The amenities were truly excellent. I’ve stayed on ladies’ Plans in Tokyo and Kanagawa before, but these may be the best amenities I’ve ever had. There were snacks; three bottles of mineral water; coffee, black tea, and herbal tea; and I was also surprised to find a mini bottle o

The service at check-in, the room upgrade, the hospitality of the staff, the delicious breakfast and dinner, the relaxing Onsen, and the peaceful atmosphere were all excellent. I will definitely use Kozeniya when I travel to Tottori Prefecture again. You won't regret staying here

I stay here every month because I love the calm atmosphere and the polite service of the staff. The location is convenient, being close to downtown and the station, and the cleanliness is excellent, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay each time. However, regarding multip

The Facility was very clean and nice. However, there was a young woman using her smartphone in the locker room where you change for the large public bath, and I was worried she might be taking photos or videos without permission. Although there is a notice on the wall saying smar

There’s a FamilyMart in the covered shopping arcade a short walk away, and a pharmacy just 1 minute on foot, which was very convenient. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor of the annex building, and you can take coffee back to your Room in a paper cup. I also used it for lunch; there w

I couldn’t find the location of the affiliated parking lot, so I called the front desk, and they kindly helped me—I really appreciated it. The Room was spacious enough, there were free drinks on the first floor, and there was also a large public bath—everything was excellent. It’

I visit Tottori about twice a month on weekends, and I always stay at this Hotel. Because it’s popular, there are times when I can’t get a Reservation and end up staying at another Hotel, but I still feel Hotel Monarque is the best. The staff are also very pleasant. The park

I also often had to give up Onsen that I used to love, but thanks to Marumo’s clean, comfortable rooms and Onsen, I was able to enjoy a truly blissful time. Breakfast was delicious as well. Above all, from the Reservation through checkout, the warm consideration shown by all the

The main reason is the delicious breakfast and the high level of professionalism shown by the restaurant staff. Along with their pleasant greetings, they pay great attention to detail in arranging the buffet-style meals, ensuring everything is just right. I am always satisfied wi

Since it was a No Meals Included Plan for 4,300 yen, I only expected a place to sleep, but it was an amazing value and I was 100% satisfied! This Accommodation was very comfortable and relaxing. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance! The bath had a jacuzzi, which really
