    Comfortable Stay

    We were upgraded from a standard twin room, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. We made the reservation to visit the Expo, but due to the crowds and heat, we returned early and relaxed in the room. The breakfast was delicious, and the cake we purchased from the patisserie was large and tasty. The location is quiet, and we would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

    A cozy Hotel.

    I have stayed at this accommodation many times and always find it comfortable and relaxing. I also frequently use the shoe cleaning service, which is very convenient. Although my favorite shoes are not in the best condition due to rough usage, they are always returned to me looking spotless. I am truly grateful for this service.     A Luxurious Day

    I took a solo trip to Osaka during the holiday. For dinner, I enjoyed yakiniku at Jojoen inside the Hotel, and at night, I relaxed in a beautiful Room! At checkout, they helped load my heavy luggage into the car and sent me off with an elegant smile. Thank you so much! It was a bit disappointing that the water in the bathtub didn't get hot, but overall I was satisfied! I would love to stay again.

    Convenient for Osaka sightseeing

    Stayed for a museum tour. Everything was great, but the following two points were especially excellent: 1. Since we traveled by car, we used the parking lot, which was very convenient for a full day of city sightseeing. This hotel is highly convenient. 2. The staff at dinner (Sakura) were very kind, and both dinner and breakfast (Satsuki) were extremely delicious.

    I visited the Osaka Kansai Expo.

    This time, I planned my trip around the Expo and made a reservation for a one-night stay with no meals included. Despite being a luxury hotel, the price is comparable to that of a business hotel. The service is excellent and available 24/7. The hotel staff are friendly and provided detailed directions to the venue. Both the JR station and metro station are just a few minutes' walk away. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.

    Convenient location with excellent service.

    It was my first stay since 36 years ago in June when I stayed here before departing for my honeymoon from Itami Airport. This time, I stayed to visit the Osaka Expo, and the location was very convenient with parking fees being an affordable 1,200 yen. Above all, the view of Osaka Castle from the hotel was fantastic. The front desk, concierge, and restaurant services were excellent as well. I plan to stay here again next time I visit Osaka.

    Always satisfied.

    Thank you for your continued patronage. The excellent service and calming atmosphere always make my stay enjoyable. This time, I had a Multiple Night Stay for two nights. On the first night, I reserved a town-side room as I was arriving late and thought the view wouldn't matter much, but for the second night, I chose an Osaka Castle-side room. Thank you for upgrading my first-night stay to an Osaka Castle-side room as well—it truly is wonderful to have that view. The executive pajamas are incredibly comfortable; last time, I even purchased them from the shop to take home. The amenities like shampoo are also of excellent quality and leave a noticeable difference after use—this time, I ended up buying those too! I have already made a Reservation for my next confirmed business trip dates. Looking forward to staying with you again!

    I had a pleasant stay.

    The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The guest rooms and facilities have a retro feel, but they are well-maintained and very clean, so there is no issue at all. All the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I had a comfortable stay and would love to use this place again when visiting Osaka.

    Excellent hospitality.

    This was my first stay at Hotel New Otani Osaka. The staff provided excellent and professional service, which even inspired me to work harder in my own job. The soap in the room had a lovely scent, and the shampoo and other amenities suited me well. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spotless and exuded cleanliness, making me realize the difference of staying at a first-class hotel. Thank you very much. I hope to stay here again someday.

    I love this Hotel.

    I have been staying here once or twice a year for over 10 years in Osaka. Whether it's for a live concert at Osaka Castle Hall or trips with friends and family, I am always very satisfied. This time, I planned to visit the Expo with my friend and considered choosing a more affordable Hotel due to the short stay, but my friend insisted on staying here, so we decided on this place. Although we arrived late and couldn't go to the Expo the next day, we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast, and my friend was also very satisfied.

    It was very disappointing.

    I stayed on the Executive Floor. The staff seemed to be new, and they spoke politely to me and about the hotel. However, they appeared to lose track of their explanation midway, laughed it off, and left the room. Additionally, the shower curtain in the bathroom had a strong musty smell that was very unpleasant. After taking a bath, I felt hot and turned on the air conditioning, but even after adjusting the temperature settings, it didn’t cool down. When I asked at the front desk, I was told that it’s central air conditioning for the entire building and individual room temperature adjustments are not possible. They suggested opening a window; however, I had already done so by then. Since there was a remote control available with adjustable settings, I spent time trying various options in vain. If there had been an announcement stating that air conditioning is unavailable during this season beforehand, it would have saved me from wasting time unnecessarily. When multiple unpleasant experiences accumulate like this—even if each issue might seem minor—it leaves a bad impression overall. Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing.

