I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! It was a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

It was a very lovely Hotel. The lobby had a café-like atmosphere, and the decorations were beautiful, with artworks that evoked the feeling of the sea. I felt it was a Hotel that could be comfortably enjoyed by both middle-aged guests and families. The breakfast was great a

I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

We stayed here during Golden Week with three family members and our dog. First of all, the service from both the Hotel staff and the restaurant staff was outstanding. For meals, we had Italian cuisine for dinner and both Japanese and Western options for breakfast, and everything was delicious. To be honest, we felt a bit uneasy before arriving because we had seen some negative Reviews—but that wasn’t the case at all. If you keep in mind that you can spend time with your pet anywhere, this is a wonderful Facility. Compared with a luxury Ryokan or Hotel, it may be different—but the bath was spacious and the location was great. Considering that you can stay with your pet both in your Room and at the dining area, we felt it offered excellent value. It really depends on what you prioritize when choosing an Accommodation. We’ve visited several pet-friendly Accommodations, but here we were able to relax without any stress. I believe that’s thanks to the thoughtful care and excellent service from all the staff. We definitely want to visit again with our pet. Thank you very much.

I’ve always loved CABaN clothing, so when I heard they were opening an Accommodation, I knew I wanted to stay there someday. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great on the day, so we didn’t use the pool, but we had a wonderful time at the stylish bar on-site. We were both thrilled—“Can we really drink this kind of great alcohol for free?” The bartender’s stories were also very entertaining. The Room was the nicest of any Hotel we’ve ever stayed at. A dream come true for anyone who loves interior design. The fridge was stocked with champagne and local craft beer, all included in the Room rate—perfect for anyone who enjoys drinks. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast while looking out over the sea in Hayama. Every dish was delicious, and we ended up drinking far more than we could believe. (Drinks at dinner are charged separately.) It truly felt like a dream to spend such a luxurious time there. We’d love to visit again for an anniversary or another special occasion. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night with four guests. The place was spotless and comfortable, with the latest Facility fully equipped. All the essential seasonings were provided (vinegar was available too, although it wasn’t listed!), and the loungewear was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but on a clear day you can enjoy the sunset from the rooftop while taking in views of the ocean and Mt. Fuji. Since it’s a three-story house, going up and down the stairs does take some effort, but the location is excellent—an amazing home we’d love to stay at again.

When I found this Accommodation while looking for a place to stay in Kamakura, I felt so happy—this is it! That feeling was not disappointed at all; thanks to the wonderful space and warm hospitality, we were able to spend a truly happy time. We had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. We were moved by the chef’s attention to detail in every dish. The garden was also beautiful, and we felt lucky to see not only our dog but also visiting squirrels and small birds. It seemed to be run by a younger team, but everyone had a great atmosphere. The entire Hotel was refined and very clean, making it comfortable to stay. My mother struggled a little, so having grab bars in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated for older guests. It’s a place that made us want to come back. Thank you very much for everything.

During Golden Week, accommodations were fully booked, but a cancellation became available, so I made a reservation and stayed for one night. Despite being Golden Week, it was very reasonably priced and absolutely perfect. The staff were very attentive and excellent. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again!

The Room is on the second floor, and the steep stairs made it difficult to climb, so I deducted points for the Facility. The room's passcode email took a long time to arrive, and I had to inquire before finally receiving it, so I deducted points for service. The bathroom was equipped with a jet bath, and the toilet was state-of-the-art, making it very comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were from MUJI. The Dyson heater made the room very warm without causing throat discomfort like air conditioning does. The smell from the restaurant downstairs did rise up but disappeared by 6 PM when they closed, so there was no issue during sleep time. I slept very well and would love to stay again!

It was my first time staying in Kamakura, and I would love to make this my regular accommodation. Conveniently located near the station and shopping areas. The accommodation was clean and felt as relaxing as visiting a friend's home. The well-prepared amenities were excellent. They kindly stored my luggage early, and promptly contacted me about forgotten items, which was very helpful. I had a leisurely stay and am extremely satisfied. Communication was quick, and when I asked about things I was curious about—such as whether certain requests were possible—they responded politely and thoroughly. Because it is a two-story property, it didn’t feel cramped like a Business Hotel, and we could relax comfortably. The toilet (with a changing area) and the bathroom are separate, both clean, and we were very satisfied. It’s also within walking distance from Kamakura Station, and you can walk to nearby temples and shrines as well, so we were happy with the location. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Kamakura!

We stayed as a family with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old grandchildren. Dinner featured an abundant selection of seafood, all fresh and delicious, and both my wife and daughter were very satisfied. Being able to enjoy the meal at a relaxed pace in our Room helped the children stay calm, and we were able to spend unhurried time together as a family. In addition, we are truly grateful to the staff member who was very kind to the children and proactively supported us. Thanks to that, we felt at ease throughout our stay. This Accommodation is highly recommended for families. *There are rental bicycles near the Accommodation, and it was also a wonderful memory being able to cycle down to the seaside in the morning to take photos. We enjoyed quiet Kamakura in the early morning—it was such a refreshing time.* Thank you very much.

We always enjoy staying here. It’s close to both the beach and the station, making it a very convenient base for sightseeing. The nearest convenience store is a bit of a walk, so it’s a good idea to stock up when you find one. This time, it was a little strange that there was only one set of amenities even though we were five people, but since everything was properly provided last time, we don’t think it will be an issue. We stayed for one night as a family to celebrate my mother's 77th birthday. Although the weather was unfortunately rainy, we were able to spend a luxurious and happy time together in the spacious room and beautifully designed resort-like space. The terrace was seamlessly connected to the interior, offering a sense of openness and easy access, which we really appreciated. The wide roof also allowed us to enjoy the terrace even in the rain. My family was very pleased and said it was wonderful! Thank you so much.

This was my third stay, and as always, the cleanliness and stylish interior made for a very comfortable experience. We stayed for two nights, but on the last day, my entire family didn’t want to leave... It became another wonderful memory this year. The staff's excellent service was greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again next time! P.S. Regarding the bathroom issue I mentioned in a previous review: when taking a shower, water tends to spill onto the bathroom floor due to gaps in the glass door. Perhaps using adhesive strips or rubber seals available at home improvement stores could help prevent leaks? Additionally, the handheld showerhead cannot be fixed properly as it tilts downward on its own. On our second day, we also couldn’t fill up the bathtub; it seemed like an error where it mistakenly detected that it was already full—pressing "auto" would result in music playing after about a minute and then stopping without filling up the tub. I would appreciate if these issues could be addressed. Thank you for your consideration!

It was very beautiful and one night was not enough. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.
