I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

The location was great and very convenient. The Hotel has a retro atmosphere. Everything was well cleaned, and we had a comfortable stay. Having a washing machine and dryer was very helpful! The front desk staff were all kind—nothing to complain about. This is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again if we have the chance. Thank you for your hospitality.

All staff were very friendly, and the Hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of art, making for a wonderful stay. The shampoo and other amenities had a great fragrance. At breakfast and the reception, it felt like about 80–90% of the guests were international tourists, and you could often hear English. It made me feel like I was abroad. There was also a “Morning Starter” service where you can enjoy a drink at the first-floor restaurant, which was stylish and appreciated.

An event staff member kindly brought a chair while we waited for a wheelchair; the staff member assisting with check-in arranged the wheelchair; the restaurant team helped us as well; and another staff member accompanied us all the way until we left. I truly felt your hospitality

On the day of our stay, you kindly offered to change our Room to one in the main building with less walking for my wife, who has difficulty walking. We are both very grateful for your help. The Room was also clean and well maintained, and we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time.

Very close to Bellesalle. The Room was comfortable, with the bathtub and shower separated from the toilet. It was a very quiet environment, and I had a relaxing stay. I was able to get a lot of work done as well. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near the station with easy access. Compared to other Hotel Rooms of the same 20 m² size, the bedroom was more spacious and comfortable. Since it is located in the lively Shibuya Station area, you can enjoy dining and sightseeing, making it a Hotel well-suited for long stays.

There were not many Japanese guests, and using the lounge was very comfortable. Thank you for accommodating our Room request as well—it made this a truly memorable trip and workation. We had cocktails on the first floor; everything was delicious and the atmosphere was great. In the lounge, we also saw some guests we don’t usually encounter… Some young overseas travelers had poor manners at times, but a kind word from a female staff member in the hall lifted my spirits. Because this stay was so wonderful, I made a Reservation for the Hyatt in Yokohama at the end of this month. I had avoided visiting before because I wanted to stay away from Shinjuku’s crowds, but thanks to its excellent location next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, it has a great atmosphere and is a lovely Hotel I would definitely like to visit again. I was finally able to visit after the renovation, also to celebrate a birthday. In the communication before check-in, the staff member in charge responded very courteously, which raised my expectations. The team also provided attentive service at Girandole during lunch after check-out. However, during my stay there were several moments when I found myself thinking, “Huh?” For example, even though I had a 1:00 p.m. lunch Reservation on my check-out day, I wasn’t able to use the 1:00 p.m. late check-out Diamond benefit; some services differed from what was stated; and at breakfast there wasn’t enough explanation of the menu, and the staff seemed too busy and moved around without making eye contact with guests, making it hard to ask for help. These are small things, but because my expectations were high, they stood out. Also, while I thought the meals at New York Grill and Girandole were delicious, perhaps because I’m getting older they felt a bit heavy on my stomach (haha).

I was able to relax and unwind at a very leisurely pace. It was a stay that truly made me think, “As expected of Hilton!” I rated the Facility 4 points because the Room doorstop is located in front of the suitcase storage area, so I bumped my foot and hurt it every time I took my luggage out, which is why I deducted a point.

I recently stayed at the accommodation for a special occasion. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided exceptionally courteous service. The foreign staff members were also highly proficient in Japanese, allowing me to feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. We celebrated a birthday in the room this time, and the heartfelt message included with the room service hors d'oeuvres deeply moved the birthday celebrant. The Beef BOX was also incredibly delicious, creating wonderful memories for us. I was delighted to find hair oil available at the amenity bar, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. The room offered a view of Tokyo Tower, allowing us to enjoy stunning scenery from dusk until late at night. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for making our special day truly unforgettable!

Many foreign guests stay here. The self check-in and check-out system is very convenient with no waiting time. Staff promptly assisted when there was an issue with the machine operation.

Located across from Mega Don Quijote, the upper floors of the multi-purpose commercial facility "Dogenzaka-dori" house the Hotel. Follow the pathway inside and you'll find a sign for the Hotel. The room is compact but cleverly designed, offering enough space to open suitcases comfortably. There’s a niche by the entrance that perfectly fits two suitcases, making your stay efficient and spacious. From reception to elevators and room interiors, artistic decor creates a stylish atmosphere. The reception staff were kind and accommodating with luggage storage requests. The room features twin beds, a table set for two, a large-screen TV, an air purifier, soft waffle-textured pajamas and bathrobes, as well as ample amenities like cleansing products and lotion. The bathroom includes a spacious bathtub combined with a shower area—conveniently designed like your own home bathroom—perfect for relaxation. Additional thoughtful services include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, steamers, etc., ensuring comfort during your stay. Both toilet and sink areas are roomy—it’s hard to believe it’s only 25 square meters! Truly comfortable. With cafes, restaurants, and bars available within the Facility itself—you might wish you had more time to enjoy everything! Breakfast can be enjoyed at the restaurant buffet or through in-room dining for leisurely mornings; an American breakfast was around 2,500 yen. Even coffee cups are beautifully designed—with Hachiko illustrations on saucers adding charm. Fresh bread rolls along with salads and fruits were delicious! Conveniently located along Bunkamura Street near cafes/restaurants/convenience stores; elevator access requires key cards while peephole covers on doors ensure safety. Compact yet incredibly comfortable—a convenient Hotel perfect for any traveler!
