    Kind, courteous, and安心

    After searching every year for a three-night stay on a summer weekend, we finally found this Hotel. From the easy-to-understand underground parking area, we took the elevator to the front desk. Even after checkout, they kindly allowed us to keep using the parking lot and clearly explained the cost, payment process, and how to exit. The Room assigned to us on the 10th floor was extremely comfortable. We were thrilled by the beautiful night view of Nagasaki, as well as the bottled water in the Room and how delicious the Nescafé espresso coffee maker was. The bath was just right, and although breakfast was expensive, it was a luxurious and delicious buffet. We slept well with perfect air conditioning and woke up feeling refreshed. If there is an available Room next year, we will definitely stay again. Highly recommended for everyone. Nagasaki Station, Amu Plaza, Kamome Square, and more—this is truly in the center of all sightseeing in Nagasaki.

    Convenient location; we were able to relax.

    With more and more Hotels offering self check-in and check-out, the warm service from the front desk staff made me feel at ease. The gentleman who is always at the front desk is great. This time I chose a plan with breakfast, but the menu was exactly the same on both days. The restaurant itself was relaxing, but perhaps because I went close to closing time, the breakfast selection felt a bit limited. That said, it’s very close to Nagasaki Station, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki.

    A Safe and Secure Hotel for Travelers

    I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days during Golden Week. In short, the quality at this price is excellent. It’s close to the station and also near the long-distance bus terminal to the airport, and it’s very convenient for sightseeing with streetcars and buses departing from nearby stops. The room Facilities are a bit old, but everything is well cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast isn’t lavish, but considering the price, it’s more than sufficient. All staff were courteous and attentive—you can really feel the tradition of a long-established Hotel. The concierge in particular was incredibly helpful, carefully explaining how to get to various sights around the city and sharing useful tips. There are newer Hotels in town that are more expensive, including brand-name ones, but overall this one holds its own; I felt it was a safe and reliable choice for travelers. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The hot water in the bath is not working, very disappointing.

    The bathwater was too lukewarm to use during this cold winter, and of course, the shower was also too cold to use. I couldn't wash my hair or body—this is unacceptable. Isn't the price too high for this? I even have a reservation in March, but I'm considering changing the reservation.

    Satisfied.

    I am a repeat guest. This time, I stayed with my elderly mother and my sibling with disabilities. The location is very convenient as it is close to the station, bus stops, tram stops, and convenience stores. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, which even satisfied my picky-eating sibling. It was very helpful. I also appreciated the assistance in helping my mother with mobility issues get her food. We were fortunate to stay in a high-floor Room and enjoyed the beautiful night view of Nagasaki. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful family trip. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

    Location

    Conveniently located near Nagasaki Station and the bus terminal. While it is slightly away from Chinatown and several entertainment districts, the distance is not bothersome. The room appeared to be renovated and was comfortable without any issues. However, renovating the shared restroom and front desk area might improve the overall impression.

    This was my second stay. I use this accommodation for business trips, and I really like its proximity to Nagasaki Station. The room has a coffee maker, which allows me to relax every time. Despite being in the city center, the interior has a solid and calm atmosphere, which is another reason I choose this place. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

    Great location, excellent service, and satisfying breakfast.

    The reception provided a warm welcome that instantly eased the fatigue of travel—truly professional. While the building itself shows some age, it is impeccably clean, and the Facility and amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast venue was calm, offering delicious local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every staff member provided natural yet courteous service, reflecting thorough training. It was an exceptionally comfortable stay. I look forward to staying at Hotel New Nagasaki again on future visits to Nagasaki.

    A local acquaintance...

    A local acquaintance recommended this Hotel, but when draining the bathtub in the bathroom, water overflowed from the drain without notice, leaving my feet soaking wet and causing discomfort. I felt that a thorough inspection is necessary. I also had high expectations for breakfast, but it was disappointing as the scrambled eggs and other items were not tasty. If there are fewer options, I believe the quality should be improved. The only positive aspect was that the Room was spacious.

    I have used it several times.

    I have used this accommodation several times during business trips to Nagasaki. It is conveniently located near Nagasaki Station, and the underground parking is very easy to use, making it one of my favorite accommodations. The breakfast includes a Nagasaki specialty corner, which I look forward to every time. Although it is a classical hotel, the renovated rooms were comfortable to stay in. Thank you!

