    I used the hotel for a day stay.

    This was my first stay at the Westin Hotel. The front desk staff, Room service staff, and phone support were all excellent. The Room was very clean, the bathtub was large, and I was able to relax comfortably. I only used the lounge in the evening, but there was a wide selection of alcoholic drinks and a beautiful night view, so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again.

    I stayed here again for the first time in six years.

    On this trip, our schedule was packed, so unfortunately we couldn’t make it in time for the Club Floor hours, which was disappointing. I wish it stayed open a bit later. However, everyone at the Hotel was kind and attentive, and we were very satisfied. We’d like to stay here again.

    It’s a bit old, but.

    I stayed here because it was close to the live venue. The building (Room) felt a bit old, but it was well maintained, and all the staff were very kind and helpful. When I asked the bell desk how to get to Osaka/Umeda Station, they politely informed me that a shuttle bus was running and would depart in about three minutes, which I really appreciated. However, for breakfast, I had some concerns about both the variety and quality. Also, when I was shown to my table, there was still moisture left from wiping it down, which was disappointing. Even after asking the staff member in charge to wipe it again, it didn’t improve much, so I moved to another table. Perhaps this is because the restaurant is not directly operated by the Westin? I hope for service at the restaurant that better reflects a five-star Hotel standard.

    The Room was clean and thoroughly well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. We brought a cake, and we really appreciated that you promptly provided a knife, fork, and plates.\nWe will come again.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed here to attend a live show. I arrived at Osaka Station early in the morning and wanted to leave my luggage, so I headed to the Hotel by limousine bus. From that moment, the driver, the bell staff, and everyone afterward were incredibly kind. Even before check-in, I felt it was a wonderful Hotel and truly looked forward to my stay. The view from the Room was amazing—I felt like I could see Osaka’s sparkling cityscape stretching endlessly. The Room had a very calm atmosphere, and the Heavenly Bed was absolutely fantastic. I wished I could have slept a little longer. When I asked at the front desk about women’s amenities, they kindly provided them, which I really appreciated. I don’t usually have many chances to visit a Hotel bar lounge, but since it was a special occasion, we were able to toast “cheers for your hard work,” and enjoy ourselves in an elegant, grown-up atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was also delicious across the board—it felt like there wasn’t enough time in just one morning. I would love to stay again.

    It was very good.

    This was a repeat stay. I stayed with my mother on a Plan that allows access to and from the lounge. The property shows its age, but in a charming way, and the attentive service makes it very comfortable. The lounge is also nice, as the menu changes depending on the time of day. However, it was disappointing that it was full and we couldn’t go in at night. I thought it would be great if takeout were available for food as well as drinks.

    As last year, I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay again.

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The service, Room, and breakfast were all wonderful, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. It would be even better if the lounge offered a wider selection of food and drinks.

    As expected of the W...

    As expected of the Westin Hotel, it has a luxurious feel and overall I was satisfied. If I had to mention one thing, breakfast was crowded due to the Golden Week holidays, and when I asked to move because my seat was too bright, the staff member (part-time?) responded in a rather reluctant way, which was disappointing.

    Luxury class?

    I was drawn by the phrase “updated to luxury class” and made a Reservation and stayed, but it was just a very ordinary Room. Also, I had concerns about security. It’s an old-style setup that’s rare these days—you can press the elevator floor buttons without a Room key. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety, and everything I tried was delicious. The shuttle bus to/from Osaka Station (Sakurabashi Exit) was convenient, and the driver was courteous, making it a comfortable ride.

    Neither good nor bad.

    It was my first stay in over a year, and I chose it because the price had dropped a bit. It was neither particularly good nor bad, but since other international hotels cost over 100,000 yen, I felt they’re doing their best. I was concerned that the shower water pressure seemed lower than before.

    It was even more wonderful than I imagined.

    We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 88th birthday. Thank you for the card and other thoughtful touches—she was truly delighted. Our Room was on the 17th floor, and we enjoyed a wonderful view of the Yodo River, Mt. Rokko, and Awaji Island through the large windows. The breakfast we had been looking forward to was outstanding. The garden was beautiful, and the lobby lounge was lovely as well. Next time, I’d like to visit alone and relax at my own pace. Thank you very much.

    Club Lounge

    The limited seating in the club lounge is a drawback, but the quality of offerings has slightly improved. It would be nice to have sandwiches during afternoon tea. However, the front desk staff's service and flexibility have noticeably improved.

    Delicious breakfast

    I heard that this place offers the best breakfast in Osaka, so I made a reservation, and it exceeded my expectations. I was especially captivated by the tortilla, bean curry, and salsa. I would love to stay again just to enjoy the tortilla in that bright restaurant. However, the thin yukata provided as sleepwear opened while I was sleeping and caused a sore throat. It would be great if pajamas were available as an option.

