Stasiun Hiroki × Fasilitas dan peralatan yang dinilai tinggi di Hotel·penginapan gaya Jepang

I knew it had great reviews, but whenever I visited Kagoshima I kept staying at my usual hotel. This time, the trip was all about fully enjoying Tenmonkan. Prioritizing convenience, I stayed here for the first time—and regretted not doing so sooner because it’s unbelievably convenient! Not only is it perfectly located for Tenmonkan’s restaurants and shopping, but the city sightseeing loop bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance, and buses to other regions also depart from nearby—everything is simply easy and convenient. The hotel is new and spotless, the rooms are spacious enough, and the amenity bar in front of the front desk is well stocked—there was nothing to fault.

It was a Hotel where we could fully enjoy Kagoshima—Sakurajima, Onsen, satsuma-age, kurobuta pork, and the night view! Sakurajima seen from the window was beautiful and majestic, and the meals were delicious…especially the satsuma-age, which truly surprised me (I underestimated it). The Onsen water was gentle on the skin, and I ended up soaking three times. This time we stayed for one night, but next time I’d like to stay for several nights and relax.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I didn’t have high expectations for the Club Lounge food, but the selection was slightly different from the previous day, and I was happy to see that they were considerate of guests staying multiple nights. That said, since it’s a Club Lounge, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t an afternoon tea service—it would have made the experience feel more complete. Since this is Kagoshima, I would have liked to see some local sweets (for example, purple sweet potato meringues or Kastadon). That part was disappointing. Sheraton always keeps the Room thoroughly cleaned and spotless. It’s my favorite Hotel. However, I didn’t like that the toothpaste in the amenities had been changed to paper packaging—it was inconvenient to use.

We stayed for two nights. Both the guest room and the large public bath were comfortable, and we were very satisfied with the breakfast. The local specialties, such as satsuma-age (fried fish cakes), were also delicious. When we visit Kagoshima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my first time arriving at Kagoshima-Chuo Station by Shinkansen, and the location was close and reassuring. They also kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which was very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

On the day, we arrived in Kagoshima on the last flight from Yakushima. After reaching the Kagoshima-Chuo Bus Terminal by highway bus from the airport, we were able to complete everything—from check-in to dining at the food stall village—simply by taking the elevator up and down. It was an outstanding location that made it easy to get around efficiently when time was limited.

I didn’t know there was such a convenient Hotel directly connected to the station. It was also great that I could choose breakfast from two locations. When I tried to open the Room window to ventilate, a gust of wind suddenly blew it wide open, which startled me a bit. Maybe the window stopper in the Room I stayed in happened to be broken. If a window that size can open that far, it could be dangerous if you have children. If I had to point out one drawback, that would be it. It was a very good Hotel. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Stayed with three friends. - Overall New and clean. - Room Spacious. The wide sink made it comfortable to stay even on a trip with friends. The bunk bed room was unique, offering just the right amount of personal space, and it was great that it wasn’t an extra bed. - Private Sauna A proper sauna that warms you up thoroughly. You can sweat in a short time, enjoy the cold plunge pool, and relax on the terrace afterward. - Breakfast Enjoyed breakfast on a terrace with a stunning view of Sakurajima right in front of us. The season was perfect for spending such pleasant moments outdoors.

Stayed for one night during my first trip to Kagoshima. While I had some expectations during the Reservation process, the location exceeded them—absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Tenmonkan, it was a perfect base to enjoy and complete all the planned activities on my schedule. The Room was impeccable, with relatively new and clean amenities like the bed and bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I am completely satisfied without even a minor complaint to mention. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kagoshima. Thank you!

A very relaxing space with a great location. The staff are kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

From the Room on the 13th floor, I could see Sakurajima. The Room was excellent, and the Onsen was great as well. I checked out before 6:00 due to my schedule, so it was a shame I didn’t have time to try the highly rated breakfast. The staff greeted me with smiles, making for a comfortable stay. It was a great-value Hotel.

I stayed here for an event in Kagoshima. It’s right in the heart of Tenmonkan, close to the tram, city buses, and the station, so transportation is very convenient. However, since it’s in the middle of the entertainment district, it feels safe during the day, but at night there were quite a few people working in nightlife around, which made me a bit nervous. The Room was clean. The shower curtain was also clean with no mold, which was reassuring. It was helpful that body towels were provided as well. There is a women-only floor, and having a ReFa hair dryer and hair iron in the Room was amazing!! If I attend another event in Kagoshima, I will stay here again.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with a Child Sharing Existing Bedding, and the location, price, and staff service were all excellent. With the eco Plan, there was no room cleaning, and we could exchange towels at the front desk, which made things easy. There is a convenience store on the first floor, so it’s very convenient. The building and Facility feel like an older Business Hotel, but it has been renovated and the exterior looks clean, so it didn’t bother me much. If you care a lot about small dust, torn wallpaper, or an older bathroom, this may not be the right place for you. I would be very happy if the coin laundry dryer were gas-powered. It was a Hotel I would like to use again. Thank you.

Great value for money and conveniently located near the station and bus terminal. With the covered arcade, it was easy to get to convenience stores, Don Quijote, and restaurants without being exposed to rain or strong sunlight, which was very helpful. I left my luggage at the front desk on the morning of arrival, and the male staff member who assisted me was polite, so I felt comfortable heading out sightseeing. The Room was clean as well, and I’d like to stay here again when I visit Kagoshima. As a souvenir, I received one sticker from the front desk.

Shortly before my trip I was injured and using crutches. A female staff member at reception changed my assigned Room to a more accessible floor and carried my luggage to the Room, which was a great help. At checkout she greeted me with a wonderful smile, and I was able to leave in a cheerful mood. Breakfast was also very delicious, and I enjoyed local specialties from Kagoshima. I will stay here again when I visit Kagoshima. Thank you very much.

Located just behind the center of Tenmonkan with great access, and the Hotel staff’s hospitality, service, and amenities are all excellent—I would definitely like to stay again. I recommend booking with breakfast; everything is delicious, starting with the gelato, and I really love the gentle seasoning using Kagoshima ingredients. Hats off!

I believe it truly is 100% free-flowing hot spring water. From the moment I got in, I could feel it soaking into my skin and leaving it smooth. There were separate tubs with hotter water and slightly cooler water, and although small, the open-air bath was also very nice. If I had one request, I’d like the open-air bath to be a bit larger.

I chose a Plan with meals included because I wanted to try chicken rice at the breakfast buffet. The chicken rice was delicious, and the curry was also very good. The roads around the Hotel were narrow and one-way, so it was difficult to reach the multi-story parking garage. I stayed for two nights and would like to use it again.

Although it is close to Tenmonkan, the Room was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed firmness and just the right air-conditioning temperature, so I slept well. There is a washlet toilet. The staff were polite. The price was reasonable.

The moment I entered the breakfast venue, I saw Sakurajima and was deeply moved, thinking this was the iconic view of Kagoshima I had always dreamed of. The table layout was excellent, and there was a wide variety of delicious dishes—I was truly impressed. The bath was also great; the carbonated water helped relieve my fatigue. Lastly, the front desk staff were clear in their communication and efficient in their service, which made me feel very comfortable.
