It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

Our family of four stayed on the concierge floor, split between two Rooms. The location was extremely convenient, right above the station. The Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views, and we also felt at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the lounge services. I would recommend this Accommodation to friends and would love to stay again.

I stayed here while attending a sports event at Aichi International Arena. The Room was clean, reasonably spacious, and comfortable. At first, it felt a bit unusual to have the sink set up right in front of the bed, but it turned out to be convenient. This time I chose a Plan without breakfast due to my schedule, but next time I’d like to stay with breakfast included. Great value for money and a Hotel I’d recommend!

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

I stayed here for the first time, mainly as a stopover. With the discount on IKYU.com, it was an excellent value. The Facility is luxurious throughout, and the staff were outstanding. Before my stay, I was a bit concerned about access since it’s slightly far from the subway station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot to Hisaya-odori and you can enter the underground shopping area, so it didn’t feel inconvenient. For dining, I used Nadaman in the Hotel with my dinner companion’s arrangements and ordered à la carte; the service was attentive and the food was delicious. It was such a comfortable stay that I regret not choosing this Hotel sooner.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Since we had lunch, we were allowed to use the Room until 11:30, which was a great help. The lunch was also very delicious. If I have a chance to come to Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again. If I had one request about the Room, I think it would be better if the wash area had a door. This time we stayed as a parent and child, and it felt a bit uncomfortable without one. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel. Thank you very much.

I stayed here again after a long time for a concert at Forest Hall. Access to Kanayama Station and the hall, the Room and Facility, the cleanliness of the large public bath, and the service were all as good as ever. I also appreciated that all amenities were already placed in the Room in advance (choosing amenities in the lobby while carrying luggage can be quite difficult). On top of that, I was impressed by the wide variety. Breakfast was delicious as well. Perhaps because the dining area is spacious or because it was a weekday, there was no congestion at the buffet, so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. One thing is that there wasn’t anywhere to put luggage, so I thought it would be nice if you could install or lend a foldable baggage rack around under the TV. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality.

I was looking for a Hotel near Nagoya Station for a business golf outing and decided to try this one for the first time. The Room was clean, and having pajamas provided was very helpful. Since I don’t use the bathtub, the shower room alone was comfortable. The toilet was clean and spacious. If I had to mention one thing, even on the strongest setting, the bidet water pressure for rear washing felt a bit weak (lol). I didn’t have breakfast because of golf, but judging from the information provided it looked delicious, so I’d like to try it next time. Also, at pre-checkout payment, my companion had already paid for their Room next to me, but I was still charged for both Rooms. Because I paid with PayPay and couldn’t cancel it afterward, they ended up canceling my companion’s card payment instead. Considering that business travelers often need to settle expenses individually, I didn’t think this handling was ideal.

When my companion developed a fever in the middle of the night, you kindly lent us a thermometer late at night and accommodated our sudden request to extend our stay early in the morning. It was very reassuring. I would love to stay with you again on a future trip to Nagoya. Thank you very much.

I was able to stay at a reasonable price during the Obon holiday period. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It feels like many of the guests are international travelers.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Sakae and Osu. There is a book café on the 1st floor that you can use 24 hours a day. I received a welcome drink and was able to relax while reading any book I liked, and the Room was clean as well. It was a little disappointing that the bathroom only had a shower.

We visited LEGOLAND for the first time on a birthday trip for my son, who just turned seven. Before heading to the park, we left our luggage at the Hotel (you can also check in, but Rooms are available after 4:00 PM). We played from the 10:00 AM opening until the 6:00 PM closing—my son rode attractions a total of 24 times and had an amazing time—then we headed back to the Hotel. As soon as you exit the park gate, the LEGOLAND Hotel is right in front of you. It’s colorful and adorable, and the dragon statue by the entrance is impressive. It also looks beautiful when lit up at night! The lobby has a large LEGO “pool” play area filled with LEGO bricks, plus a gift shop. On the second floor there are immersive play areas—a Western-style castle, a pirate ship, and a ninja castle—so kids get incredibly excited. The buffet-style restaurant is full of LEGO-built chefs and waiters everywhere you look, which makes it so fun. There were so many spots that made me want to take photos. The breakfast buffet (included for all guests) has an unbelievable variety—you can’t possibly choose everything! They even have ready-to-eat baby food. In addition to standard Western breakfast items, there are also Japanese dishes like kishimen noodles and obanzai-style side dishes—and everything was delicious. There’s also plenty of drinks and desserts. The elevator won’t move unless you tap your Room key card. Inside, a mirror ball spins while it runs and fun music plays. In the hallway there are vending machines and a free ice machine (super convenient). The vending machines are pricey (a bottle of Coca-Cola is 300 yen), but since there isn’t a convenience store nearby, you don’t really have another option if you want something quickly. In our Room they provided four small bottles of I LOHAS water along with instant cocoa plus coffee, black tea, green tea, etc.—and you can quickly cool down hot cocoa using ice from down the hall. Both the hallway and Rooms were packed with LEGO details—it was fantastic! From the adults’ bedroom we could see illuminated LEGOLAND right in front of us. The kids sleep in a separate space across from it (with the bathroom in between): bunk beds plus a puzzle treasure box surprise. My child kept playing with LEGO while watching NINJAGO on TV nonstop. The bathroom was unit style, but spacious enough—and it dried quickly after use so it didn’t feel damp. Most of the staff seemed quite young, but everyone was extremely kind—especially to children—and worked energetically with bright smiles. It was truly a wonderful Hotel. We would absolutely love to stay again!

I stayed here because I couldn’t get home. After spending the night at an evacuation shelter, I would have been completely exhausted at work the next day, so I’m glad I made a Reservation early. They lent me a phone charger and an iron free of charge, and I was able to use the coin laundry. The amenities were well stocked, so I could go to work as usual. The Shuttle Service to the nearest station was also available, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

I use this place every year for sumo and baseball games. Although the distance to the subway station is a bit far, the affordable price and convenient access to Vantelin Dome and IG Arena are greatly appreciated. The lounge is enjoyable, but it's a bit disappointing that only "Umaibo" snacks are available now.

I stayed one night in a twin Room. I made a same-day Reservation and checked in a few hours later, but the Room was ready and I was able to go in right away. I’m not a fan of unit baths, so this Room—with a shower room only and separate sink and toilet—was perfect for me. It was compact yet well laid out, and I had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

My wife stayed this time and was extremely satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite arriving earlier than planned, the staff accommodated her check-in. She was deeply impressed by the kind and courteous service of the employees. Thank you very much!
