I booked this Hotel because I was looking for one close to Naha Airport, and it had a large pool. Since our flight arrived late, we got to the Hotel after 6:00 PM. The outdoor pool closed at 7:30 PM, so we went in right after check-in because my child was really looking forward to it. The pool was not crowded at all, so it felt like we had it to ourselves. When it was time, we moved to the indoor pool, and afterward the spa and sauna allowed us to enter in swimsuits, which was very convenient. I was also happy that both the shower head and hair dryer were ReFa. It was nice that there were drink options, not just water. Breakfast could also be reserved via smartphone. I did not expect much variety from the buffet, but there were quite a lot of choices, which was great. My child enjoyed the pool until checkout before we headed to our next destination. Thank you very much.

We stayed here during our trip to Okinawa to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff were friendly, and the Room was clean—we were very satisfied. The location is within American Village, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We heard that the Chunichi Dragons were holding their training camp at the stadium next door, and we would have loved to see it if the timing had worked out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Okinawan dishes, and it gave us a great start to the day.

We visit Okinawa every year with our friends’ family, and now we can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Sunset Village. What stands out most is the breathtaking view from the hilltop. While you can fully enjoy Chatan’s beautiful scenery, the location is also very convenient—an excellent base for getting to areas on the east coast such as Okinawa City. It’s spacious enough that even two families can stay together comfortably, and we’ve discovered a new pleasure: gathering everyone around the dining table in the Room, not just eating out. The kids love this Room too and are already asking to come back next time. We’d like to adjust our schedule early so we can stay here again next year.

We stayed as a family. The Room is equipped with a kitchen and microwave, so we were able to stay comfortably even with small children. Baby items can also be borrowed by asking the front desk. We would like to stay again and highly recommend it.

I stay here often. Although it faces Route 58, the Room overlooks the ocean and is quiet. It’s conveniently located for getting anywhere. The front desk staff are kind, and they also offer happy hour in the evening. I’d like to stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights. It’s about a 12–13 minute walk from American Village, but it was quiet and very nice. The Room and balcony were spacious and comfortable. We’d love to stay again next time!

This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! My biggest concern was that the Hotel had been renovated. When I looked into its history, I learned it is a building with real historical value. I felt vaguely uneasy at first, but reading the Reviews put my mind at ease. I was also curious about what “EM” meant, but I didn’t look it up and figured I’d find out once I arrived. After making my Reservation, I started noticing that “fermentation” is surprisingly common in everyday life. I hadn’t had many chances to stay here before, but this time I decided to book a stay. It was far more comfortable than expected, and staying here was absolutely the right choice. The view from the Room was amazing—because it’s on higher ground, you can see far into the distance. I could even see the expressway I usually drive on without thinking about it, and beyond that, there was a view of the sea. The Room is cleaned using EM as well, and it made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. What impressed me most was the food. It wasn’t just an ordinary buffet; everything seemed thoughtfully designed with health in mind, and EM is used too—I genuinely felt refreshed from within. The dishes also had a wonderful homemade quality, and every item tasted great with real ingredients you could appreciate. It almost makes me regret not coming sooner. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, with no crowds, so I could unwind at my own pace. It soothed both body and mind. What surprised me most was how warmly each staff member welcomed guests. They supported one another as a team and treated guests with simple, genuine consideration. Unlike many other Hotels where service can feel formal or scripted, their hospitality felt truly personal—and that made all the difference. This stay was so wonderful that it’s a Hotel where I definitely want to return. If you’re unsure about booking Accommodation here, I highly recommend experiencing it at least once.

We have been staying here as one of our regular Accommodations since your opening, for family trips and business travel. About 16 years ago, when our children were small, breakfast was a must for us, and I remember it being far better than it is now. However, in the past few years, I regret to say it no longer feels like a level we can continue choosing based on those memories. Given the location, it is an excellent base whether heading north or south. I believe your Accommodation holds an important position as a key presence and landmark in the Chubu region. I hope that, even without making it extravagant, you will be able to take steps to bring the breakfast quality back to what it once was. I understand the food and beverage department faces challenges amid cost competition, but I sincerely hope you can create an environment where improvements can continue.

I was completely satisfied as my top priority when choosing a Hotel is to avoid any unpleasant experiences! The staff were very kind and natural, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful stay. Since it was the middle of my trip and I had accumulated laundry, having a washing machine and dryer in the Room was incredibly helpful. Detergent for two loads was also provided, which impressed me. The bathroom only has a shower; there is no bathtub. There are no convenience stores within walking distance, and there are only a few izakayas nearby. However, I enjoyed walking to see the ocean and visiting a famous soba restaurant in the area. There were almost no concerns about insects either. The front desk had an adorable Hawaiian vibe. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We stayed as a family. It was about a 5-minute walk to the American Village. The property had 3 Rooms, allowing everyone to have their own relaxing time. There was also a convenience store right behind the property. In addition to the bathtub, there was a separate shower room. There were also two toilets. Even with 5 people staying, we had no issues at all.

I stayed in a room with a double bed. It was very spacious! The TV was large, and I enjoyed watching Netflix. The room had a washer with a dryer, which was very convenient. For Multiple Night Stays, it seems cleaning is not provided, so guests need to take care of trash disposal and bath towels themselves.

Our three-generation family of six stayed for two nights. The property was still new and spotless, with an ocean view and plenty of space—great for the kids to spread out, and relaxing for the adults as well. We had a very comfortable stay. It wasn’t too far from the airport, and there were lovely cafes nearby as well as American Village, which made it very convenient.

The view, Facilities, location, and cleanliness were all excellent. We really appreciated the thoughtful items prepared in the Room—it felt very considerate. Since we did a workcation, it was also great that housekeeping didn’t come in and there was a vacuum; we could clean ourselves whenever we wanted without worrying about timing. Things we were glad to have: - Vacuum cleaner - Rice cooker - Electric kettle - Washing machine, dryer, detergent - Plastic wrap - Dish soap and sponge - Separate trash bins for sorting and extra plastic bags - A sufficiently large refrigerator - Microwave - Dishes, cutlery, pots, frying pan, scissors, knife, cutting board, dish rack/drainer basket, spatula/turner, ladle, whisker/frother tool?, bottle opener (etc.) - Shampoo, conditioner, body soap - Power outlet by the bed - Plenty of outlets overall - Plenty of hangers Location It’s easy to get here by route bus from Haneda Airport or Kokusai-dori—get off at Ihe Bus Stop and it’s right there. You can also take the shuttle bus from the nearby Radiant Hotel. It’s a perfect walking distance to American Village; the route is along the seaside with clean paved paths so it feels great. There’s a large drugstore nearby as well as FamilyMart and a bakery; if you walk a bit farther you’ll find AEON and San-Ae supermarkets and cafés open from around 7 a.m. There’s also a car rental shop within walking distance—so we took the bus from Naha Airport and only rented a car when going on longer trips. View Because we spent a lot of time in the Room for our workcation, we insisted on an ocean-view Room on a high floor. That was absolutely the right choice. The main view is of the port area. You can see Chatan fireworks when they go off. Cleanliness Everything was very clean—including the kitchen and all water areas—so we could use them comfortably throughout our stay. Next time I’d love to visit with my whole family. I’d be happy if there were a repeat guest discount—and it would be even better if there were an option for one flat rate per room as well.
