    Hmm...

    I have been staying here for a long time as a Hotel in Koriyama where you can receive services different from a typical Business Hotel, but recently I have started to feel the effects of aging Facilities and that the service is no longer sufficient. The biggest issue during long stays is the laundry service. In addition to Sundays and holidays, it is now unavailable on Saturdays as well. Furthermore, underwear and innerwear are not accepted—yet there is no coin laundry on site. This is extremely inconvenient. I strongly request prompt improvement.

    Upgrade Service

    I had reserved a twin Room. I arrived early and checked in before 12:00, and since the Room was ready, I was shown to it right away. I had a lot of luggage, so that was very helpful. They kindly upgraded me to a more spacious Room. The Room was quiet, and the air conditioning and bedding were comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with great value for money. I will stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

    A Good Night’s Sleep

    A fine Hotel located along the city’s main central avenue, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and the bed firmness was just right. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the lid of the electric kettle, and although it should have poured when pressing the button, the button could not be pressed, so I’m deducting one star.

    Accommodation only

    No Meals Included. There were no issues for an overnight stay. Its central location makes it convenient for dining out, and considering the price, I was satisfied.

    We thoroughly enjoye...

    We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Chinese dinner and breakfast buffet. The Room was clean and quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind. When we stay overnight in Koriyama again, we will definitely return here.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    When I mentioned that I couldn’t park in the adjacent parking lot, they kindly directed me to a nearby paid parking lot, which was very helpful. The breakfast was full of delicious dishes—especially the rice topped with bonito flakes and wasabi with just a small splash of soy sauce. It was excellent, and I’d like to try it at home too.

    Ruined by the humidifier

    The service was excellent, the Room was clean and convenient, the Wi-Fi connection was good, and the breakfast maintained a decent standard, making for a comfortable stay. However, due to the dryness of the Room, I decided to use the humidifier on the second night. Upon checking it, I noticed some water remaining in the tank and found severe black mold around its opening. This made me reluctant to use it. It is disappointing that such details were overlooked. Were they unaware of the potential risks of spreading mold or dirt from a humidifier? If not for this issue, my rating would have been higher.

    A traditional and charming Hotel

    The staff provided polite and pleasant service. Breakfast was average. The Facility is old, with traditional insert-style keys that need to be left at the front desk when going out. Please note that there is a step in the bathroom, so caution is advised. The location is excellent, very close to the station, with many restaurants nearby for convenience.

    Dinner is highly recommended.

    Koriyama, the destination chosen by chance via JR's "Byun" campaign. I had no prior knowledge of the area but learned about the history of Asaka Canal and Lake Inawashiro. Life has been so hectic lately that, despite there being many restaurants nearby, I opted for dinner at the Hotel. Every dish was delicious, and I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing Japanese meal. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The customer service, including the front desk, is excellent.

    It was a last-minute reservation in the evening, but they secured a parking spot for us after we informed them about our late arrival from central Tokyo. The parking spaces were not particularly narrow, and even though many vehicles, including ours, were large (5m or longer), there were no issues at all. They helped carry our luggage to the room and even interacted warmly with my child. The atmosphere of the floor made it clear that this was on a different level compared to a typical Business Hotel. While the Facility itself shows some age, it adds character. The room's air conditioning and plumbing have been thoroughly updated, and everything was impeccably clean—no problems whatsoever. For breakfast, I enjoyed freshly made omelets along with other well-prepared dishes that were delightful. The curry filled with vegetables was especially delicious. Recently, many traditional Hotels in various cities have been closing down; however, I truly appreciate the unique atmosphere of this Hotel as an escape from everyday life and look forward to staying here again in the future.

    The best Hotel

    I was very satisfied. It is the best Hotel I have ever used. I was impressed by the attention to detail. I would like to stay when traveling to Koriyama City.
