    Bed

    Thank you once again for the wonderful stay. The bed was excellent, and my lower back pain disappeared after just one night—surely thanks to the quality of the bed, as it was the same during my previous visit. Next time, I’d love to try your Chinese cuisine. It would also be great if there were vending machines available for purchasing drinks. I look forward to staying with you again!

    Uncomfortable bedding.

    Even with a mat, the futon and mat were too thin, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We do not recommend the Japanese-style room.

    The air conditioning...

    The air conditioning system is switched between heating and cooling once a year, and it was set to cooling. On the day of your visit, Chiryu experienced light rain and chilly weather, making it uncomfortably cold even with the air conditioning turned off.

    Spacious and comfortable.

    I stayed with a friend for a live event. We stayed in the Superior Double Room, which was spacious enough for two people and very comfortable. The desk was large, and there was space on the floor to spread out our luggage, which was very convenient.

    The best Hotel in the area

    Clean and well-maintained, with very polite and friendly staff. Conveniently located near Chiryu Station, making it easy to go out. While the Facility is indeed old, it is well-kept and very clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I accidentally broke a glass in the Room and offered to pay for it at the front desk, but the staff first asked if I was injured. I was impressed by their high level of hospitality and attentiveness. I didn’t use the restaurant this time, but I would like to try their food on my next visit.

    I would like to use it again.

    I stayed for two nights in a twin room with No Meals Included. As many have mentioned, there is a Showa-era building feel, and some parts of the corridors and walls feel old, but the satisfaction (price and convenience, etc.) exceeded that, so I rated the satisfaction as 5. Compared to hotels in the same price range, the room size and comfort are by far the best. The bathtub was not cramped, making it easy to use. The curtain length was just right, but it was fine with normal use. When I consulted with them in advance, they responded promptly, and the service was good. On the day, I couldn't find the ice machine, so I contacted the front desk, and they said they would handle it individually, so it would have been nice to have that information somewhere. When I requested, they brought a full, impressive ice bucket. The parking lot is connected to the building, so it's not cold in winter and convenient even in the rain, but if you park on the top floor (roof level) of the parking lot, the connecting corridor level is the hotel's 2nd floor. There are stairs going down, so it's recommended to unload your luggage first. It is indeed a bit confusing, so guidance would be helpful. There is a Lawson convenience store about a 2-3 minute walk away. Around the station, there is a small FamilyMart, and a bit further, another Lawson. Overall, I was very satisfied, so I plan to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.
