    You can fully enjoy your stay even if you don’t play golf.

    This was my first stay here. Even without playing golf, I fully enjoyed it and had a relaxing time. I would definitely like to stay again.

    A stable and relaxing accommodation.

    Depending on the season, there may be many international guests, but on weekdays it is less crowded and you can relax. There are convenience stores and shops within walking distance, which is convenient. You can enjoy the Onsen and meals, and the bath is relatively close to the Room, which is nice.

    It truly lived up to the Prince Hotel brand.

    This was my first stay here. I stay in the Kojiri area almost every year, choosing a different Hotel each time. From the reception desk staff at check-in to the restaurant team, every staff member provided high-quality service with a real sense of refinement. The route to the guest room and details like the lobby floor being on the 3rd floor felt a bit complex—in a way I personally loved—and it gave me an exciting feeling, like exploring inside the Hotel. The clear, colorless Onsen also left a great impression. In addition, there was an oddly airy feeling on the Onsen floor; although it is actually at ground level, it somehow felt as if it were much higher up, creating a unique sensation. From check-in until I left the Accommodation, I was able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    Ideal for visiting museums

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay while visiting museums. Using the Shuttle Service bus, we were able to smoothly make use of the Hakone Free Pass bus stops. When one of us became unwell, they kindly extended the checkout time to the last minute and promptly accommodated a change to Shuttle Service to the Shinkansen station, which was very helpful. We still have three more museums to visit, so we would like to stay here again next time.

    A Pleasant Resort Hotel

    It’s a Hotel with a classic atmosphere, and the golf course greens were beautifully maintained. As it isn’t a new Hotel, there were some areas that felt a bit dated, but everything was kept very clean. The bathrooms in particular were spotless—perhaps thanks to the thorough cleaning by the female staff. Even though other guests had used them, there wasn’t a single hair on the sink, which I found impressive. Breakfast was exactly to my taste, and I was very satisfied. Fresh locally sourced vegetables are one of my favorite parts of dining at a Hotel. The extra care—like dressings made with vegetables and fruit, and sauces for omelets—was delicious and made me very happy. Also, perhaps because they use Staub cookware, the hot dishes were truly kept warm; I could really feel their thoughtfulness in making sure everything would still taste great even when staying in winter. There were plenty of staff members as well, so refills and clearing plates were smooth and efficient. I had a very pleasant stay!

    The bath and meals are excellent.

    We stayed on a Plan that included buffet dinner and breakfast. The locally sourced dishes were outstanding. The vegetables were especially delicious, and the salad dressings and curry had a wonderful Hotel-made taste. The large public bath was clean and relaxing, with an indoor bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna. The breakfast smoothies and the quality of the Japanese dishes were so good that they made us want to come back again. Thank you as well for providing Shuttle Service to the Pola Museum of Art.

    I was very satisfied. I would appreciate it if the amenities could be placed closer to the bath area. The meals were buffet-style, and I was happy with everything as it was all delicious. It would have been even better with a bit more seafood.

    Favorite Hotel

    A highly comfortable Hotel that I have visited multiple times. The view from the Room is spectacular. Even if you don't play golf, this Hotel will keep you in a great mood. Early in the morning, a deer and its fawn were playing on the green. The bath facilities, including water quality, sauna, showerheads, and amenities, are all very satisfying. The powder room is always clean—thanks to the diligent cleaning staff. The Hotel features high ceilings and a spacious design for ultimate relaxation. Time seems to flow slowly here without any hustle or bustle. The meals were absolutely delicious as well. However, it was disappointing that Eggs Benedict was removed from the breakfast menu as I had been looking forward to it. Also, it would be wonderful if we could purchase Hotel bread before leaving! I definitely plan to visit again!

    A highly satisfying Hotel.

    I stayed for two nights to enjoy a relaxing museum tour around the Sengokuhara area, as the tourist spots near Gora have become crowded. It was my first stay, but all the staff, including those at the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning team, greeted me with smiles and left a positive impression. Although located in front of a golf course, it is very quiet and the onsen is not overly crowded, allowing for a peaceful experience. The hotel seems to attract an older clientele with an overall refined atmosphere. Transportation can be slightly inconvenient without a car. You can either take the morning shuttle service to nearby facilities and transfer to buses from there or request shuttle service to the nearest bus stop. The meals were satisfying with ingredients sourced from Hakone; both the breakfast buffet and dinner courses were delightful. For dinner under our accommodation plan, we enjoyed a French course that was not too heavy yet highly satisfying. At night, we attended a monthly concert featuring live jazz music which provided a relaxing moment and enriched our stay further.

