We had an incredibly fulfilling stay. From the interior and exterior design to the furniture, decor, fixtures, amenities, lawn, and open grounds, this was a wonderfully comfortable Facility where you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. The interior is unified in a calm design, with very high ceilings that create an airy sense of openness, allowing us to fully enjoy a special time away from everyday life. The vanity area and bathroom were especially spacious and impressive—made with high-quality materials and kept impeccably clean down to every corner. The amenities also felt thoughtfully chosen; for example, Aesop hand soap was provided at the sink. All essential cookware and appliances were available, so we could stay comfortably without any inconvenience. We even enjoyed handheld fireworks in the garden. The views of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps were also stunning—scenery you could gaze at for hours without noticing time pass. Most memorable of all were the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge bath. The wood-fired sauna was exceptional—enjoying it while feeling the flicker of flames, hearing the crackle of burning logs, and breathing in the scent of wood was truly special. Unlike an electric heater, it had a gentle heat that warmed us slowly from deep within and helped us relax completely. A large amount of sauna stones were thoroughly heated, so we could also enjoy pleasant steam from löyly. It’s an ideal setup that I would highly recommend even to dedicated sauna lovers. They added ice to the cold plunge bath multiple times for us, so we could cool down properly. Paired with the wood-fired sauna, it was perfect—we fully enjoyed every session. In the evening we enjoyed a BBQ, and we really appreciated that the owner prepared everything—from lighting the fire to setting everything up. On top of that, we received a generous gift of fresh vegetables grown by his wife. They were all rare varieties you don’t often see day-to-day, and you could feel careful attention not only in each vegetable but also in their labels and packaging. We tried them right away at our BBQ—especially the eggplant, which was unbelievably tender and delicious. Beyond how wonderful both the Facility itself and its location are, we were truly moved by the owners’ thoughtful hospitality as well. In this extraordinary setting—with beautiful views, a wood-fired sauna experience like no other،and BBQ—we spent a luxurious yet deeply comfortable time here. We would love to stay again. The Room allowed smoking, but it was very clean and had no smell at all. There was no noise from outside; the only sound I could hear was the refrigerator motor near the pillow, so I was able to spend my time quietly. If you go by car, the parking lot is spacious, and it is conveniently located right next to a main road. It was excellent.

Both the Room and the staff member who assisted us were wonderful, and we were able to truly relax. As I casually looked out from the Japanese-style Room at the beautiful garden, a large grey heron was resting its wings by the waterfall. It was my first time observing one from so close, and I was thrilled. The thoughtfully prepared cuisine is always delicious, and this time again every dish was deeply impressive. Staying in a detached guesthouse felt perfect just being there, but I went out to make sure not to miss the live music in the lobby—and it turned into another wonderfully romantic moment. As often as time and budget allow, I would love to return again and again to unwind. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The continuously flowing Onsen bath was wonderful, and even the diluted bath had surprisingly lively bubbles—I could really feel the high quality of the spring water. It was a bit disappointing that the women’s bathing hours were somewhat short, but I made the most of the time and enjoyed the Onsen to the fullest. Breakfast is served with dishes portioned into small bowls, making it easy to choose what you like and go back for seconds. There’s a good variety, and even as guests keep coming in one after another, the staff promptly refills everything. It isn’t a flashy Hotel, but the service is polite and pleasant, and everything feels clean. Above all, this is an Accommodation I’d recommend to anyone staying primarily for the Onsen. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

All staff were pleasant overall, and the check-in explanations were detailed and courteous, so I had no trouble during my stay. This time I booked a Multiple Night Stay for two nights, and the breakfast side dishes had a good variety with some changes each morning, so I enjoyed it without getting bored. As for the Room, on the first day we were assigned one at the hotel’s discretion; it was a twin Room with plenty of space. The second day’s Room (single) was simple but more than sufficient, very clean, and comfortable. It was also great that each Room has its own air conditioner, making the environment comfortable throughout. The only downside is that getting around by elevator can take time, so it’s best to allow extra time when moving around. In addition to the in-room bath, there is a large public bath on the top floor with panoramic city views, as well as an open-air bath, which made for a very relaxing experience. There are also good restaurants nearby, so unless there is heavy rain or similar weather, you shouldn’t feel inconvenienced. There are many affiliated parking lots nearby; if you park at places like Yodobashi Parking, you can choose covered parking as well, which made driving there feel reassuring.

