We visited on a special day for us. We checked in at 3:00 PM and tried to watch a live stream on the large-screen TV in our Room, but as two not-so-tech-savvy girls, we really struggled. The front desk staff kindly helped us, and we somehow made it in time for the 6:00 PM start and were able to enjoy it. After getting through the unexpected trouble, we watched all the way to the end… in tears. Thank you so much for your help. We’re truly grateful. The Room was a shoes-off style, very clean, and extremely comfortable to stay in. There is also a large public bath, so it’s great even just for a refreshing getaway. We would love to visit again.

My wife had long wanted to stay at this Hotel, so we were glad we could make a Reservation this time. The Room was beautifully maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. We also appreciate your kind guidance about the breakfast option, which we hadn’t planned on— the portion size was just right. It’s close to Ichikawa Station, and it has become one of the Hotels we would definitely like to use again.

I stayed here for reasons other than sightseeing, and as the Reviews said, it was very comfortable. It’s close to the station, has a large public bath, offers great value for money, and I’d like to stay again next time.

I stay here a few times a year, and since I drive a classic car that needs to warm up in the morning, they kindly take my parking needs into consideration. Also, the front desk staff member who assisted me at check-in this time was professional and poised, and the check-in process was smooth and wonderful.

We stayed here for a Disney trip with our grandchildren—8 people in 4 rooms. What we liked - The beds were very comfortable. - The Room was clean and we were satisfied. - Breakfast, just as rumored, was excellent. Coffee could also be taken back to the Room. - The late-night snack time (22:00–23:00) was nice. There weren’t many soba noodles and they ran out, and no staff were present. What concerned us - The parking lot was hard to find. - Some aging of the Facility is unavoidable. - The male front desk staff member seemed lacking in energy. Overall, we were satisfied. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here. Since I was traveling with my elderly mother, we were looking for a place with a separate toilet and bath, so we chose this Accommodation. It was simply wonderful. It was new, clean, and spacious, with a long sofa as well as chairs and a table. The bath was also roomy, so we could relax and soak comfortably. It was quiet, and we had a very restful stay. Amenities were available on the first floor, including bath salts. A small detail I appreciated was the basket of towels next to the sink—it was convenient to place our clothes there when bathing. There were no steps inside the room, which made it especially comfortable for my elderly mother. The staff were also kind. It’s about 40 minutes by train to Tokyo Station. Hotels around Tokyo Station are expensive, so staying here and commuting into Tokyo felt like great value. For reference, we stayed in a Deluxe Twin room and paid about 11,000 yen for two people using a coupon. I would definitely stay here again if I have another chance to visit Tokyo.

Close to the station, and both the building and the Room were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a toothbrush, but no toothpaste, so I had to run out to buy some. The towels developed an odor after use, which was a bit disappointing. But I’d like to stay here again!

These days, I was really glad to find a smoking Room. No matter which Hotel you stay at, you usually have to change clothes and go all the way to the smoking area. I’ve stayed in smoking Rooms before, but in many Hotels the smell is so trapped in the walls that even smokers think “ugh” the moment they open the door—this Room was clean. Non-smokers might not feel it that way; you may still notice an odor. This Hotel is truly smoker-friendly. I’ll definitely use it again—unless I quit smoking, haha.

I chose this place for its convenient location near the station, and I was pleased that the amenities were well provided. I would like to stay here again.

This was my first time staying here. It was truly impressive! It felt more like a luxury hotel than a Business Hotel. The location, parking, and Room were undoubtedly top-class. Thank you very much!

I had made a Reservation as a remnant of an event I didn’t win the lottery for. It’s normally very convenient with a direct line to Makuhari, and the Accommodation itself was so comfortable that I almost extended my stay. If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that I wished there were a mop to clean the shower room (I ended up looking around for one after using it), and that there are only a few basic shops nearby. If you need anything beyond the amenities, it may be best to prepare in advance before you arrive. In any case, I’m grateful to have started the day feeling refreshed. I’ll consider this Hotel for my next stay!

Although we arrived late at night for check-in, we were grateful that you welcomed us warmly. The Room and washroom were very clean and well maintained. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I accidentally booked a smoking Room, but they kindly changed it since there was availability. I really appreciated their flexibility. The Room was clean and very comfortable.

