I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.

With a typhoon forecast to hit directly, we decided on the Sheraton right away. Thanks to that, we stayed dry and could respond based on the latest information, which gave us peace of mind. We were upgraded to a Room and had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was all delicious with locally sourced ingredients—especially the freshly made rice balls, which were outstanding.

I stayed for one night on 6/17. The Hotel is close to the station and easy to find, with izakayas, cafes, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. The welcome drink right after arrival and the all-you-can-drink alcohol service were absolutely amazing! All the staff were very kind and polite, which made my stay truly pleasant. A passcode is required to enter the large public bath, and you receive a paper with it at check-in. I realized I had forgotten mine just before the entrance, and when I headed back toward the elevator, a staff member said, “Did you forget your paper? I’ll give it to you now.” I was so impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you so much! The Room was small due to the location, and the sink area was also compact, but that was about the only thing that stood out—overall it was a great Hotel. I’m glad my mother and I chose to stay here for our trip. If we have another chance, we’d love to stay again! *At check-in, we were assisted by someone on their first day who was giving their first explanation. Wishing you all the best in your work—good luck!*

I stayed here with my elderly mother. We used a universal Room, and it was very easy for her to use, so she seemed to enjoy staying overnight for the first time in a while. It was our first time using a universal Room, but we would be happy to stay again if we can book this Room. Thank you very much for your thoughtful support.
