    Close, but not quite.

    We stayed in Lodge B with a large dog. Since it’s called a “lodge,” we expected a cottage, but it was an annex about a 5-minute drive away. There were no photos on the Facility introduction page, but it was spacious and also had a 7.5-tatami Japanese-style Room. It would be even better if the following points were improved. The main building’s bath was great. 1) Introduce Wi-Fi service immediately. The Docomo network is almost out of range. 2) Provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in the Room. 3) Replace the Room TV with a large Android TV. 4) Replace the microwave in the dining area with a new one. 5) Install an outdoor dog-washing station (paw-washing area). 6) Add a dog run. 7) Replace the refrigerator with a two-door model. 8) Oil the toilet door hinges.

    1 trip.

    The Onsen suited me well, helped improve my skin condition, and felt wonderful. The next day, when I opened the window, everything outside was covered in snow.

    Overall, while the facility felt a bit dated, it was well-cleaned and provided a relaxing stay. The newly added open-air bath had a pleasant aroma of cypress, making it very enjoyable.

    We had a great time with the whole family!

    I stayed during the New Year's holiday. It had an atmosphere like a Swiss Hotel, and the staff were all kind. It was great to be able to ski, sled, and play in the snow. I recommend it to families with children.

    It was cost-effective.

    I am pleased with the Shuttle Service to Sendai. The Room, bed, etc. are wonderful. The view is also good. I would like each dish to be brought individually for dinner.

    The reception service was disappointing.

    The Facility is aged but has been renovated, and the classic interior was nice. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Although it was the off-season without skiing, everyone responded pleasantly. The only disappointment was the reception service. Upon entering, the receptionist was on the phone, and I waited a little distance away with my luggage in front of the front desk, but it was a long call with a smirk. Unable to bear it, I found someone else to check me in. Certainly, the survey form confidently asks to write if there is a better Hotel than ours, but if the reception, which can be considered the face of the Hotel, is poor, it ruins the reputation. Bad information is good information. I hope for improvements in the future.

    I definitely want to visit again!

    A space like a Swiss Hotel, a spacious Room with a great view, hospitable staff, and delicious meals were provided at a truly affordable price, and I am very satisfied. Especially when I fell ill and had to cancel dinner, they kindly made porridge for me and treated me with great care. I would like to visit for a Multiple Night Stay next time.

    Good value for money! A kind and child-friendly inn.

    I was told at check-in that I had been upgraded, but since I had originally booked a higher rank from the beginning, I felt a bit disappointed, thinking a regular reservation might have been sufficient. I am satisfied with the room view I originally wanted. The TV on the desk covers more than half of the mirror, so although it would incur costs, a wall-mounted TV would be more comfortable. Considering the price, I am satisfied with the room size, sauna, hot spring, and dinner. I reported that a different juice came out from what was displayed on the vending machine, but it ended with them saying they would check. I think it's an issue with the vending machine company, but it would be nice if the restaurant could share this with the front desk. It is a spacious area friendly to families with children. Depending on how you enjoy the scenery, outdoor activities, and pool, your stay can be a pleasant one.
