everyone in the family was happy with everything!

    We stayed here for a celebration, and the meals, room, and service were all excellent—our whole family was very happy. If I had to ask for one thing, it would be perfect if both large public baths had an open-air bath and a sauna. Still, the in-room open-air bath was amazing—I even enjoyed it alone with a beer! The celebration cake, the drinks and sweets in the lounge, dinner and breakfast, and all the complimentary items and beverages were wonderful. The guest of honor—and our entire family—were truly impressed. Next time, I’d love to bring my parents as well; we look forward to staying with you again then.

    A cozy, comfortable space.

    I was satisfied with the breakfast, the large public bath, and the bath in my Room. The staff service was also fairly good. However, perhaps due to a staffing shortage, the massage and spa services were closed. Since there are group Hotels nearby, I would appreciate it if these services could be offered at one location with visiting service available as well. I have stayed several times, and overall it is a reasonably satisfying Hotel.

    The private open-air bath in the guest room is exceptional.

    The private open-air bath in the guest room, with the ocean right in front and the sound of waves, was absolutely amazing.

    First-time Accommodation

    Check-in was done in a separate room, and although it felt a bit unfamiliar, the service was good and left a positive impression. There was a dedicated elevator, allowing smooth movement without any crowding. However, the entrance to the annex is manual, which was slightly inconvenient, but staff were attentive in opening and closing it when noticed. The room was spacious and satisfying, with an excellent open-air bath and breathtaking views from the window. Since we can't eat much at once, we opted for the buffet to choose what we liked; there were also additional dishes available that left us feeling full. Drinks are charged separately. It was an extremely satisfying accommodation experience. On our way home, my partner and I agreed that we'd love to come back again if possible.

    We chose a Room with...

    We chose a Room with a bath in the annex building, Kagetsu, and it turned out to be a satisfying trip with a great view from the Room and bath, as well as excellent meals.

    The view from the room was excellent.

    The ocean view from the room and the starry sky visible from the private open-air bath were wonderful. Bathing while gazing at the beautiful starry sky was peaceful, with only the sound of the waves, allowing for a truly pleasant time. It would be even better if the meal times in the morning and evening were extended and available until later. All the staff were courteous and attentive, making the experience very pleasant.
