    I was extremely sati...

    I was extremely satisfied with the in-room scenic bath. If it were just for the bath, I would like to visit again, but dinner was terrible. Dinner was also terrible at another Onsen in Niseko that I visited last month. I may not go to Niseko again.

    Dissatisfied with the food.

    This was my fourth stay. Until now, I have stayed here because I was very satisfied with the meals, but this time it was disappointing: there were fewer dishes than before, and the hot food was not kept warm properly. Also, in the past there was a bottle of sweetened water in the Room refrigerator, but this time it was not provided, so I did not drink any tea or black tea. The service was good, which made it even more disappointing.

    What concerned me mo...

    What concerned me most was that, including the front desk staff, we were spoken to only with the bare minimum, leaving an impression of matter-of-fact service. In the morning, even when I passed employees in the lobby on my way to the bath, there was no “good morning” greeting. Since it wasn’t just one or two people, I was honestly surprised and felt a bit sad. The Room was a Japanese-style room with twin beds, but the sofa and TV were positioned facing the same direction, so if you sit on the sofa you end up watching the TV out of the corner of your eye. There weren’t any other chairs, and from the Japanese-style area the TV felt far away. I also wondered if more thought could have been put into the layout.

    Perfect for a relaxing stay surrounded by tranquil nature.

    You can quietly hear birdsong, the wind, and rustling leaves as nature’s sounds drift by, allowing you to relax at a leisurely pace and escape everyday life—I would consider staying again.

    The meals were truly delicious.

    Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious—I wished I could have stayed for about a week! The open-air bath was spacious and very relaxing. I’ll definitely be back.

    Spring Skiing

    I stayed here to enjoy spring skiing in Niseko. The Facility had a long-established feel, but it was kept very clean. I booked a 3-night stay with breakfast and dinner included, so I was looking forward to dinner. The three selectable main dishes were the same all three nights, but since you can choose a different one each day, that worked well. The sashimi and hot-plate dish changed daily and were enjoyable. The rest of the buffet was also satisfying. If there is an opportunity to review the menu in the future, I’d love to see soft-serve ice cream added to the desserts! The bath area was old but well maintained. However, because the washing area faces the bath, I felt I needed to be considerate when using the shower. The water was pleasantly hot Kombu Onsen—excellent. Skiing during the day and enjoying plenty of good food and great hot water at night made for a wonderful stay. Since I stayed for three nights, I used the coin laundry, but it may need some maintenance… One dryer had a lot of dust buildup.

    Clean lobby, rooms, ...

    Clean lobby, rooms, bath, and dining area. I had a very pleasant stay. The open-air hot spring was amazing. The post-dinner piano and violin mini-concert was truly moving. The dining area, with its glass walls, offered a stunning view of the snowy landscape outside. The meals were delightful; even though it was a semi-buffet style, the sashimi platter and small hot pot were delicious, and the buffet had a wide variety of tasty options that left me very satisfied. I would love to stay again in March for skiing. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

    Niseko was expected ...

    Niseko was expected to be bustling with inbound tourists, but it had a very calm atmosphere, allowing for a relaxing stay. The outdoor hot spring bath at the back, overlooking the mountains beyond the tennis court, is very refreshing. The standard Japanese-Western style room is spacious and relaxing with tatami mats, and it's convenient to access the lobby's large public bath without needing an elevator.

    It was excellent.

    It was a very nice facility. After much consideration among many hotels in Niseko, choosing this hotel was the perfect decision. The Onsen, room, meals, and service were all excellent! Highly recommended!!
