We stayed during Silver Week. Check-in went smoothly with no issues, and the Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was also helpful that we could use the Hotel’s paid parking lot by applying in advance.

Even though I arrived much later than the check-in time, the staff kindly accommodated me. I also enjoyed the wide variety of baths! Just one thing: many guests were barefoot inside the building, which I understand since it’s an Onsen, but if possible, it would be nice to have Japanese-style indoor footwear available (the disposable slippers in the Room were a bit small and hard to walk in), so those who want to wear them would have that option. Sorry for such a luxury request. I’m grateful to the kind front desk staff and to everyone on the team.

This was my first stay here. The room felt spacious as soon as I entered, and it was clean with a large bed that helped me relax and recover from my fatigue. Although it faces a main road, I wasn’t bothered by any noise. I would like to stay here again.

The meals were delicious. Dinner was especially outstanding (breakfast too). The large public bath was spacious, and the shower had strong water pressure. The Room felt clean and the lighting was bright, which was great, but I did notice a little light coming in through gaps in the curtains when sleeping, and the small constantly lit indicator on what seemed to be a ceiling alarm was quite bright. I would stay again if I have the chance.

I used this accommodation for work and travel in Kyoto (with my family of four). Since accommodations in Kyoto city were expensive, we decided to stay here as we were traveling by car. It takes about 30-40 minutes from Kyoto city, and there is an onsen facility nearby, along with restaurants and supermarkets, which was convenient. The hotel facilities were clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. The parking lot was also large and convenient. Breakfast was great as well. I think I will choose this place again next time. This was my first stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka Hirakata. Since hotels in central Osaka tend to be pricey, I decided to stay a little farther out and chose this property. The top highlight is definitely the bath. It was very relaxing, and the views and night scenery from the upper floors were wonderful. Including the view from the room, it was a very satisfying stay overall. Next time, I’d love to use the bath around sunset. I also enjoyed breakfast. When we visited, there was a corner where you could sample soy sauces from different regions, and it was memorable to taste how they vary by area. On the other hand, for first-time guests, access to the hotel and finding the entrance can be a bit confusing. Coming from the station or parking area, there were moments when we weren’t sure which route to take. In particular, once the attached commercial facility closes for business hours, it seems that available corridors and entrances become limited. Including restaurant hours as well, it would be reassuring for first-time guests if there were clearer guidance in advance on how to enter/exit at night. If you’re arriving by car, I recommend confirming parking details beforehand. We used the Keihan Parking Station Building parking lot, but at first it wasn’t very clear how partnerships with the hotel work or what conditions apply for discounts. We followed the instructions for reservations/discount procedures as best we could, but I think it’s best to confirm in advance how eligibility works and whether any discount will actually be applied at payment. Despite a few minor concerns, I found this hotel very appealing for spending time relaxing on-site—especially thanks to the bath and views. This was my first visit, but I’d definitely like to stay again if I have another chance. Next time I want to enjoy a long soak while watching the scenery at dusk. Thank you very much.

I spend about 100 days a year staying in Hotels, and this was one of the good ones. From the entrance to the guest room and bathroom, everything felt clean and well maintained, which was very relaxing. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel offered great value for the price, with well-stocked amenities and very clean rooms. Personally, since I like to sleep in, I would have preferred more blackout curtains to block the morning sunlight. The breakfast at a café about a 2-minute walk away was also very good.