Due to my mistake when making the Reservation, I ended up with a smoking Room, but it was thoroughly deodorized and I didn’t notice any odor at all. During my stay, I could use the complimentary rental bicycles, which allowed me to enjoy sightseeing at a relaxed pace. The staff who assisted me were friendly and approachable, and this Accommodation is one I’d like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

I was impressed by how automated check-in and check-out are now, but since I was with my daughter, we got through it smoothly. The welcome drink grape juice was so good that I kept going back for more—even after the late-night noodles. The coffee was great both hot and iced. After walking around Kofu, I headed to the large public bath to avoid the crowds. Soaking in the Onsen and seeing Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath was breathtaking. Feeling refreshed, I took another stroll around town before dinner at a restaurant I had reserved. There are plenty of dining options from the station to around the Hotel, which will be helpful next time as well. After dinner, I went back to the large public bath for another soak, then enjoyed the late-night noodles. Since it was Saturday, there were many families and inbound travelers. As a local specialty, those late-night noodles were delicious—especially the seasoned egg topping with just the right level of flavor. Despite how many guests there were, it stayed quiet inside, and you could even check how busy things were during late-night noodles and breakfast. Breakfast also featured lots of local ingredients, with so many small side dishes that it was hard to choose. There were stewed offal dishes (motsuni), beef stew, and rice porridge as well (made fresh upon request). I relaxed with coffee until check-out and really enjoyed my first Dormy Inn stay. The staff struck a perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive—which made it very comfortable. Of course, I also enjoyed both the post-bath ice cream and lactic acid drink service.

This year, due to severe weather, the Chuo Main Line has had several planned service suspensions, and I’ve stayed here a few times so I could get to work the next day. Each time, the front desk staff have been calm and courteous, and there are no guests talking loudly in the hallways, so it’s very comfortable. There’s a FamilyMart right in front of the hotel, so even without meals included you won’t have any trouble finding food or drinks.

The parking attendant was kind and courteous. When I entered the Hotel, the lobby was lovely, and the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and provided polite service. The Room lighting was too dim, so I would have liked it to be a bit brighter. I ordered Chinese food via room service, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much.

My first time in Kofu, Yamanashi. It was a wonderful Hotel, and I was truly impressed. The beautiful Room interior and the high quality of the breakfast made it so good I almost didn’t want to tell anyone about it. This time, I visited Takeda Shrine and stayed only briefly, but the location is convenient for sightseeing as well. I would love to stay here again next time. Thank you very much.

This Accommodation offers clean, comfortable Rooms—ideal for business trips. If you’re sensitive to hallway noise, complimentary earplugs are available among the free amenities to help you sleep soundly. It’s conveniently located near a lively downtown area for dining and shopping, and while the breakfast selection is limited, it was tasty and enjoyable.

With a large parking lot and a gas station directly across the street, this Hotel along Route 20 is an unbeatable location for traveling by car. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a large Ito-Yokado, which makes it convenient for families too. All staff members were cheerful and provided perfect service, and in particular, the bright morning greeting from a breakfast staff member who seemed to be in their 60s was just right to start the day. The guest Room was impeccably cleaned and very comfortable. I relaxed with the welcome drink in my Room while watching TV, and it helped me recover from travel fatigue. The bath salts and face mask were great amenities for women as well. My hair dried in no time with the dryer included in the Ladies Plan. It had been a while since my last stay at Super Hotel, but I was so satisfied that I’d like to stay again soon.

