    I usually avoid Satu...

    I usually avoid Saturdays because accommodation rates are high, but this time I chose a discounted Plan since check-in hours were limited due to an electrical equipment inspection. Thanks to this Plan, I was able to add a weekend stay at short notice, and I really appreciate it. The Room and Facility were excellent—no complaints at all. I had stayed here before it was branded “Premier,” so I wasn’t worried. I hope there will be another opportunity like this.

    Direct underground access from Kyoto Station is very convenient.

    Being able to get around underground without being affected by the weather is very convenient. The Room is simple, and the amenities are well stocked. The bathtub was spacious and relaxing. I would like to stay here again when staying near Kyoto Station. When I returned after check-out because I had forgotten something, you responded quickly, which was a great help. Thank you very much.

    It was great to have a separate washing area in the bathroom.

    It was great to have a separate washing area in the bathroom. It’s convenient that you can get there from Kyoto Station via the underground passage without getting wet at all, even in the rain. Also, having both elevators and escalators between the underground passage and street level was very helpful since we had heavy luggage.

    Conveniently located near Kyoto Station, with comfortable guest rooms!

    This was my second stay. Each time, I’m impressed by how convenient it is—about a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station—how clean and comfortable the rooms are, and how welcoming and attentive the front desk and housekeeping staff are. The bathroom is also thoughtfully designed, with a separate shower and bathtub. The Vietnamese restaurant on the second floor is delicious as well. Thank you again for a wonderful stay—I’ll be back!

    The Hotel was conveniently located near the station with excellent transportation access. However, karaoke singing from the izakaya next door could be heard until around 11 p.m., which was disappointing.

    First-time guest

    This was my first stay. I was traveling alone for business, but I was upgraded and able to relax and enjoy my time. It is close to the station, and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast selection was decent, with a good variety that I enjoyed. The tofu was delicious. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    I will make this my regular accommodation in Kyoto.

    [Non-Smoking] The Superior Twin Room was spacious and provided a calm atmosphere for relaxation. We enjoyed breakfast only on New Year's Day, which included traditional Japanese New Year dishes, Vietnamese rice porridge, and other healthy and delicious options. At night, the laundry room on the second floor was crowded, and some foreign guests had trouble using it. It would be helpful to have a phone in the laundry room to contact the front desk. A laundry bag in the Room would also be convenient. The ironing board and steam iron in the Room were very useful. Additionally, the bathroom with a washing area allowed us to relax as if we were at home. With its convenient location and comfortable Rooms, we look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you!

    A relaxing Hotel

    Overall, a satisfying Hotel. I stay in Kyoto every year, and all the staff are friendly and accommodating. The Room is clean, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast was not included in the Plan, so I paid separately. The Vietnamese pho and porridge were gentle on the stomach and delicious. While desserts were slightly limited, there was a good variety of dishes to enjoy. If available, I plan to stay here again next year.
