I imagined a Japanese-style Ryokan, but it was a splendid Hotel building. The parking lot is also sufficient. I felt out of place entering with a backpack and wearing Uniqlo from top to bottom, but I was greeted by the smiles of the sophisticated staff. The Room was clean, an

There is also a well-equipped remote-work booth with a desktop computer and even partial partitions, so it seemed comfortable even if you bring work with you. I considered another nearby Hotel but I’m glad I chose this one—very satisfied. I would definitely like to stay here agai

I frequently stay at many AZ Hotels in Kyushu. The reception staff are usually very friendly and welcoming, but this time the atmosphere felt more like a high-end hotel with a gentlemanly touch, which was also nice. The price has increased, but dinner has become more luxurious. D

The Onsen for women had an auto-lock system for security, and by adjusting the timing of my visit, I could enjoy it privately at a relaxed pace. The shampoo and other amenities were POLA products with a pleasant fragrance, and there was even cleansing lotion available in the chan

Above all, the Hotel staff were wonderful. Both the front desk and restaurant staff had warm smiles and excellent service. There was also a festival taking place, and we could see fireworks from the Hotel, creating great summer memories. We would definitely love to stay h

Onsen and dining staff are all very kind. The Onsen is great, and the meals (breakfast and dinner) are very delicious. I should not have been frugal with the Room fee and chosen the new building. (Japanese-style Room, smoking allowed, no chairs, no bidet toilet) Amenities

It was very comfortable, and the meals were delicious. The front desk staff were also very kind. There was an Onsen nearby, and we received free admission tickets. Thank you very much.

I used this accommodation for a homecoming trip. The 3-bedroom unit was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also large. The amenities and coffee near the front desk were great. I would love to stay here again.

The building felt a bit old, but parts had been renovated, everything was well cleaned, and it was very tidy. When I got off the elevator, it smelled wonderful and there was a diffuser set out; fresh flowers were also displayed in the Room, which I really appreciated. The breakfa

The meals (I only had breakfast) offered so many options that I couldn’t finish everything, and I was very satisfied. There’s also a large public bath, so if you love bathing, you’ll be happy! The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them. What impressed me even

The narrow gravel road leading to the property might make you wonder if you're heading in the right direction, but rest assured, it's there. The Room interior is old and has some creaks, but it's spacious! The bath has a charmingly vintage feel to it. The hostess is kind, and I h

The hotel was built a few years ago, so everything was clean and pleasant. The separate toilet and bath were also very convenient. It was a nice touch that hair irons and vanity mirrors were available for loan upon request. However, there are few restaurants around the hotel, s

The Plan included a whole eel for dinner, but it also came with half a spiny lobster, pork shabu-shabu, and sea urchin & salmon roe chawanmushi—far more than expected and too much to finish. Although the service took some time, the staff were very pleasant, making it an extremely
