    We had a relaxing stay.

    I wished the body wash towel were a bit larger, but I was very satisfied overall and would like to stay again.

    The children were very happy.

    Our child was thrilled by the Minions world, and we were satisfied as parents as well. If I had to mention one thing, we felt there were very few smiles from the staff, which was disappointing. Disney-related areas tend to have high standards even at nearby Hotels, so it would be wonderful if this could be improved. It was also great that we could use free lockers during our time in the park.

    Stopped by while visiting Naruto. Next time, I’d like to take it slower.

    My first stay in 17 years. Buffets are great when you’re young, but for us as we’ve gotten older, we end up overeating because it feels wasteful, and then we don’t feel like eating again until evening at the sightseeing spots. It also makes us feel sluggish and hurts our travel performance. So for dinner, we got takeout from Rex Cafe to our Room. We were very satisfied with both the price and the taste. I was surprised at how much it had changed—the menu 17 years ago was limited and the flavors felt Americanized, but now it’s completely refreshed. The morning hot dog was also made with care by a chef working hard in the back. It was really delicious. The hallway carpet definitely showed its age, but the Room had reliable cleanliness and a consistent design throughout. It’s a calming Hotel and one of my favorites.

    I stayed with my daughter and two grandchildren.

    We traveled with two young children. As soon as we entered the Exciting Room, they got so excited and were thrilled. Our 4-year-old loved it so much and said, “Let’s not go to Universal Studios—let’s stay in this Room the whole time!” The staff were kind, and there was plenty of space for four people with the futons.

    A USJ Trip for Your Birthday Month

    I stayed here for the first time during my birthday month to visit USJ. I stayed in a park-view Room on the 13th floor, and the view was wonderful. The Room was also very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I was also very happy with the thoughtful birthday card. It’s close to USJ, and there were Minions decorations throughout the Hotel, which made me excited from the moment I arrived. After a full day of fun and coming back to the Hotel, I could relax and recover in the bath. I especially appreciated that there was a chair provided and that I could enjoy a bubble bath as well. All of the Hotel staff were kind, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I also had breakfast, and it was a varied buffet—everything was delicious and enjoyable. It’s a truly wonderful Hotel, and I would definitely like to stay again.

    Cleaning

    There was hair on the bathroom walls and in the bathtub in the Room. It wasn’t obvious at first glance, but it should have been noticed with a closer look. That was the only disappointment; everything else was very good.

    Definitely staying here again!

    I stayed here for a trip to USJ and sightseeing in Osaka. Since I’m not a fan of unit baths, I chose this Hotel because it has a separate bath and toilet. The Room was clean, the staff were great, and breakfast had a wide variety of options—plus the rice was domestically produced! They also upgraded my Room, so I had a very comfortable stay. I definitely want to stay here again next time. Thank you so much!

    The Room was interes...

    The Room was interesting. The amenities and Facility were excellent. In particular, my wife really liked the steamer. The bath towels were thin and didn’t absorb water very well. The bathroom had a spacious bathtub and a good shower, but the bathwater cooled down quickly.

    This is my fourth stay. One of the main reasons I choose Hotel Universal Port is that the bathroom and toilet are separate.

    It was comfortable.

    We stayed here the night before going to USJ. Minions were waiting for us everywhere in the lobby and even inside the elevators. The Room was clean and easy to use. However, at reception, even though IKYU had our information, we still had to write our address and name again, which felt like an extra step. If it could be linked like other hotels, check-in would likely be smoother. It’s about a five-minute walk to the main gate of Universal Studios Japan, so it’s very convenient and recommended.

    We had a comfortable stay at a wonderful hotel with our family during the New Year holiday. Everyone in the family was satisfied. Next time, we would like to stay with a plan that includes breakfast.

    Always reliable Facility and service.

    I regularly stay at this accommodation, and I’ve noticed improvements such as the addition of discounted parking facilities and changes to elevator usage, making it more convenient and reassuring. Of course, being close to USJ is the main reason for my stay, but the Rexmarket on the first floor is also very convenient. Although I didn’t dine this time, I’m always satisfied with this hotel.

    Elegant stay with a window-side sofa

    Aege offers multiple Room types, and we were lucky to get one with a long sofa along the window side. After staying at USJ until closing, we checked in late and went straight to bed that night, but the next day we enjoyed relaxing on the sofa. For four people, there was just enough space for four beds, allowing us to sleep comfortably. Breakfast featured local specialties and was delightful; however, it was disappointing to be asked to leave several times shortly after the 9:30 last order despite operating hours being until 10:00. (It’s unclear if this was due to a particularly hurried staff member or a misunderstanding of operating hours.)

