The Onsen, meals, transportation access, and the surrounding area were all excellent. If I had to mention one downside, our room was on a smoking floor, and I would have liked an air purifier in the hallway as well. The cigarette smell was so strong that it clung to our towels

The spacious room allowed us to relax leisurely, so we stayed until the last minute for the first time. Everything, from the beautiful furnishings and bedding to the blinds, is wonderful. As everyone writes in their reviews, the onsen is great and the food is delicious. It

The bath and sauna were available, both set at a slightly higher temperature, which was very warming. The staff's service was excellent. There was also a drink bar permanently available, and the variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet was overwhelming. Everything was deliciou

I stayed here during my trip. I really appreciated being able to use the parking lot freely even with a motorcycle (some Accommodations can be difficult about this). The in-house Facilities were clean and more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable, and it helped me recover

The front desk staff were kind and provided thoughtful hospitality. The Room and bath were clean, making it a comfortable space to stay. The amenities were well stocked, and I was especially happy they even provided a towel for washing the body. Our children were very satisfied a

The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, so I was able to stay comfortably. When a group was staying, the staff asked whether I could shift my breakfast time, and they also made announcements and posted notices so that times wouldn’t overlap, which allowed me to enjoy breakfast

It was the final day of the Arita Porcelain Festival, and the location is easily accessible. It was great to be able to visit both the Arita Porcelain Festival and the festival within Aritasera on the same day. I think I will use this accommodation again for next year's Arita Por

Even though it was my error, they explained everything in a refreshing and professional manner, making it a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much for your kind assistance. I look forward to staying here again whenever I visit Sasebo in the future. Wishing everyone good

We were delighted to find that limited servings of Goto Udon were available from 9 PM, making it a perfect light snack. The broth had a gentle and delicious flavor. Later, we discovered that breakfast was served in the same dining area and decided to add it to our stay. Guests c

The nearby Hasami Onsen was wonderful, but the Room's private bath with a window and a Refa showerhead was also very comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed a relaxing time in the lovely restaurant. I would love to stay here again if I visit Nagasaki

This time, there was a Sasebo-only offer where I registered on the app and received a free breakfast voucher, which felt like a great deal. There were both international and Japanese staff at the front desk, and everyone was courteous and helpful. I’m thinking of staying agai

The price with two meals included felt like a great deal, and my wife and I were very satisfied. Dinner was very luxurious: a set meal with sashimi from the live fish tank right in front of us, plus up to one beer. Breakfast also came as a set meal with plenty of dishes—we we

These days, most Business Hotels are dominated by cramped unit bathrooms and a purely businesslike Facility, but this place had a nostalgic, spacious Facility where I could truly relax. Thanks to that, I slept soundly and got a lot done at work the next day. I’ll definitely stay

This time I stayed alone, but next time I want to stay with all my golf buddies and have a lively time at this hotel. ● Room I stayed alone in a twin room, and the amenities were well-equipped, so I was satisfied. ● Hot Spring It was my first time using it, so it was far

Whenever I return home, I have stayed at Hotels in Sasebo many times, and this was the best Hotel so far. Everyone, from the front desk to the breakfast staff, was truly pleasant, and the Room was clean, so I felt comfortable staying there. The amenities were well stocked, and

I stay here during my touring trips, and the property is gradually being renovated. I was delighted with the refrigerator, which was a type I had never seen before—large and super cold. The hotel's TV allows you to watch Sasebo Cable TV, so you can enjoy Sasebo's local programs.

The women’s large public bath is only big enough for about 2–3 people, so it requires same-day reservations. Thanks to that, I was able to relax and enjoy it. The Room had a long sofa, which was handy for spreading out my luggage. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I had a

The facility is old but clean. There’s a small bookshelf near the elevator where you can borrow manga and bring them to your room—this was delightful! The breakfast restaurant staff greeted us warmly and left us feeling energized. Other than the check-in issue, I was satisfi