    It was the best time.

    I stayed at Hotel New Otani Osaka for the first time. This time, my husband and I celebrated his 70th birthday and enjoyed a luxurious time together. From check-in to being guided to our room, everything was smooth and courteous, leaving a great impression of Hotel New Otani. Our room was on the executive floor with a view of Osaka Castle, where we relaxed while enjoying the welcome drink and the beautiful scenery. Before dinner, we had champagne at the bar "Four Seasons" with its stunning view, followed by a delightful meal at "Keyaki." The chef who attended to us was friendly and made us feel comfortable, allowing us to fully enjoy both delicious food and drinks despite feeling slightly nervous initially. The loungewear provided in our room was very comfortable, making every aspect of our stay highly satisfying. The gift for my husband turned out to be a great success! Thank you so much to all the hotel staff and the chef at Keyaki!

    It was excellent.

    We enjoyed a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area while admiring the castle. The Facility is old but very clean, and all the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. We would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Stayed in a triple Room. It was spacious and comfortable. Osaka Castle is nearby, making it perfect for a morning walk, which was very satisfying. The service, as expected from New Otani, was excellent. I would love to stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    Accommodation Gift for Son and Daughter-in-law

    May 31st was a gift for my son and his wife, who held their wedding at a nearby venue. They were delighted when the front desk congratulated them on their marriage during check-in and mentioned receiving cookies. They also said the room with a view of Osaka Castle was fantastic. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of variety, and they found it delicious. Thank you very much. It became a wonderful memory for them. Choosing New Otani was the right decision. I have never stayed there myself, but I definitely plan to in the future. Thank you again!

    I had a great stay.

    I made a Reservation to visit Expo and USJ. Although I arrived at the Hotel past 11 PM after visiting the Expo, and had a tight schedule of visiting Osaka Castle at 6 AM the next morning before heading to USJ, my stay was short but comfortable. I slept well and had a stress-free, wonderful time. The view of the illuminated Osaka Castle from the Room was also fantastic. The Plan included USJ tickets, which made entry very convenient. I would love to stay again!

    I was amazed by the staff's wonderful smiles.

    The pajamas were incredibly comfortable, allowing for a very relaxing stay. I was able to rest well. For those who enjoy a hearty breakfast, the morning meal here is excellent. While I personally don't eat much in the morning and found it a bit regretful, my friend, who loves a full breakfast, was thrilled with the variety and completely satisfied. However, what left the most lasting impression was the staff's warm smiles. Everyone greeted us with such genuine hospitality that it truly embodied "Omotenashi." Upon arrival, my foreign friend even asked if all Japanese people are like this! They were so impressed that they said they'd love to stay here again if they ever visit Osaka in the future. As someone who chose this place for our stay, I couldn't be happier with their reaction!

    I stayed here to relax after six months. I always look forward to the breakfast, but compared to last time, the Japanese menu options were fewer, which was a bit disappointing. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    It was comfortable.

    The Hotel has many restaurants, and there is also a convenience store nearby, so finding food was not an issue. It is conveniently located near the station, and the relatively spacious Room offered a beautiful view of Osaka Castle, making for a very pleasant stay.

    As expected of Hotel New Otani.

    I have stayed at Hotel New Otani Tokyo several times, but this was my first stay at Hotel New Otani Osaka. Although the suite room had been renovated a few years ago, it was impeccably maintained. The services for the suite room were excellent, and I appreciated the staff accommodating our separate check-ins as my family visited the Expo. The breakfast at SATSUKI offered a wide variety of delicious options. The next day, we enjoyed how close it was to Osaka Castle, making for a very satisfying stay. Despite being busy, the staff's smiles and hospitality truly lived up to the reputation of Hotel New Otani. I look forward to visiting again!

    This was another multiple night stay. The staff in every department were exceptionally hospitable, making the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was included, and we tried "SATSUKI." While it met expectations, it did not exceed them, possibly due to space limitations. For multiple night stays, the breakfast felt somewhat lacking in variety and taste, which was the only disappointing aspect. However, overall satisfaction remains high, and I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again if given the opportunity.

    We were upgraded to a wonderful room with a view of Osaka Castle Park. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed dinner at Restaurant Sakura. The scenery was amazing, and the food was very delicious. We are considering staying again.