I stayed here for a live show in Kofu. This was my second time. The building is certainly old due to many years of operation, but it was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. For this price with breakfast included, it’s a very appreciated Hotel. I’d like to stay again when I’m in Kofu.

This was my first time staying here. It was about a 15-minute walk (at a relaxed pace) from JR Chuo Main Line Ryuo Station. There is a 7-Eleven along the way. There are several chain restaurants near the Accommodation. Both the Accommodation and its Facilities have a retro Showa-era feel, but the free-flowing natural hot spring water is wonderful. There are two indoor baths; in one of them, you can soak while breathing in radon and ozone. There is also a separate cold-water bath, with continuously flowing water as well. The baths are available all night, but close at 8:30 AM, so be sure to take your morning bath early. The Room toilet has a washlet bidet seat. I had a very relaxing stay. After work, I took the limited express from Tokyo Station (the 6:15 PM Kaiji bound for Ryuo) and arrived in about two hours with no transfers. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

I found Kamino-yu Onsen when I searched for a solo trip, 2 nights, smoking, Onsen, and in-Room dining. I was able to relax in the Onsen and feel refreshed, and I could even see Mt. Fuji from my Room. Because of my knee, getting up from the futon and standing up from floor cushions was a bit difficult, so I wished there had been a floor chair. The staff greeted me with smiles, which made me happy. Dinner served in my Room was also very satisfying, and I appreciated that the menu was different on both days. There is a valuables locker at the entrance to the large public bath: you set a PIN first, then put your Room key inside and lock it. However, I mistakenly locked it before setting the PIN and couldn’t open it (T . T), which caused extra trouble for the staff. It may be better to leave your Room key at the front desk m(__)m There were plenty of washing stations in the bathing area as well, so it never felt crowded. My skin felt smooth after bathing. I would like to stay again. On the second day they called a taxi for me, and I was able to visit Shosenkyo Ropeway and Sengataki Falls and enjoy a leisurely walk.

I wanted to relax on my own for a change, found a great-value Plan, and made a Reservation. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and guided me smoothly to my Room. They even told me where to buy delicious peaches, and I was already so happy I chose to come. After resting in my Room for a bit, I headed straight to the Onsen. It happened to be quiet at that time, so I ended up soaking for ages. I felt like my skin looked better and it really lifted my mood—so after dinner, I went back in again. Finding an Onsen I truly love was the best part of all. The ice cream after the bath was also great. Breakfast was a half-buffet featuring mainly fermented foods—and it was amazing! I especially loved the dried daikon radish and hijiki simmered in tomato sauce so much that I want to make it at home. The salmon served first was also plump and delicious; it made me think, “Is it really okay to enjoy something this luxurious in the morning?”—such a wonderful escape from everyday life. Each dish was light and refreshing, so you may find yourself eating too much—in that sense, be careful (lol). I also loved that check-out is at 11:00, which meant I could enjoy another relaxing soak in the Onsen in the morning. Everyone on staff was kind, and this has become an Accommodation I definitely want to stay at again. Thank you very much, Ryokan Meiji.

I stayed with my child. Even though we arrived late, we were able to enjoy the ice cream we had been looking forward to (arranged in advance). The male staff member at the front desk spoke to us kindly, which I really appreciated. The next morning my child wasn’t feeling well, so I contacted the front desk and asked to extend our checkout time. The female staff member said rather firmly, “It’s until 11:00!” I felt sorry for making a sudden request and wondered if she was irritated, but there were no words of concern and it felt cold. She did explain the necessary procedures, so we were able to communicate the minimum required information. We originally had a Plan with breakfast, but due to our situation we couldn’t eat it. If we stay again next time, I’d like to try breakfast then.

The Accommodation Fee was lower than nearby hotels at the time of reservation, so I was a bit concerned, but the service, cleanliness, and facilities were excellent, making it very relaxing. I would like to use this accommodation again when staying in Kofu.

The Room and the large public bath were of a comfortable size and easy to use.
