Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.We were satisfied with everything—the service, the Room, the bath, and the meals.The meals were so delicious that my mother, who usually has no appetite at all, finished everything.We truly hope to visit again.Thank you very much.

Everything was refined and thoughtfully curated beyond expectations, making this a truly wonderful Accommodation.\nThe Room was spacious, with tasteful and practical furnishings, plus a relaxing sofa on the balcony. The in-room Onsen flowed so abundantly it felt almost wasteful; the water was soft and silky, wonderfully soothing—just being in the Room made me happy.\nThe large public bath was very clean, and because there are only a few guest rooms, I could relax without running into other guests.\nThe thin matcha served first in the tea room was delightful, and the bar—where you can enjoy complimentary drinks (including sparkling wine)—was also very comfortable. Hearing bell crickets chirping in the corridors added to how pleasant every space felt.\nAll staff were courteous professionals whose service inspired both trust and warmth.\nI could also tell that every small detail had been carefully considered.\nNot only was everything impeccably clean, but I appreciated not having to write my name at check-in; the blackout curtains at night; the tasteful yukata; how comfortable the pajamas were; and not just the impressive lobby flowers but also the beautiful arrangements placed throughout—there is too much to list.\nSince we could use neighboring Otani Sanso as well, we bought all our souvenirs there. The riverside in the Onsen town was lovely for a walk, and if it hadn’t been extremely hot, I would have liked to stroll longer.\nI would love to visit again.
