    Golden Week Trip

    My spouse and I stayed here as a couple. We chose this Hotel because the surf spot was right in front of it, and it was the perfect choice. The ocean view from our Room was wonderful, and the Onsen water quality was excellent, so we could truly relax. The waves at the spot in front were calm this time, so we couldn’t surf, but lessons were being held. We’d love to stay at this Hotel again when we travel to Miyazaki.

    Wonderful female dining staff

    The female staff at the breakfast buffet and the Chinese restaurant at lunch were cheerful and attentive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meals. The large public bath was spacious and excellent.

    A conveniently located Hotel in a great location

    The view from the Room was magnificent, the Onsen was very relaxing, and we had a restful stay. We stayed for two nights. For dinner, it was convenient to eat fresh sashimi and hearty set meals at the fishing inn right in front of the Hotel. (For me, the portions were a bit too large.) All of the staff were kind and wonderful; however, I was very disappointed that the person who assisted us at checkout neither asked us to wait nor said thank you.

    Changes in Ingredients

    I have stayed here for three consecutive New Year's Eves because of the enjoyable buffet. Two years ago, there was a gratin with half a spiny lobster, which was absolutely delicious, so I returned last year. However, the spiny lobster was no longer served as a half but in smaller portions. This time, it was replaced with scallop and shredded crab gratin while the Accommodation Fee remained unchanged, reflecting the rising cost of ingredients. Breakfast became very crowded as many guests waited to eat after watching the first sunrise of the year. It might be helpful to have two main dish stations as a countermeasure. Additionally, raffle tickets were distributed to each Room; however, since prizes were predetermined by Room number from the start, drawing lots on-site might feel more fair and exciting without unnecessary speculation. The festival corner with shooting games and other activities, along with offerings like New Year's soba noodles, sake for celebration (otoso), and rice cakes (mochi), were delightful events that added to the enjoyment.

    Dinner

    This time, I stayed with two meals included and had Chinese cuisine for dinner. The Chinese food was absolutely delicious, and combined with the excellent service from the staff, it was perfect. Furthermore, I forgot something at the accommodation, but their response was very kind and they arranged to send it to me. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much!

    Overall Evaluation

    The view was excellent, and the hospitality was outstanding, making for a very satisfying stay. The Facility was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience. If anything, having a bit more variety in amenities would have made it even better.

    A Mysterious Hotel Lacking Hospitality

    The front desk staff did not make eye contact or say thank you at checkout. Despite being advertised as a premium floor, the cleaning staff were constantly chatting loudly. Overall, there was no sense of hospitality from the employees, which felt very unusual for a hotel of this class.

    Dinner at a nearby renowned restaurant, with a breakfast-included Plan is recommended.

    Stayed for one night over the weekend with 4 people, including a 3.6-year-old child and parents. We enjoyed dinner at a seafood restaurant in front of the hotel and chose a breakfast-only plan. The result? Completely satisfied! The hotel had a full resort vibe with an amazing ocean view. The Onsen, walkable beach, and rental bicycles for exploring Aoshima made it an incredible vacation. One downside was that the rental bicycle with a child seat got a flat tire midway... Although we called and exchanged it for another bike at the halfway point, we lost about 30 minutes due to this incident but were still charged the full price, which was disappointing. Still, it's definitely a hotel we'd love to visit again!

    Family Trip

    We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary trip. Initially, it was planned as a stay for just the two of us, but our adult children decided to join, making it a lively family trip. Thank you so much for upgrading the room in celebration of our special occasion. Since our daughter had just gotten married a week prior, we let her and her husband stay in the upgraded room, and they were very pleased. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the meals as our golf reservation was only available early in the morning the next day, but we look forward to dining here on our next visit. We are grateful for your kind assistance when we forgot some belongings. It was our first time visiting Miyazaki, and my husband loved it very much. We definitely hope to visit again soon! Thank you so much!

    The view from the Room was excellent.

    The view from the room was amazing. The staff were kind, and the Onsen was excellent. It was a bit disappointing that there were limited parking spaces, requiring a short walk. Also, it would be nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room. We appreciated the room upgrade and had an enjoyable stay.

    Beautiful Resort Hotel

    The room was clean and comfortable. Apart from the initial confusion in locating the front desk as no Hotel staff were around upon arrival, I was generally satisfied.

    Since we stayed for ...

    Since we stayed for three nights, our room was upgraded. Thank you very much. The staff at the front desk, cleaning team, and restaurant always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, and the ocean view was very relaxing. However, one disappointing aspect was the onsen, as others have mentioned. It was crowded every day with day-use visitors, leaving no advantage for guests staying at a hotel with an onsen. We visited the onsen twice but found it too crowded and ended up using the shower in our room on the last day instead. Despite this, we were charged three days' worth of bathing tax, which felt unfair. Since it is a small onsen, I hope it can be reserved exclusively for accommodation guests in the future.

    It was very good.

    The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Onsen was very nice, and I was delighted. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good, but if it had been clear, I think the view from the room would have been wonderful. It's a hotel where many athletes come to stay. I also heard some enjoyable stories. All the staff were pleasant and made me feel good. I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Visited Miyazaki again for surfing.

    Conveniently located close to various points of interest Just looking at the sea from the room on the 9th floor was refreshing The chilled soup and curry I had for breakfast were very delicious There were various small-sized breads, which I enjoyed with coffee The shower in the room was too weak to use Since the facilities are old, I would appreciate it if they were renovated There was a hot spring, which I used several times I love Miyazaki, and I would like to visit again

    Thank you for taking care of us.

    We stayed for two nights and three days from September 30th to October 2nd. We had our luggage sent from the shop, and it arrived the next day. Thank you for the prompt delivery. Everyone was friendly and kind, which made our stay pleasant. I found the hairdryer in the hot spring to be a bit troublesome as it didn't blow hot air well, but it was good that there was a hairdryer in the room. The location is also great, so it's a hotel I would like to visit again.
