    Compact Twin

    Due to the typhoon, it rained throughout our stay. Even in the rain, the location was extremely convenient, with everything within walking distance. I have stayed at Daiwa Roynet Accommodations before and had great experiences everywhere, so I came to Ginza Premier with high expectations. The front desk staff were very kind and left a great impression. Although it was a Compact Twin room, the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and it was clean and comfortable. It was a bit disappointing to notice slight dirt behind the faucet at the sink. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    Neither good nor bad.

    I stayed in the Junior Suite, and it was neither particularly good nor bad. I used it when dining at my favorite restaurant there, but... It felt more like an extension of everyday life than something out of the ordinary. Whether I would stay again is another matter, but it was a good experience. The layout isn’t bad, but I can’t deny that it didn’t have to be here. If you’re looking for a truly special getaway, you might be better off choosing somewhere else.     Is it because they’re foreigners? Is there no hospitality?

    First, most of the front desk staff were foreigners. Perhaps because of that, their service felt very businesslike and cold. When I called to request a bath chair, they didn’t ask what kind (e.g., a care chair) and seemed ready to end the call right away. Because we have back problems, we wanted a care-type chair, but it was just a low bath stool. I also wanted a small chair in front of the sink, but they didn’t try to think of any alternatives and simply said they didn’t have one. At other hotels, they usually consider options and provide a usable chair... I guess you shouldn’t expect much from a Business Hotel. On the positive side, it was nice that the bathroom had a washing area and that there were separate pajama sets. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the 2nd floor; both tasted good.

    I stayed here after a concert.

    I stayed here for a concert at the International Forum. The location was very convenient, and the staff were pleasant. The Room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Perfect for late-night check-ins, just for sleeping, and enjoying a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning!

    Enjoy a late-night self-check-in after dining at a fine restaurant, with no worries (self-check-out is also available). The bed and pillows are exceptional! Breakfast includes an Italian buffet (with Japanese options), featuring delicious dishes and plenty of fresh salads. The pumpkin section was a delightful surprise, and the cheese was outstanding! If you prioritize these features, this is the best choice for your stay!

    Conveniently located near Ginza

    Conveniently located near a convenience store, perfect for exploring the area. The Junior Suite features two toilets, making it ideal for families. The beds are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. A massage chair is also included. The highlight is the breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of dishes and an extensive selection of drinks. This buffet is truly exceptional!

    Chair with backrest

    I used the day-use service. It was disappointing that the chair with a backrest in the guest room was dirty, especially the backrest and seating area. The backrest had a buildup of what seemed like dust or dirt. Although other reviews mentioned that the bathroom's washing area was small, I personally didn’t find it bothersome at all. I was happy to see DHC cream among the amenities. The guest room itself was spacious and comfortable.

    High-end Business Hotel

    As a Business Hotel, it seems to have almost all the necessary functions, which many people might find satisfactory. However, my purpose was to seek an "extraordinary experience" for an "energy recharge." In that sense, I didn't feel any excitement or inspiration and was disappointed as it did not meet my expectations. I paid more than a typical Business Hotel because I was looking for "attention to detail in service" in various aspects. Not just "functionality," but also design elements and something beyond the ordinary daily life that could evoke feelings of awe or inspiration were what I desired. For example, the elevator area on the first floor felt too plain and lifeless like an ordinary building, which dampened any initial excitement. The curtains in the Room were underwhelming and gave off a sense of carelessness without any warmth or thoughtfulness, leaving me disappointed. On the other hand, features like the bath with a high-quality showerhead were excellent and received positive Reviews from others as well—clearly showing effort in certain areas. However, attention to details such as curtains or shoe racks remained at an average level without much consideration for refinement—keeping it within the realm of a "typical Business Hotel," which was quite disappointing. Of course, as a Business Hotel offering high functionality with staff providing seamless service without flaws—it had no major shortcomings at all; this is commendable. Still, it remains within the standard of an ordinary 3-star Hotel—which is unfortunate. If there could be upgrades focusing on these aspects of "sensitivity" and attention to detail someday—it might even achieve 4-star status! Best wishes for improvement—I look forward to seeing progress!

    The front desk staff during check-in was very polite and provided excellent service. The explanation of the self-check-in process was also very helpful. The location is great, conveniently close to Ginza and Yurakucho Station. However, breakfast was quite disappointing. While the layout and atmosphere of the restaurant were nice, the service from the hall staff could be improved. The attendants seemed a bit unenthusiastic. While I understand that computer work is important, I believe paying attention to guests should be a priority in hospitality. It wasn’t even fully booked at the time. Tasks like replenishing food or addressing situations where guests spill or make a mess should take precedence. As for the food itself, I found the seasoning overall to be on the salty side.

    Mixed reviews

    New and clean hotel The bathroom in the room was too small to relax. While washing, my elbows hit the wall or entrance. For two guests, opening a suitcase using the luggage rack made moving around quite difficult. The Italian breakfast was excellent in both taste and value for money.

    I was very satisfied again this time.

    I frequently use this accommodation for business purposes as my regular stay, often checking in late at night. It is a wonderful hotel that provides a sense of comfort, almost like returning home, thanks to the hospitality of the staff. The rooms are functional, clean, and offer a relaxing atmosphere. This time, I booked with breakfast at Salvatore Cuomo included. The breakfast is satisfying with a variety of dishes and allows for ample sleep before enjoying it since it is served until 10:30 AM (last order at 10:00 AM). It’s truly one of my favorite hotels.

    Used for sudden accommodation.

    This was my first time using this facility. There were no particular issues, but I also didn't find any standout points. It was a smoking Room, but the smell did not bother me. The view from the window was not great. The Room's Facility is good for this price.

    I used it with my mother during the New Year. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the Room and the bathroom with a washing area (including a shower). My mother, who usually has something to say about the comfort of the bed, seemed very satisfied with the comfort of the bed. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were also kind and courteous, and throughout the trip, she kept saying, "It was a good New Year." I would definitely like to use it again. Thank you for the wonderful time.

    The Hotel was not worth evaluating.

    Was it a hotel where you stayed to relieve a year's worth of fatigue, only to find the worst pillow ever that you could hardly sleep on? I had heard that 70% of the guests were travelers from overseas, so I thought it was a Business Hotel, but I was disappointed by the lack of consideration in its design. It was probably built by the construction company Daiwa, but as expected of a Naniwa merchant. By the way, the room was a suite, but it felt like I paid a hundred thousand for a uselessly placed massage chair.

    The location is excellent, but the view is disappointing.

    I used the Junior Suite. It was reasonably spacious and a good Room, but the view was not very good. Still, the location was excellent.

    It was very comfortable.

    As in previous years, I stayed here again due to its convenience. A major point of choice is that the bath has a separate tub and washing area. Amenities were provided in the room, but there was also a system where you could choose as much bath salts and coffee as you liked at the lobby until midnight, which was enjoyable. Breakfast had slight variations every day, so I never got bored. There were many types of bread, but I chose rice (Yamagata's Hitomebore) and enjoyed the abundant accompaniments. Wondering what today's smoothie would be, and being able to eat delicious tiramisu from the morning was bliss. The French toast was also delicious. I was very grateful for the healthy and balanced meals. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

    Surprisingly convenient

    The Hotel was clean and spacious, with sufficient facilities and amenities. There are many dining options nearby, and Ginza-itchome Station is right in front, with Tokyo Station about a 12-minute walk away. The cost performance was excellent.
