The stick salad is highly recommended! The reception staff and all other team members greeted us with warm smiles. The Room was perfect with fresh flowers displayed, and even souvenirs provided—it truly made for an unforgettable trip. Thank you so much. We look forward to vis

The staff who guided me from the front desk to the room was very kind. This person delivered the pillow and aromatherapy and even filled the water in the room's humidifier, which warmed my heart with their thoughtful service. Next time I visit Kanazawa, I definitely want to stay

The corridors and Room had a pleasant atmosphere, and the Room was very clean. There was also a coffee maker in the Room, so I could relax and spend time comfortably. The bathtub was spacious, with plenty of room to fill it up and soak. If I have the chance to visit Kanazawa

First, the matcha and sweets served as a welcome were delicious. The steak kaiseki dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish; the meat was tender and very tasty. The portions were generous, but we finished everything. The herbal tea also had a wonderful aroma and was very relaxi

I also visited the bar on the top floor. Kanazawa craft gin is wonderfully delicious, and I was able to enjoy an even more flavorful gin and tonic than at other places. You can really tell how skilled the bartender is. The beautifully subdued lighting enhanced the night view thro

The breakfast was enjoyable even during a multiple night stay, as the menu changed daily and everything was delicious. The vegetables were fresh, the fruits were tasty, and there was a wide variety of drinks like coffee to enjoy to your heart's content. The Onsen and large public

When I visit Kanazawa twice a year for safety patrols, this is my regular Accommodation. I’m very satisfied with the large public bath—the jet bath, open-air bath, and sauna. (I’ve never used the bath in the Room.) Breakfast is also satisfying. (The yogurt bowl is too large,

The large public bath had two open-air tubs when you climb the stairs, and they were cleanly maintained. I was very pleased to find facial cleanser in the bath area. The downside was that you have to bring the face towel from the room to the large public bath, so you end up wit

For the price, the room was surprisingly spacious. It's big enough to be called a junior suite. As expected from a king, the bed was very large and had just the right amount of cushioning, making it extremely comfortable. It seems a bit far from the station, but it's only abo

Additionally, the large public bath was clean, and the onsen was incredibly relaxing—a perfect space to refresh. The room also had drip coffee available, so I could enjoy coffee in my room in the morning, making it an absolutely satisfying accommodation! I would love to stay

The Room was very clean! It was a bit small, but the price was affordable, so I was very satisfied. It was my first time having the front desk on the top floor, and there was a balcony—it was wonderful! The view was amazing! I’d love to stay again! Also, I’d like to take this opp

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they told me my Room was ready, so I could check in early, which I really appreciated. It is a new Hotel, and the Room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was thorough. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank

Revisited Kanazawa after a long time and stayed here again. Despite being operated with minimal staff, everyone was polite and considerate in their service. The front desk and rooms were clean, and the amenity bar was always well-stocked, which was reassuring. It was unfort

The staff were very kind, which was reassuring. The only inconvenience was the lack of chairs in the bathroom and washroom. I also wished for a bathrobe and separate top and bottom loungewear. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time. It was a very good stay. Thank you

This was my second stay. It was raining on the day, but you can reach the Hotel almost without getting wet by passing through the park building in front of Kanazawa Station. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly, and the Facility is new and clean. Amenities, including slippers,

Although it was a single Room, both the Room size and bed size were more than adequate. I was able to spend my time comfortably. Above all, the excellent location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Once again, I was able to experience consistent satisfaction.

I stayed for one night on a weekday in February on a very good-value breakfast-included Plan for business. Although the building and Facility felt a bit dated, everything was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. In the morning, breakfast was served buffet-style at the coffe

The Room is clean, amenities are well-stocked, the shower has hot water and is excellent, and the Hotel staff are kind and energetic—truly an amazing Hotel! At this location and price, anyone complaining should experience abroad to learn better! You can only get such great serv
