Whenever I find some free time, I visit Sunset Susami to relax. But what impresses me most are the people who work here. No matter when I come, everyone is kind, and even the newly hired staff (including international staff) explain the dishes in Japanese—I can really feel how hard they are trying. From check-in to meals, they put their hearts into their hospitality, and it warms my own heart as well. The facilities may not be flashy or luxurious, but the rooms, lobby, and restrooms are always spotless and well maintained. Every time I stay here, I leave feeling refreshed and happy. I didn’t get to see the manager this time—please take good care of yourself.

Our family of four stayed in a room with a private open-air bath, and it was amazing—even putting it mildly. The meals, baths, and views were all excellent. The food was generous and delicious, and at night we enjoyed a sky full of stars. The bath left our skin silky smooth—especially the morning bath, which I highly recommend. This was our first stay, but it’s an Accommodation we definitely want to visit again. Thank you very much.
