    Nothing memorable.

    I chose this Hotel because I’m not familiar with the area and was attracted by the large free parking lot, but there were only a few parking spaces inside the fenced area that seemed secure. Even after waiting, it was full and I couldn’t park. For everyone else, the system was to park without permission in the adjacent supermarket’s parking lot, which surprised me. Next time, even if it costs extra, I will choose a Hotel that takes better care of guests’ cars.

    Excellent value for money.

    With all the essential Facilities provided, this Hotel is hard to fault aside from showing a bit of age. The service also feels very well trained, except for the gym staff. It’s an excellent base for traveling.

    I would like to stay here again.

    Stayed for my grandchild's sports day. Great access and convenient with a supermarket next door. It was disappointing that Joyful was no longer there. I would like to use it again next year.

    Affordable and Conveniently Located

    I travel about 10 times a year. I needed to stay in Oita City on short notice, so I chose this affordable accommodation. Despite being an older building, it was a splendid hotel. The deciding factor for me was the large public bath since I was traveling with children, but (this was my oversight for not checking properly) it turned out to be a smaller bath attached to the gym with a narrow changing area. Changing clothes in the locker room made it less suitable for families with children. However, the gym users were all very kind and supportive. The staff's service was excellent; when I requested a baby crib at the last minute, they arranged it quickly, which was very helpful. Breakfast was buffet-style and compact, which worked well for families with children. The parking lot allowed free entry and exit and had plenty of space, which was convenient. I think I'll use this accommodation again when staying in Oita City.

    Good value for money.

    The hotel building is quite old, but since it has been renovated, it did not feel very inconvenient. Guests could use the gym and pool for free; I only used the pool, but the aging of the facility was noticeable. However, considering a stay on the day before a holiday, I thought it was reasonable in terms of cost performance. Breakfast was reasonably tasty.

    The room is spacious, but the dirt and aging are disappointing.

    This is my second stay after more than ten years. I am not fond of small rooms, so I booked a Queen Double. It was spacious enough for one person, but there were many stains on the carpet, and the fabric on one of the chair seats was worn out. The stains were particularly noticeable, and I was concerned that they were left unattended despite being removable with cleaning. The breakfast included several local specialties and items with a special touch from the kitchen, which I felt was a good effort for the price. However, as someone who always has bread in the morning, it was disappointing that there was no butter, only margarine, and the coffee provided by the machine lacked the essential 20-30 seconds of steaming time needed to make it taste good, showing a lack of consideration for important accompaniments essential for a bread-based meal.

    I like it.

    Although it cannot be said to be a clean Room as it is a smoking Room, I like it because the parking fee is free and there is a supermarket next door.

    It would be very convenient if it were a bit closer to the station, and I believe it falls into the luxury category as a Hotel. However, pulling a suitcase from the station in extreme heat was quite challenging.