    Girly Room is fun!

    We stayed in the Girly Room as a family (even though not everyone is a "Girl"). First of all, the interior design is adorable! The amenities and room facilities are tailored for a "Girl" theme, which made my high school-aged daughter very happy. The bed can be used as a large sofa before sleeping, and by removing the cover, it quickly transforms into blankets and futons. The shower in the bathroom was fun to use, and we were very satisfied with the trendy ReFa hairdryer for drying. If I had to point out one downside, most of the storage spaces are decorative dummies, so if you have lots of luggage or plan for a Multiple Night Stay, you might find the lack of storage inconvenient...

    The Girly Room was lovely.

    My daughters were thrilled with the adorable Room and said it was the best they've ever stayed in. All the staff were kind and welcoming with warm smiles, making our stay very pleasant. The bed arrangement was unique and interesting. This Room is perfect for a group of four friends to have a fun and lively time together!

    The front desk service was very pleasant, making our trip enjoyable. The breakfast buffet wasn't particularly special but was satisfying. Being within walking distance to USJ made our stay extremely satisfying.

    Good.

    The room is separate, making it convenient to use. The faucet in the washroom cannot be adjusted, causing water to splash and wet the surrounding area. The meals are average, but there might be a bit too much fried food. I didn’t use the parking lot, but it seems expensive.

    Perfect location just steps away from Universal Studios! The staff were extremely polite and friendly. This Hotel is great for families, especially those with children.

    I had high expectations, but I was disappointed.

    It is a minor issue, but it was disappointing that something confirmed in advance could not be resolved in one go. The person in charge assisted us when we were leaving the accommodation. It seems to come down to the skills of the front desk staff. There were unpleasant expressions, and all we expect is prompt and courteous responses to what guests are seeking. This trip was for our wedding anniversary, so it was unfortunate. The breakfast was delicious.

    It was amazing!

    I was very satisfied with the spacious Room. The bathroom was separate, allowing me to relax. I apologize for not noticing the bath towels in the back and having to ask for one. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was enjoyable. The rice balls were nice! The clam chowder was delicious! I would love to stay here again when visiting USJ!

    For birthday celebrations

    We stayed here as part of a trip to USJ for my son's last birthday before starting school. When we mentioned this during check-in, the staff kindly gave us some Minion goods as a small gift, which made my son very happy. At dinner, they also brought out a birthday cake and gave us a photo as a keepsake, creating truly wonderful memories. Thank you so much!

    The Minions Room offers less value for the price.

    I expected a high-quality Room since it cost just under 200,000 yen for two nights, but I was disappointed. The Room was clean, but at this price, I could have stayed at a 5-star Hotel... which left me feeling regretful. Early check-in from 1 PM was available but came with an additional charge of 30,000 yen, which surprised me a bit. The concept of the Room was cute, but it wasn't very practical. I opted for breakfast included; however, the food quality was just average. The location is close to USJ, so next time I might go for a basic Room and grab breakfast like rice balls from a convenience store instead!

    I often visit Universal Studios Japan in the summer and frequently stay here, so I was surprised that the staff at the entrance recognized my face and car. It made me very happy when they greeted me with a smile. I always have a comfortable stay here, which makes my trips to Universal Studios even more enjoyable! Thank you as always!

    Improved.

    I was relieved to enter the parking lot without any issues this time. It’s definitely better to avoid causing unnecessary trouble. By the way, have the bathroom and toilet doors been changed? The breakfast was as delicious as always, but it’s a shame that the cheese and orange juice machine are no longer available. While orange juice is still accessible downstairs, I would have preferred if cheese remained part of the breakfast options.

    Satisfied.

    I made the reservation considering the size of the room. It was great that it was right in front of USJ. Additionally, having a separate bath and toilet was also a plus. It wasn't far from the Expo venue, and I stayed for two nights with satisfaction. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

    Overall, it was good.

    The Room and meals were generally satisfactory. However, the sink in the toilet is positioned directly in front of the seat at a very close distance. When I bent down to pull up my pants while seated, I hit my head hard on the sink. Please be cautious about this. I believe the placement of the sink is inappropriate.
