Kinnotake Tonosawa (Adult Only)

This was my second stay, and it felt like both the cuisine and hospitality had been upgraded even further.This time I arrived on foot, and a staff member came out to greet me from around the bridge; on departure as well, they saw me off until I was out of sight, which made me very happy.The sparklers were available last time too, and they have become one of the highlights for me.There is a pool directly below the Room terrace; at first it was quite noisy and I worried it might continue, but it gradually settled down so I was relieved.If I had to mention one thing, the Room lighting was a bit dim, and I would appreciate something like a lighted makeup mirror or a small lamp for applying makeup.Overall, it was a wonderful stay—thank you very much. I would love to visit again.

Thank you very much for your hospitality.All of the staff provided excellent service.Every dish was delicious, and I was especially impressed by how tender the octopus was.The Room was clean, and we were satisfied with the amenities.However, the shower was difficult to use and it took a long time to get hot water, so we had to ask a staff member for help. The bath water was a bit lukewarm. We wanted to add more hot water but couldn’t adjust it, which was disappointing, so we rated it 3 stars.The reading light was small and there weren’t enough for everyone, so we couldn’t read comfortably, which was also disappointing.Other than that, we had a comfortable stay.Thank you very much.