    Great value for money

    I am satisfied overall, but I have three points to mention: 1. The shower water pressure was weak. 2. I wish the toilet seat had been heated. 3. The breakfast porridge was not tasty.

    A quiet and serene Hotel

    Stayed in a Standard Twin Room with breakfast during a trip with friends. Conveniently located right by JR Nagasaki Station, with easy access to the airport limousine bus, streetcars, and local buses. While the hotel is slightly dated, the spacious lobby offers a relaxing atmosphere. The Standard Twin Room is roomy, featuring a sofa and table that can seat three people comfortably. A drip coffee machine allows you to enjoy freshly brewed coffee in your room. The humidifying air purifier was also appreciated. The view from the room was excellent, including a clear sight of Mount Inasa. The staff provided exceptionally polite and friendly service, which was another highlight of our stay. Would love to visit again!

    Breakfast needs improvement.

    I went for breakfast around 8 AM, but the food was not replenished and had run out. The breakfast area was also dark despite having lights, which were not turned on. I do not understand the reason for this.

    Convenient location

    Very convenient location near the station. Easy to park the car right next to the entrance, which was helpful. The Room had no steps around the sink, toilet, or bathroom area, making it safe and comfortable. One thing I wished for was a hand mirror on the desk, which would be a thoughtful addition for women applying makeup. The lobby was spacious and convenient for meeting with group members. However, breakfast was disappointing considering its price. The area in front of the station is still under construction; I look forward to seeing further development during my next visit!

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and very convenient. The wonderful thing about this Hotel is the concierge. They clearly explain the means of transportation to the places you want to go and are willing to offer advice. I feel their attentiveness is excellent. Thank you very much.

    The only place to relax in the rapidly changing Nagasaki

    I chose it for its great location, but I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced it was. The breakfast included Nagasaki specialties such as Sara Udon, Kamaboko, Hatoshi Roll, and Kakuni (I was delighted with the bite-sized pieces), offering a different kind of elegance from traditional New Year's dishes. The day before, I stayed at a newly opened hotel, and each has its own incomparable charm. I would recommend this place to my local relatives. I was fortunate to spend the New Year here, and it became a wonderful memory.

    Satisfaction. The staff's response when leaving and picking up suitcases before and after check-in was pleasant. The room cleaning was also clean. You can reach the hotel without crossing the road from Nagasaki Station, and there are various shops and restaurants nearby from morning till night, so the location was very convenient.     A luxury Hotel from the past

    The aging of the Facility cannot be denied, but it has an appearance that reflects its history as the number one Hotel in Nagasaki in the past. The Chinese restaurant is very delicious. I think it is a Hotel with high cost performance if you stay on weekdays.

    It is a good Hotel.

    There are many hotels in Nagasaki City, but I'm glad I chose this one. I enjoyed a spacious room with a layout to my liking. I reserved a celebratory kaiseki dinner. Thank you for preparing a plate with a birthday message and a bouquet.

    The extra bed is disappointing.

    A traditional and authentic Hotel, reasonably priced, and satisfactory. Since we chose a universal room, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The downside was that the mattress of the extra bed was old and quite worn out.

    Looking forward to breakfast

    The breakfast here is operated without any face-to-face service, but each dish has a solid taste. Having tried various breakfasts in recent years, this one ranks among the top. The taste of the basic miso soup and rice, in particular, was delicious. I will use this place again when I visit Nagasaki.

    Very satisfied

    I was torn between hotels in the surrounding area and those in Shianbashi, but I'm glad I chose this one. Even though it was a holiday, it didn't feel crowded like other business hotels, and I was able to enjoy a quiet stay. The building might be old, but the spacious room, coffee and water, smart TV, and other well-equipped facilities made up for it. The drainage and water pressure in the bathroom were fine, allowing for a relaxing time. The amenities in the affordable room were from POLA and had a nice fragrance. The bed was clean and comfortable, and there was a sofa, so I was really satisfied. Just one thing... the smell of the towels bothered me. It lingered in my hair, which was a concern. As for breakfast, it would be nice to have a bit more dessert and fruit, but I was satisfied overall. The Nagasaki mandarin juice was very delicious. The space was also roomy. Next time, I'd like to try staying in a higher-grade room.

    I was able to relax.

    I stayed the night before my transfer to the airport. The access by bus was convenient, and I was given detailed information about the bus schedule and how to get to the bus terminal, which made my transfer smooth. The room was calm, and I was able to enjoy some coffee, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to use this place again.
