Stasiun Tama × Kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi di Hotel·penginapan gaya Jepang

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

It’s really helpful to have a Mets hotel at Musashi-Sakai Station. I stayed at Mets Musashi-Sakai and went sightseeing at Jindaiji Temple and Jindai Botanical Gardens. I’ve walked from Chofu Station to Musashi-Sakai Station a few times before, which is why I chose to stay at Mets Musashi-Sakai, but this time I decided to take the bus instead of walking. However, there was no direct bus. I walked to the “Tsuka” bus stop and took the bus from there. On the way back, I also walked from the “Tsuka” bus stop. Mets Musashi-Sakai is smaller than the Mets hotels in Kokubunji or Tachikawa. The elevator is small, the front desk area is small, and even the restroom in the common area is small. It’s compact, but not inconvenient. They provided a DVD player for me. I connected it to the TV and watched an opera called “Nise no Noroma Musume.” Mets hotels generally have large TV screens, which I think is great. The shower was slightly worn out. It wasn’t broken, but it lowered my rating a little. They stored my luggage for me before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful.

I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here to attend a stadium concert. Since I made a last-minute Reservation, only a smoking Room was available and I was worried, but it seems you were able to accommodate my request, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was a twin Room with a nice classic feel, and there was also a solid table set in the Room, so I could eat there as well. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the Room felt clean. Check-in from 3:00 PM was very smooth. I would like to stay again.

I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast menu changed between the first and second mornings, which was delicious. On the second day, I also had dinner at the restaurant. It was authentic Chinese cuisine yet reasonably priced. I also appreciated that it was just a short walk from the station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Although the building is old and exterior work was underway, everything was very clean, and we were welcomed in the bathroom by a cute little duck. It was an extremely hot day, and even though we arrived before check-in just hoping to leave our luggage, you kindly let us into our Room because of the heat. You even checked the bus timetable for our destination, printed it out, and gave it to us—thank you for your thoughtful care. We had a very comfortable stay at this Accommodation and would love to stay again. Thank you for your kindness and attention.

I always stay here whenever I have business in Chofu. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making my stay very pleasant. I look forward to staying here again.

I stayed here for a live concert trip. If you just need a place to sleep, it was completely satisfactory. I bought food at a nearby convenience store and ate it here. I thought it would be nice to have a table for eating. All the staff were very kind. It was my first time in Fuchu City, and I enjoyed it. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for our child’s tournament. They kindly stored our luggage, which was a big help! We were welcomed by a thousand paper cranes, a letter, and little rubber ducks in the bath. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance.

The service provided by the foreign female staff during check-in was excellent. The bento-style breakfast was appreciated, especially as it avoided the loud conversations (and flying saliva) often experienced with foreign tour groups during buffet breakfasts at other accommodations. As a senior, I found it satisfying and filling. While some wear and tear is noticeable in various parts of the facility, considering the cost-performance ratio, I find it outstanding and will use this accommodation again.

Great value for money! We stayed as a family. It was a bit tricky to enter from the road, but it wasn't an issue. There is coin parking below, but the slope is quite steep, which was a bit scary as you need to go up quickly. The Room was very clean, and although the bathroom was somewhat small, it exceeded expectations for the price. We opted for breakfast with a bento box included. The bento had plenty of volume and felt very reasonably priced. If we have another chance, we would love to stay here again!

Although it’s close to the station, the Room was quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. When I arrived exhausted, the front desk staff kindly handled the check-in procedure for me, which was a big help. I was impressed that I could stay in Tokyo at this price. I’ll be back again.

I stayed one night at “Niko,” tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Since there are few Hotels in Koganei City, I always choose “Niko” whenever I visit. There isn’t a bed, but you can sleep soundly on the fluffy futon. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff were very helpful, and the Room was comfortable—overall, I’m very satisfied!

I'm glad I included breakfast. The bento was delicious. I was completely full!
