    For watching B.League games

    Highly recommended accommodation for watching basketball games at the Fukushima Firebonds' home venue. Enjoy a relaxing stay in a calm atmosphere, just within walking distance to the venue (about 15 minutes). Taxis can be arranged promptly by requesting at the front desk. The breakfast area is spacious and provides a very peaceful experience. Breakfast is Japanese-style, with unlimited refills of rice and miso soup. All staff are friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a connecting room for four people and had an excellent time—definitely want to visit again!

    For B-League Game Viewing

    A prestigious Hotel where weddings can also be held. Perfect location for watching the B.League Fukushima Firebonds games. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from the Hotel to Bonds Arena, and there are casual dining options like family restaurants on the way back to the Hotel from the arena. Although there is no large public bath, the Room's private bathroom was clean and comfortable. The Japanese-style breakfast was delicious as well. If you need a taxi, simply request it at the front desk—it arrived within a few minutes. It's also a quick trip by bus from Koriyama (walking might be a bit far, especially if you have luggage).

    Luxury Hotel Hamatsu.

    As expected from the luxurious Hotel Hamatsu, the lobby atmosphere and customer service are impeccable. However, the Facility is undeniably outdated. The bath water adjustment relies solely on separate hot and cold water taps, reminiscent of old Business Hotels. Additionally, there were issues like water leakage from the taps, which was a bit disappointing. That said, for this price point, it’s acceptable for now. Still, I wonder if they might consider rebuilding in a few years... It left me feeling slightly uncertain about its future.

    I hope Hamatsu returns to its former glory soon.

    As always, it was quiet, and the room was spacious and pleasant. I had a multiple night stay, but it was a bit disappointing that breakfast was only Japanese-style. I hope the day will come when we can choose between Japanese and Western-style meals like before. There were fewer hotel staff members, and the service has slightly declined compared to before. However, if staying in Koriyama City, I would still choose Hamatsu. Looking forward to the day when normal operations resume soon!

    Felt the tradition and elegance.

    The accommodation may be somewhat old, but it is well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned. Both the lobby and rooms are spacious, offering a sense of relaxation that modern compact business hotels cannot provide. What impressed me the most was the attentive service of the experienced gentleman who served breakfast. He seemed to observe how we were progressing with our meal and subtly offered refills or drinks at just the right timing. It made for a very pleasant breakfast experience. The morning meal is a standard Japanese set menu, but perhaps due to the quality of ingredients, it was delicious. I would love to stay here again. The accommodation cost was also reasonable, possibly because it was a Monday.

    Safe and Comfortable Accommodation

    Stayed with my 2-year-old son. The room was spacious, allowing our family to relax comfortably. The breakfast was delicious, and we were very satisfied. The facility is old, but the hospitality more than made up for it.

    Thank you for the two-night stay.

    This was my first visit to Fukushima Prefecture for a seminar. I drove a rental car from the airport to the Hotel, and arrived without getting lost, relying on the navigation system. For those accessing by car, the location and ease of parking make it a wonderful Facility. Additionally, I appreciated the efforts made to operate the Facility amidst repeated disasters. The bathtub and shower in the Room were comfortable with sufficient temperature and water volume. I would like to stay at Hotel Hamatsu again when I visit Koriyama.

    In Koriyama City, it was a top-notch Hotel, and I used it several times before the earthquake, but now I really don't feel like staying. The toilet bowl is blackened, perhaps due to insufficient cleaning, and the towels, which were pure white and truly pleasant before the earthquake, are now...

    There are no bad points, but there are no good points either.

    I think it's a good grade Hotel in Koriyama City, but there are no quality amenities, welcome drinks, or free room service. There is no large public bath, so it's really just for staying. There is one tea bag of Itoen's green tea and roasted green tea per person, but the bottled water in the Room is tap water and costs 260 yen, which is expensive. I wonder how much cola or alcohol would cost? There are no prices listed anywhere, so I thought it would be better not to use them. The service is not bad, and there is zero discomfort. The bath towels are of solid quality, and the bed springs are good. That was good for the price. But that's all. In that case, I personally think it would be better to lower the price and have a Hotel that is working hard on various ancillary services. I chose it this time because there was an event, but there are too few reasons to choose this as a Stays destination next time.