    It was a very satisfying stay.

    This time, I happened to stay at The Westin Osaka for a certain reason. Although my expectations were not particularly high, from the moment I got out of the taxi to the handling of my luggage and guidance through check-in, the seamless hospitality made me feel completely at ease and instantly fall in love with this hotel. I look forward to staying here again next time.

    I had high expectations...

    I booked a room with lounge access. However, despite being an Executive Room, it lacked any special feeling, and the amenities were comparable to those of a Business Hotel, which was surprising. I had high expectations for the sauna and bath facilities mentioned but found them too small and regretted not just using the one in my room. I had planned a hotel stay here with my mother next spring but have decided against it... As a Diamond Member, I was disappointed that there was no room upgrade benefit. If there had been an explanation like "fully booked," I could have accepted it more easily... My expectations were too high, so this turned out to be a very disappointing stay. The breakfast was delicious! Thank you.

    Apart from being far from the station, everything else is excellent.

    I planned to use it for the Expo (though I didn’t actually go in). As expected of The Westin, the service and Room were excellent, but it’s quite a walk from the station, which can be challenging for families with children. It’s not the Hotel's fault, but there is construction around the station, making it a bit difficult to access even by taxi. That said, I think it’s a great Hotel.

    Available for use during the Expo.

    I stayed during the Expo. The staff, including the concierge, were kind and attentive, which I greatly appreciated. Although breakfast was crowded, everything was delicious. The only downside was the amenities in the Room. Recently, most Business Hotels provide cleansing products, face wash, toner, and lotion sets as standard amenities, so I had become accustomed to that. However, there were none here. I had to make an emergency purchase at a convenience store. It would be great if some basic amenities could be provided in the future.

    The room is spacious and nice.

    A traditional and well-maintained Hotel with spacious Rooms. The furnishings are slightly old but have a well-cared-for charm, offering a very comfortable stay without the flimsy feel of newer places. It's conveniently located for dining at Grand Front and walking back, with ongoing developments in the area suggesting it will become even more convenient in the future. I would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    First-Time Stay in Osaka

    Although it is a bit far from Umeda Station, the shuttle bus runs twice an hour, which is very helpful in the intense heat. I reserved a renovated room. It was bright, functional, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes with many creative options focusing on vegetables. Normally, I never eat curry in the morning; however, this time it looked so delicious that I couldn't resist putting some on my plate—and it was absolutely delicious! During my stay, I also used the fitness club facilities such as the pool and sauna. Since it was a weekday, there were no other users around, allowing me to relax at my own pace. As part of the Diamond benefits this time, I appreciated receiving various services including late check-out. It was a very fulfilling stay in Osaka—thank you so much!

    For a family of 3.

    Located slightly away from the center of Umeda, accessibility used to be a concern, but thanks to Grand Green, the distance is no longer an issue. The breakfast now offers a much wider variety compared to before. While it focuses more on variety than luxury, it provides great satisfaction. A wonderful accommodation. If possible, I would appreciate an upgrade for same-day reservations when there are vacant rooms available.

    Travel-loving couple

    This was my first stay, including a visit to the Osaka Expo. The meals were excellent—Chinese cuisine for dinner and a buffet for breakfast, both of high quality and very satisfying. The room had a beautiful night view and provided a comfortable space to relax. One area for improvement would be better coordination between the front desk and room staff during check-in, as the process of delivering baggage to the room was not smooth. That said, I would consider staying here again.

    We were upgraded to a Luxury Room and enjoyed a spacious room with an amazing view, making it a perfect stay. The pool and bath were clean, and the staff was kind. However, the only downside was the limited amenities.

    Dinner is an issue.

    The café and restaurant serving Western-style dinner were not available, and the Chinese and Japanese restaurants on the third floor only offered expensive course meals starting at around 16,000 yen, which was inconvenient for guests. The speakerphone was not functioning well, and the facility overall felt lacking. However, additional lighting was provided promptly, making the room very bright. The room itself was spacious and comfortable but did not have a coffee machine (which I personally didn’t need). There was also no turndown service. On a positive note, the front desk staff were pleasant, and the taxi to the airport was a luxury car, reflecting a first-class hotel experience in that regard.

    This was my first vi...

    This was my first visit since the COVID-19 pandemic, and the pleasant lobby with gentle sunlight streaming in was just as it used to be. The staff at the front desk were friendly yet courteous, allowing my husband and me to enjoy a relaxing stay. Although many years have passed since our first visit, the place remains clean and well-maintained, which impressed us. Thanks to this, we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.