I stayed here for sightseeing. The location is excellent, close to a station in central Tokyo. I would stay again if I have the chance.

Just about a 2-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Tokyo. Although it is along the railway tracks, we couldn’t hear any noise at all. The Room was spacious and the bed was large. The bathtub was small, so it may be difficult for larger men to use, but there is also a public bathhouse nearby. Amenities are not well stocked, so women should be sure to bring essentials such as facial cleanser. You can see Tokyo Skytree and Mt. Fuji. Unfortunately, it was hazy this time, so Mt. Fuji was only faintly visible. There is also parking available, and overall satisfaction is high!

Recently, I had some business in Tokyo and stayed here several times in a row. All the staff were very courteous, and I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also very delicious and gave me energy for the day. The Room was kept very clean, and everything was comfortable. The Hotel is close to the station, with easy access to Tokyo, which is truly convenient and appreciated. When returning from Tokyo, it felt relaxing in a way, and I was able to appreciate the charm of Matsudo City as well. I look forward to staying again.

It was truly wonderful. The facility was well-equipped, and cleaning was done meticulously. There were moments when the noise from neighboring or lower floors was slightly noticeable, but it seemed unavoidable. Within walking distance, there were supermarkets, bento shops, and some restaurants, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. I would love to use this place again in the future. The service was also excellent.

We stayed as a family of five. Since the Room rate was low, we didn’t expect much in terms of cleaning, but it was very clean. It was great to have a vending machine outside and on-site parking. There’s an affordable supermarket just a short walk away, there were plenty of Ubers available, and we had no issues with the location. There was more than enough space just for sleeping; I think even nine people could sleep comfortably. The spacious kitchen was also a plus. Small but appreciated touches included ice in the freezer, and the disposable toothbrushes were soft and felt higher quality—much easier to use than cheap ones. There were also two hair dryers, plus both a straightening iron and a curling iron. Overall, it felt like better value than the price.

We stayed in a 4-person Room with our 12-month-old. It feels geared toward international travelers, but it was also very family-friendly, so I’m sharing what worked well for us and a few things to note. With diapers, baby food, extra clothes, and all the usual baby gear—and traveling solo—I wanted to reduce what I had to carry. When I asked, they kindly allowed me to ship our luggage ahead of time. They even placed our size-80 parcel in the Room in advance, which was incredibly helpful. [Room] A tatami-style Japanese Room where your baby can crawl comfortably. There are no steps at the entrance, and with tatami plus mattresses there’s little risk of a crawling baby falling off an edge. There is a closet with handles positioned out of a child’s reach. It was convenient for storing anything we didn’t want our child to touch. The TV is a smart TV. You can play YouTube (we watched “Shinapushu”). It’s wall-mounted, so there’s no worry about it tipping over. There are firm cushions about 10 cm high. If your child can sit independently, you can seat them on one during meals. [Bathroom] It’s a unit bath but spacious enough that if your child can pull up or sit steadily, you can bathe together in the tub. The sink area is wide with space around it for toiletries, so washing bottles was easy. (There may not be enough space/height to keep a sterilizing case set up.) [In-house Facility] There is a shared microwave available for warming baby food. [Checkout time] Checkout is until 11:00 AM, which makes it easy to feed breakfast/baby food before leaving. [Area] It’s flat from the station. There’s a drugstore near the station and a convenience store almost next door. It gets very quiet at night. [Things to note] If your Room is on the 2nd floor or higher, there is no elevator—carrying strollers and luggage upstairs may be difficult. There are Rooms on the 1st floor as well. Power outlets in the Room are within reach of small children. The entryway area isn’t large enough to leave a stroller open inside. To avoid getting things dirty you’ll need to bring it into the Room folded up; alternatively there is luggage storage space outside the Room where you can leave items (very convenient). The bathroom door can slam shut even with help from a 1-year-old—watch out for pinched fingers. They provide many helpful items such as an air humidifier, thermometer/hygrometer(?), pens, etc., but for peace of mind it may be best to put them somewhere out of reach right away so your child doesn’t break anything. Although each room is private, the layout feels more like a guesthouse than an isolated hotel room—if your child tends to cry loudly at night often/for long periods، you might feel slightly self-conscious.
