Stasiun Nam Dewa × Akomodasi dengan lounge sambutan yang nyamanKepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi di Hotel·penginapan gaya Jepang

All the meals were delicious, and the Onsen was wonderful. The Room and bath areas were kept very clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well provided and really helpful. There was bottled water in the Room refrigerator, and there was also a lounge where you can freely enjoy soft drinks; we had coffee after dinner as well. The Japanese garden in the courtyard was also beautiful. We could choose our favorite yukata, which made us feel even more excited. All the staff were kind and helpful. There were lots of cute cat-themed items in the lobby, hallways, and lounge, which was very soothing. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace. There was a roadside station and a supermarket nearby, so the location was convenient as well. It was such a lovely Accommodation that we would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

From the welcome pineapple cider, beer, and simmered yam konnyaku to a feast of Yamagata specialties, we were completely full! Dinner was served in beautiful dishes that made everything even more appetizing. The post-bath lounge had a wonderful atmosphere, the massage chairs were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks. Of course, the baths were spacious and very relaxing! In the morning, the breakfast ramen was delicious. I chose rice porridge instead, and with so many side dishes I was very satisfied. The watermelon was sweet and tasty too.

Choosing Richmond was the right decision. There’s a 24-hour supermarket next door, plenty of parking, and the event venue is also nearby—overall, we were very satisfied!

Thank you for taking care of us with the casual inclusive Plan with breakfast, where the Room is assigned by the hotel. I was a bit worried about leaving the Room assignment up to you, but it was very relaxing and I really enjoyed it. We had an early departure the next morning, so I couldn’t take my time enjoying tea in the morning, but next time I’d like to enjoy everything. It’s a little far from the station, but there’s a bus so it wasn’t a problem, and there are bars nearby at night as well as a delicious soba restaurant, so no issues. There were so many options at the breakfast buffet that I couldn’t try everything. Everything was delicious. The beer at night was also great—enjoying it after a bath made it even better. Next time, we’ll come back to relax.

The large public bath is available from 5:30 a.m. to midnight, so I was able to enjoy the Onsen many times at different hours. Both dinner and breakfast were nourishing and truly delicious. Ryokan meals can sometimes be heavily seasoned, but here nothing was surprisingly salty, and I enjoyed everything. In the guest lounge, there were treats like dadacha-mame ice cream and Onsen manju, plus DIY Onsen eggs—these little services were a lot of fun. I also appreciated that soft drinks were unlimited. The garden is lovely, and there are also amenities like spa treatments, table tennis, and a large shogi board, so there’s plenty to enjoy inside as well. I had a luxurious time soaking in the Onsen, enjoying great food, and relaxing at the Accommodation. I would definitely love to visit again.

Whenever I return to Tendo, my wife and I stay here. The Facility feels a bit dated, but the staff’s hospitality—from their greetings to their thoughtful care—has never changed. The meals are delicious, and even amid rising prices, you can feel the commitment to maintaining your service. For me, “Comfort Hotel Tendo” is truly indispensable. Please keep up the great work, everyone.

Room is clean, front desk staff are polite, and breakfast is quite good. The price is also affordable, making it excellent overall.

I stayed for two nights during my first visit to Yamagata. The location is not too far from the station, and while the room is old, it was clean and well-maintained. The ability to separate the two rooms made it very comfortable as I didn’t have to worry about noise or snoring from others. The Onsen is small but sufficient, with a monitor showing how crowded it is. However, I did notice that the air conditioner in the changing room was quite dusty, which was concerning. The breakfast had just the right portions and was delicious—I especially enjoyed having imoni (a local dish). I would definitely stay here again when visiting Yamagata!