    Beautiful large public bath

    We stayed for one night as a couple. The room had a view of the golf course, offering a beautiful green scenery, which was very pleasant. The dinner course was great, but the breakfast stood out even more with its attention to detail and delicious taste. I usually only use public baths at hotels once due to concerns about cleanliness, but the large bath here was clean and relaxing. It was my first time taking three baths in one night! The staff were polite and kind. We would love to stay again next year. One suggestion would be to clearly indicate on your website that pick-up service is available from Sengokuhara Bus Stop.

    Assistance available at the buffet and bath.

    As I have a physical disability, I received assistance with the breakfast buffet and also at the large public bath this time. I feel so comfortable here that I'm afraid to try other Hotels. Thank you as always. It would be perfect if there were no steps to access the toilet or bathroom, but I understand it's unavoidable. Also, the guest room door was quite heavy, making it difficult to pass through with a walker. Perhaps that's unavoidable too? The service provided by the staff is excellent, so I believe I'll be staying here again. Thank you in advance!

    We made a same-day Reservation and went with my husband. The main dish for dinner was not great, but the buffet was excellent, so we were satisfied. The cucumber was delicious! We would love to visit again.

    Had a great stay.

    Assistance available at the buffet!

    If you have a disability, buffet-style breakfast can be challenging. However, at this restaurant, they served the food directly to my table. I was very happy with their service. Elderly guests and those with disabilities can enjoy the buffet here without worry! During dinner, they also provided a wheelchair and escorted me back to my room. Shuttle service from Odawara Station is available as well. This is an accommodation where you can stay with peace of mind. I will definitely visit again!

    I will repeat!!

    I love Princehotel and have used it in various places. I was impressed when I used this one for the first time. The 52 square meter Room was even more wonderful than it looked in the photos, and I was so impressed that I exclaimed "Wow!" The explanation of the hotel and Sengoku by the bell girl was also very good, and it was a wonderful hotel where you could feel the weight of tradition and prestige. Although the aging of the building can be felt, I was glad to stay at a hotel with an atmosphere like a European castle. It was a trip for four family members, but my college-aged son and I wanted to stay another night! The selectable dinner and buffet at night, as well as the breakfast buffet, were delicious. This hotel, with perfect service and Room, is definitely one I would like to repeat! Thank you very much!!

    As expected of Prince Hotel

    The free round-trip bus from Odawara is excellent. The facility is old, but well-maintained. It was the first time I saw a sacoche for going to the Onsen, and I thought that consideration was wonderful. The Onsen is so-so. It would have been nice to have a sauna. The best part was the food. All the dishes are elegantly seasoned, of high quality, and delicious. The combination of a main dish and a buffet is also great. The sweets are also properly handmade, and I thought it was indeed Prince.

    This time too,

    We arrived early, but we were grateful to be allowed into the Room ahead of time. As always, we were able to relax in the clean Room and bath. Breakfast was a buffet, and it was delicious.

    It is a wonderful Hotel with a rich history. The food was delicious, and the Onsen was excellent. Above all, the thoughtfulness of the staff was remarkable. I was truly healed. I will definitely visit again.

    The service is mediocre.

    The open-air bath was very pleasant and healing. However, the customer service was lacking. They didn't answer the phone at the front desk, and even though they knew it would be crowded at check-in when the shuttle bus arrived, they didn't open the front desk. Even though we were lined up, we were instructed to line up in the middle row, so we had to line up again from the back even though we were in front. The Room was not very clean and smelled musty... The main dish at dinner was not very tasty, and the pork was too fatty to eat, but many people around us also left it uneaten.

    There are many steps in the room, so those with mobility issues should be cautious. The previous guest's survey form was left as it was. The scale in the Onsen bath seems to be broken, as it cannot measure. Is this the standard of the Prince style? It's disappointing.

    Relaxed in a calm guest room.

    With the increase in simple service hotels, it felt refreshing to receive hotel services after a long time. The staff's politeness, warm greetings, and the furnishings of the guest room enriched my heart. The Onsen was not too hot, allowing for a leisurely experience. I also enjoyed the gentle flavors of the cuisine.

    Overall, I am satisfied.

    We stayed for one night again this year along with golf. There were three stink bugs in the room, which is understandable given the environment, but we couldn't just call the front desk for bugs... We struggled and got them out from the balcony. It would be nice to have spray in the room. I understand the eco perspective, but the amenities haven't changed, which is a bit disappointing for women. We have to bring almost everything ourselves, which increases our luggage. The meals were buffets for both breakfast and dinner, and while the variety wasn't extensive, they were delicious. The morning checkout was too crowded, so it would be nice to have an automatic machine in the future. It was more crowded than last year, but since the guests were mostly adults, we could relax and enjoy our stay. It's very convenient for staying and playing golf.
