  Very satisfied.

  I used this property for my first trip to Toyama. The large public bath was wonderful, and the facility itself was very clean and beautiful. I stayed in a room with a private bath, and both the bath and the room had a very relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were so well-stocked that I could have come empty-handed. Since I had reserved a private room for dinner, I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in a private room. It was nice to spend time without worrying about others around. The dinner was plentiful, with sashimi, meat, and rice, all very delicious and fresh. I usually don't write reviews this detailed, but this property was so good that I couldn't help but write. I will definitely use it again when I visit Toyama.

  I was able to relax.

  The service and meals were excellent.

  The Hotel driver provided a pleasant Shuttle Service to Tateyama Station, which was very helpful! The Pakistani staff at meal times also provided attentive service in polite Japanese, and all the food was delicious without leaving anything behind! I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance!

  The shuttle service was helpful!

  Pick-up from Tateyama Station is available even on the same day, which was helpful. There was a wait at the station, but both the arrival and departure were at the desired times. The Facility is old, but the Room layout is spacious, and the large public bath was empty and quiet on weekdays without families, allowing for a relaxing experience.

There are three shuttles per hour, so you may have to wait a little depending on the arrival time of the cable car.
