    It was excellent.

    Located in a secluded area with an exceptional view from the window! The atmosphere, reminiscent of a place where bears might appear, adds to the charm!

    A relaxing moment in nature and heartwarming service.

    Surrounded by magnificent nature, the view from the window was as beautiful as a painting, making it an ideal location for relaxation. Unfortunately, due to a water shortage, the standing bath was unavailable. However, among the three baths available, the new "Mori no Yu" provided a warm and rejuvenating experience for both body and mind. The riverside "Kawa no Yu" offered an open and refreshing atmosphere but felt slightly exposed to outside views. Considering foot traffic in the evening, morning might be a better time for women to enjoy "Kawa no Yu." The meals featured creative menus utilizing local ingredients and were highly enjoyable. The locally sourced rice served at dinner was exceptionally delicious—I even had seconds! However, I felt that the rice served at breakfast seemed different, which was slightly disappointing. Thoughtful touches like welcome drinks and ice cream in the lobby or toys for children were delightful. The professional magic show was also impressive and became a memorable part of our trip. On the other hand, during peak summer heat, it was unfortunate that air conditioning in the lobby had been turned off. Additionally, there were some unpleasant odors in both Room areas and water facilities; perhaps using aromatherapy in Rooms or restrooms could improve this aspect. While prices were higher due to summer vacation seasonality, I found some aspects of Facility aging and staff service slightly disappointing—particularly male staff interactions with female guests could be more gentle to enhance comfort. Despite some concerns here and there, we enjoyed wonderful nature surroundings combined with heartwarming services overall—a good memory from this trip!

    Water restrictions are unfortunate.

    The guest rooms were well-cleaned, the bath was spacious, and I had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, due to water restrictions at the hotel caused by a drought on the day of my stay, I couldn't use the shower. However, I was guided to another Onsen for free and thoroughly enjoyed it.

    The bath was excelle...

    The bath was excellent. However, the dining area felt crowded and disorganized, with long lines to get food considering the number of guests. It might be better to expand the buffet area or make it easier for guests to access food. That said, the service was great. Depending on the season, the price may feel a bit high.

    Feeling lonely?

    The bath with a stunning view and the well-maintained guest rooms in terms of Facility were excellent, but the dinner was disappointing. Regrettable.

    I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

    For my mother's 88th birthday celebration, I returned to Hachinohe from Tokyo and invited my brother for our first and last trip together as the three of us. Unfortunately, both my mother and I were not in the best health despite preparing for the day. I had hoped she could relax in the Onsen, but she didn’t go in. Perhaps the bath area was a bit cold? However, we were touched by a thoughtful message and sweets from the Hotel to celebrate her 88th birthday—thank you for your kindness. My brother and I enjoyed playing table tennis together, and we appreciated the welcome drinks afterward. Since my mother could hardly walk, we borrowed a wheelchair; however, navigating through narrow elevator spaces and room entrances was challenging. The meals were served buffet-style, but considering her mobility issues, I wish we had requested a regular set meal instead. The impersonation show at 8:30 PM brought lots of laughter and was very enjoyable. It became a memorable trip in many ways—thank you so much!

    The Onsen and meals were excellent...

    I used this place to celebrate a birthday. When I ordered a cake, it was brought at the perfect timing as requested, which I greatly appreciated. The meals were especially delicious, and I was fully satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. The bath was spacious and had a calm atmosphere, allowing me to relax comfortably. I also enjoyed the welcome drink and table tennis, making my stay very fulfilling. I would love to visit again if I have the chance!

    We had a great time.

    It was my first visit in a year. I arrived a little early, but I was offered an early check-in and a room upgrade. During the waiting time, I was able to relax in the lounge and let the children play in the playroom with wooden toys. The staff at the front desk during check-in and check-out were particularly impressive and left a very good impression. The room, bath, meals, and the events held every night were all satisfactory, and I had a pleasant stay. I plan to use this place again when I visit Hanamaki.
