The parking staff, front desk staff, and breakfast venue staff were all polite and provided excellent service. The amenities and facilities are standard for a business hotel but very clean. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including live kitchen options like Sano ramen and gy

Convenient location along the national highway, friendly and professional front desk and housekeeping staff. The breakfast area was quite crowded around 8 AM, making it a bit difficult to relax, but the coffee service in the lobby was highly satisfying. I initially planned for a

Various amenities specifically for children, such as slippers, toothbrushes, and sponges, were thoughtfully prepared, which made us very happy. The breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast and dumplings that were so good we wanted seconds. I often forget my room num

Since I used self check-in, I didn’t have much interaction with staff and can’t really comment on service, but the Hotel felt stylish throughout, the Room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and I had a comfortable stay. I think Hotel Mets is great wherever you go!

It was reasonably priced, as expected on a weekday, and I was very satisfied. The semi-double bed was just the right firmness, and the single sofa with an ottoman was perfect for a relaxing rest. The separate faucet for the bath and shower allowed me to fill the bathtub while r

When I entered the room, it was spacious and clean, leaving nothing to be desired. Additionally, there were plenty of outlets, which was great for charging a computer and mobile phone at the same time. However, while in the room, I could hear footsteps and voices from the hallway

The Room was clean and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were efficient, and everything tasted great. The miso soup was especially good, and every side dish was excellent with no disappointments. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

A colleague forgot to collect their Receipt during checkout, but the Hotel kindly called to confirm this—such thoughtful service! Potential concerns: - The bathroom and toilet might feel small for some people (though it seems standard for a Business Hotel). - For the break

Since my stay was short, I chose based on price. It seemed to be more affordable than usual due to a campaign, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was available at this price. The renovated Room was clean. The front desk staff were kind and made my stay comfortable. I would li
