Stasiun Sinchon × Peringkat Akomodasi Dengan Pemandangan IndahPeringkat layanan dan pelayanan yang tinggi di Hotel·penginapan gaya Jepang

This was my second stay. The dinner at Ikaza, which I had on my first visit, was truly delicious, and about 80% of the reason for this stay was the food (it’s that good!). The retro furnishings and overall atmosphere of this long-established Matsumoto Hotel are also charming and full of character (some parts do feel old, but that’s part of its appeal). It’s also in a great location with easy access to Nawate Street, museums, and Matsumoto Castle, making it a very convenient Hotel. I’d love to come back again to refresh.

Both the entrance and our Room were clean, the meals (and sweets) were delicious, the Onsen was very relaxing, and all of the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—we were truly impressed. The dining area also had plenty of space between each group, so our child quietly focused on eating. In addition, you provided activities inside the Hotel such as a puzzle-solving game (the adults got seriously into it too!) and a cardboard maze… When we checked our answers for the puzzle, the front desk staff kindly assisted us, which made our child very happy. I don’t usually post a Review, but I was so moved that I wanted to write one this time. We travel to Matsumoto every summer, so we’d love to stay with you again next year. Thank you very much.

When visiting Utsukushigahara and Matsumoto Castle for the first time, we chose Miyamaso mainly because it had the best room rate. Since it was so reasonably priced, we were a little worried at first... But after staying there, it was great!! The meals were especially good. There was more than enough food, and everything was delicious!! Next year we’d like to visit Kamikochi, and we’re hoping to stay here again.

The large public bath was clean and very nice.\nWe enjoyed the well-equipped recreational area on the first floor, including table tennis.\nWe were satisfied with the service.

I stayed here the night before my trip to Kamikochi. I arrived a little early, but the staff kindly accommodated me and let me into my Room ahead of time. Thank you very much.

With the Early Bird 60 discount, we were able to stay at a very reasonable price. One of the hair dryers in the large public bath changing area was broken, so we had to wait for one to become available. The Room and the entire Facility are old, but well maintained and clean. The meals included all-you-can-drink, so we could drink without hesitation, and the food was fairly tasty for the price. However, it was disappointing that the next day’s tennis tournament social gathering had exactly the same dishes. It’s not really suitable for a Multiple Night Stay.

We stayed here as a couple in our early 50s. The Accommodation was spotless down to every corner, and we had a very comfortable stay. [Room & Bath] The Room with an open-air bath had truly breathtaking views, and we enjoyed the bath three times—after arrival, before bed, and again the next morning. The water temperature was a little on the lukewarm side, so it sometimes felt slightly chilly if we stayed in for a long time, but it was still very relaxing. We also appreciated the spacious wash area with a large mirror, which made getting ready in the morning very easy. [Dining] For dinner, we had the “HAKKO Yaki-Shabu Course.” The main yaki-shabu was exquisite—the meat practically melted in our mouths! The shiitake mushrooms and fried potatoes were also delicious, with carefully crafted flavors you wouldn’t normally get at home. We were fully satisfied all the way through to the ochazuke to finish and dessert. For breakfast, we enjoyed the “Onigiri Bento” while taking in the wonderful view. The portion size was slightly modest, but it was just right for us as a couple. The piping hot roasted green tea was rich and very tasty. We were also delighted by thoughtful touches such as complimentary mineral water—this is a wonderful Accommodation where we would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here with a large group in January. First of all, the traditional kura-style building is truly one of a kind. It has been beautifully renovated to suit modern needs while preserving the charm of classic Japanese architecture. It’s even more impressive in person than in photos, and you can really enjoy the building itself—perfect for anyone who loves architecture. The living room feels incredibly open, and even with a big group it never felt cramped. The kitchen was surprisingly spacious, and it was stocked with more than enough cookware and appliances. There was also a great variety of tableware, all stylish, which made cooking even more enjoyable. The dishwasher in particular was large and high-performance, making cleanup easy even for a big group. There are multiple bedrooms as well, so everyone can rest comfortably. This Accommodation is ideal for the purpose of “staying together as a large group and relaxing.” Overall it’s very spacious, so we could spend time there without feeling self-conscious. We only ordered breakfast, but it was simple Japanese food and very delicious. For lunch and dinner we arranged our own meals—buying ingredients at nearby supermarkets (Tsuruya and AEON are conveniently close) and cooking ourselves—and that became part of the fun of the stay. With such well-equipped facilities, this place is especially recommended for those who enjoy cooking. Even though it was cold around New Year’s, the inside was warm and comfortable. The separate hinoki bathhouse was amazing; you heat the indoor bath yourself, but the scent of hinoki wood and the atmosphere were truly relaxing. There is also another bath in the main house (with a modern tub), which you can use as well—and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of underfloor heating in the changing area there. We were highly satisfied with everything—the space, facilities, and overall atmosphere—and would love to visit again in a different season.

I chose this place for the baths. Just like in the photos, it had a charming, traditional atmosphere. The Facility itself was clean but old, with an old-fashioned doorknob where you insert a key. The lighting at the sink was also far too dim. Meals were served in a private room, so even as a solo guest I could relax without feeling self-conscious. Aside from the man at the front desk, all staff were very polite. The young staff at the dining area were also pleasantly earnest, and I felt more at ease than with overly seasoned service.

Although the rain and thick white clouds sometimes blocked the view completely, the views from the Room overlooking the town, from the restaurant, from the lobby in front of the front desk, and from the open-air bath were all wonderful.
